I don't particularly like The Red Hot Chili Peppers either. Does that make me retarded? you forget, if you don't have the same opinion of Rep then you're clearly wrong.

Dan finally gets something right. Of COURSE I think he's wrong. He doesn't like something that I do... so I see him as being WRONG. Cut your technicality "everybody holds hands and skips with flowers and agrees about everything" bullshit. If he doesn't like them, I could care less... but I DO think he's wrong.

Opinions can't be wrong.

Yes they can. In a world of exact sciences and facts you can be completely wrong. I could say that I think Gravity doesn't exist, but I'd be totally wrong and people would think I'm a mental.

Quantum Theory is trying to prove just that. In fact the theory of Quantum Physics severely challenges Newton's Laws, and they can do this because nothing can ever be 'exact' per say. Also when you say Gravity doesn't exist you are challenging a Law not an opinion, which is a totally different concept.
I don't have a problem with people having opinions, I have a problem with people thinking that only their opinion is right because 'they can'. If everyone thought that way we would get nowhere.
Back on topic, I don't mind RHCP but I dislike Metallica very much.

Opinions CAN be fucking wrong in the eyes of human beings who see someone saying stupid shit that contradicts theirs.
Example...
Person 1 loves blondes. Person 2 says that blondes are "well crap." Person 1 thinks Person 2 is a wrong douche.
I'm of the opinion that opinions can be wrong. Are you trying to say that my opinion is wrong? That would mean you're contradicting yourself.

No but you seem to like insulting people who don't share the same opinion as yourself.

Alright I'm going to try to get this through once more and then I'm done as I don't want to see yet another perfectly good topic go into a circular argument about nothing.
To put this in as simple terms as possible, let's say I like red, and hate blue, and you like blue, and hate red. How in the hell can you prove that my opinion is wrong and blue is better than red? To make this of a more on-topic nature, this is what music is all about. If you like one style and I like another, there is no way you can prove me wrong because there is NO bad music. Music is made up of a collection of sounds, so that would be saying that you can prove a certain sound is bad, which in reality is impossible.

It's not as light as that, and you know it. Had I gone in to a topic and said that something was "well crap" after a few posts of people marking out over it, a flamefest would start, all dumping on me. It happened in the magician topic... explain that please. Explain why I was wrong then and HOW Dan is correct now.
