I'd have no issue with moving certain PPVs to different months, in fact, that would be essential if we were to keep some of my personal favourites, so I'd support that. ;D Whether the majority will go for it remains to be seen.
Anyway, when are we looking to implement this change? After EotR?

I would assume directly after EOTR, from what's been said in the topic before. Personally I think we can revert the TV after EOTR and stick out the next 2 months PPV wise, then start the new PPV system in January. Either that or cut one of the remaining PPVs and hold the one we will do somewhere in between after EOTR and January.
PPV Events TV
EOTR: October 3rd TV week of October 5th TV week of October 12th TV week of October 19th TV week of October 26th TV week of November 2nd TV week of November 9th TV week of November 16th PPV: November 21st TV week of November 23rd TV week of November 30th TV week of December 7th TV week of December 14th TV week of December 21st TV week of December 28th

What day would the show be on and what would it be called is really the next issue IMO. I think we should not call it Fallout as some have suggested, it isn't the same.

I'd push for Tuesday, maybe Wednesday. Nobody runs wrestling shows on those days because the WWE and WCW didn't. Plus it gives us a good amount of time over the weekend if you're a weekend writer, and if you aren't, you still have two and a half days left to work.

You just made me think of something (And I don't like it when people make me think. It hurts). With only one show a week, surely we won't skip the TV shows immediately prior to and following a PPV/Supercard. If this is the case, then Wednesday would be our best bet as it is smack dab in the middle of the week, giving us 2-3 days between PPV and TV either side. Also, if we are going to choose a new name, can I suggest Massacre or Sacrifice? They were the names of my Shows when I ran the VWF. *Waits for somebody to call those names clichéd*

I like the idea of a Wednesday show since it is in the middle of the week and allows people to recover from the weekend. Plus it kinda fits nicely with my schedule, I'll be at work when the shows are posted but I'd have all day Wednesday free for writing.
We should take a leaf out of PWG's book and use song lyrics/titles for show names.
Like Atrocity Exhibition for example . (I don't expect anyone to know the band without searching, well maybe Dan and Rob at a push)

I agree with the Wednesday, but if we're not eliminating a show, (which I'm thinking is out of the question, I'd vote against it.) can we move the PPV's to Sunday? I know as a match writer that I spend most of PPV week working on my match and two days I think would leave not enough time when you add in school and the such. If Sunday were the PPV's having all saturday to put together a match would be nice, even if it took away from the next Wednesday's show.

I hate Wednesday's. The fact that it is in the middle of the week won't work for me as I would never be able to read the shows and writing for them would turn into a pain. I don't see why leaving it at the extremes of the week (Monday or Friday) would be a problem, if we move the PPV's to Sunday you would still have a whole Saturday to write. If you're that worried about it do a little extra writing throughout the week...it should be no problem since we're already accustomed to the packed two show a week deal.
I also disagree about not using Fallout as a name. The last show was seven months ago, and quite frankly it seems that no one has cared about Fallout in a very long time. I believe Meltdown and Warfare could continue to be used only if the show fell on a Monday or Thursday. Thinking up a new name for the show is kind of out of the question as we already have three perfectly good names.

If there's only one show a week I don't see any need to have a show at an extreme of the week to be honest. Saying "you'll have a whole Saturday" if the PPV was on a Sunday and the show was on a Friday is absolutely ridiculous! Why leave only one day when you can leave three?

I say TV on Tuesday and PPVs on Saturday. Remember... PPVs are bi-monthly, so if writing during the week is a problem for you, it will only happen once every two months.
Supercards can be on Fridays. Sundays would be too close to Tuesdays, and some of us need to SLEEP YOU KNOW.

I really like the idea of Supercards on a Friday. It will create a bigger distinction between them and PPVs

Relax, you lot get the PPVs at 3pm Eastern anyways >_>
Anywho, I agree with the notion that there's a show on Tuesday, and then PPVs are on Saturday. It would be up to AK on when the Supercard is cos remember she'd have to post it on a Friday night, and she could be busy those nights for all we know. But if it's cool with her, then I support that.
I think we should at least keep the Warfare name, or have a totally new name for the TV show. I propose "Dan White on Tuesday Night (and chums)"
