Another thing I have to say after all of this talk there does seem to be a community still here... deep down. The fact so many people are speaking passionately shows that people still care and the type of fun and talking going on in the chat right now verifies it. I think if we keep this up and get back into some groove we once had.

a little bit was written while I was writing my last message. Yes, I agree the look does matter TK, BUT... i'm again going to say, not the most important thing.
I'll make a suggestion, talk about things for a day or two more, after that the mods should make format changes like show time, titles and rank if that is what everyone wants and it does seem to be the case. Make those changes quickly, and don't worry about them too much because they can always be changed again, nothing wrong with experimenting.
Then once you get that stuff out of the way, start working on maybe some new logos, maybe use the new skin that was made that i'm now using and work on a re-branding story.(That's gonna take more time anyway, you want to get the format out of the way first because there is potential to get hung up on a storyline)
Also, you guys can have a clean slate while still recognizing the history. In that sense you can have your cake and eat it too.

I would just like to add that I REALLY don't want to do a total restart or anything, and am starting to see the bad sides of the two feds idea. I think just a change of management and no more island would do a decent amount, and then upgrade things like the site, skin etc etc

The two feds idea seems to be more like a pure storyline idea rather than an idea to make ACW a more productive e-fed. It's a great idea, but really the best thing to do is to have two already existing feds together, as opposed to creating two feds and ultimately bringing them together.

I'm for and against the two "fed" idea. As no one has mentioned ECF, that's why I'm against it. But really, it's only a good idea for two reason: 1) to be able to do it, it requires enough people and that means more people and 2) It'll give more exposure to low "rank" fueds. But like people have said the history of ACW may be lost in the shuffle, although, I've seen places that have gone from one show to two show, the second show being based another fed, and it be done the right way.
No ranks imo, just two titles and let the calcs decide what should happen with matches. Although, can I suggest some sort of forum to do general RPs with other people? The one thing I don't enjoy about ACW and kinda contributes to my lack of desire to RP is I can't see any RPs until the show and when I do read them, I'm lost because I have to go back a few shows to see who is who and where they belong. Sorta like what happened with Tex and Jefferson(? maybe Freeman?) and I really don't want to go back 3 or 4 shows just to understand one segment. So maybe a forum where you could post a series of RPs to give some understanding.
NPCs, keep Gary, Southern Smashers and Trixer, I like Trixer. I could think of some NPCs, as I have many ideas for CAWs but can't be damned to think any more than moves, names and entrance music. Keep Edison and get heel pbp as I like Edison, he has a catchphrase.
I like monday as it does give give you time to do a show then a ppv and then you can skip a show and not skip a beat. And I'm all in favor of the later EST time. Because I don't get home until like 330 EST anyways. I could always help with posting the shows depending on my work schedule. Also, if there could be someone that does the show posting and someone who sends out the results. Both times I did a match, albeit, the second time I didn't get on til wednesday because of work, but I didn't get them until the day before and the I write based on who gonna win, so I had a day to write a match. I wanted to do more than a summary, but it turned into that. And a rotation for the show postings would be good too.
Championship Commitee we can do with or without, like Tex, not sure what this is, but I'm guessing from what Dave said, we could do without but reading back with what CP said about Freeman's title shot with Senny and how some people couldn't take him serious or whatever as a title contender but at the same time if Senny wanted to work with Freeman and the champ commitee said no, that would make Senny a bit mad, if he wasn't Senny that is. Like if I wanted to fued with someone over my title( if I had one) and I couldn't because they said no, I'd be piss. So either way it's good

Having two divisions is effectively having two ranks. I would prefer if calcs didn't count towards the divisions/ranks. We don't need more than two "ranks" at the moment the only reason we do is because there are 3 solo belts. Lower mid has NEVER been used properly since I've been here since there hasn't been enough people.

Having ranks effect the calcs is a horrible idea to start with.

EDIT
I now favour the "two feds, one board" notion.
