I thought it was handled very well.
I like how it wasn't exceptionally long, and covered the fact that Senator was not at 100% and Dan White was taking part in his second match. Both men looked great in the match, getting in quite a bit of offense, and both came out of the match strong.
I thought the ending was very believable, albeit a little awkward for a countout in a no DQ match. However this is coming from someone who had Tap Out or Knock Out end in disqualification, so I really can't complain.
The match was very well described, with a cringeworthy ending spot that validated everything that went on during it. The little lines of action between the 10 count was done really well, and by the end I was anxious to see if either would make it up; what a good match does.

Awesome match, to me that was the best match in OE.

Many thanks for the kind words, I must say, they truly do mean a lot to me(and Dan as well, I would assume).
Also a few extra comments:
Dan was a pleasure to work with on the feud, from our charity futbol match, to Omega Effect, he came through time and time again, managing to carry out the feud while also going for the tag titles, and it's to his credit that he managed to pull it off as well as he did. His work on the match was top notch, and then some, I could hardly have picked a better person to write with for the biggest show of the year.
Also, It was my intention to see if I could find a way to make a countout seem as satisfying an ending as a clean fall in the ring, and had the basic outline planned out since last year. I think it turned out about how I initially visualized it, but it only shaped up the Friday night before OE, which was a harrowing situation(but not as much as OE III was, by any means).
Also(again), I hid an intentional(and vastly humorous) error at one point of the match. Nobody seems to have noticed it, so if anyone PMs me with the line that I flubbed(but left in the match), the first person to correctly identify it will get a reward.

Dan doesn't deserve any praise after his absent-minded-ness gave away a vital goal tonight.

I blame Keith's dodgy pass, and Dave's severe lack of communication. We're blaming Keith. It was 0-0 before he came on >_> Also, I appreciate the comments of Kudo and Silencio highly

Let me add in my comments as well, I honestly just read it a sum of 4 hours ago.
The match felt like a less emotionally tied, and more physical grudge match version of HBK/Flair IMO. The atmosphere was damn near perfect from beginning to end, and you could tell that their were impacts that were already on them before the match as Kudo said. The weapons being brought in, and Senator refusing to do anything more than a fire extinguisher blast was a very nice touch. I also appreciated the transformation Dan did during the match also, as I wrote him in as the more violent Black persona (thought he had White elements as well) in the tag match. Overall, the count out ending reminded of the ending of Joe/Punk, in the aspect that we all probably thought it would end with a clean fall from either man, but a countout shocked most, as the using of ropes by Joe in their match shocked everybody.
Definitely a match that caught mine and many others attentions. Great job to Big Dan and Sennie.

Yeah, that was quite the cool touch that you had with the tag match, it played off perfectly:)
And that's a rather good observation with the Flair/HBK connection, as while I didn't intentionally tie to it(I had the basic outline/idea before I saw that), it being an instant favorite of mine, had to have a good deal of subconcious influence.
