I kind of agree with BK on this.
Not really liking the new set up. Some people should be higher than some others, but not going to say names.

Look I don't mean to come off as an ass when I say this but I was the only one who had the balls to do this job, so please, stop complaining. Peace & Love, Danny Mainer.

Just saying for future editions, if there actually are any.
You call it an impact meter, but for some of those people, I'm not really seeing what impact that really is. Red DID make an impact -- he called out one of the hottest main eventers. So what if he lost, he was the one who had the balls in character to do it.

It's not like its a job someone HAS to do, you do it voluntarily. Now there's doubt to always be some disagreement between the person who makes the list and the people who read the list, and it's mostly for placement of people on the list or forgetting to put people on the list. But this specific scenario, it seems - and I'm not trying to start an argument - that your method in setting up the list is flawed IMO.
We're used to it being solely based on segments, storylines, and matches and looking at the list it doesn't seem to be so. Maybe if you enlighten us on how you determined these choices, because for instance - you had nothing really related to segments/matches for Aiden Joseph and in all honesty, Dan White should be on the list and even higher than Aiden. So maybe if you go more indepth in how you determined the spots, we could see from where you're coming from.

Red DID make an impact -- he called out one of the hottest main eventers. So what if he lost, he was the one who had the balls in character to do it. Plenty of people on that list made impact, Red made impact too, I'm not denying that. Hell, you should be glad you're on the list, your impact hasn't exactly been great lately either so why're you complaining? Oooh wow you beat Libertines up and made rant promos on AJ that he has yet to even acknowledge. Congratulations, would you like a medal? I'm going to make a statement now about the Power 10 and you can choose to take it on board or not. I took the Power 10 because people were complaining about the lack of one and how much of a shoddy job Freeman was doing at being up to date, I personally feel I've done a good job on it. Yes there will be plenty of editions to come and if you don't like the system I use, that's fine, don't read it. If someone else would rather take over as Power 10... umm... person, by all means go ahead. I didn't see you step up Jay, who stepped up? That's right, I did. So please, give it time. I've been working off of the past month. Naturally, as I start to find my groove in this thing it will become better. I have 2 GCSE exams in the next 4 days. This is the first time I've written a Power 10 or Power any number in my entire life so cut me some slack alright? Fine, you want me to take Aiden Joseph off the list? That's fine, I'll put Dan in his place. While we're playing this game why don't you, The Mods compose a list of who you'd like to see on the list and send it to me so I can slave over the descriptions. Maybe my methods are flawed, again this is the first time I've written a list like this. Nobody else took it and I wanted to give it a shot. So come on guys, what do you want from me? Seeing as this is the "Lets jump on Danny for doing the P10 wrong" thread now you might as well tell me any other concerns that you may have. Do you not like the fact that it's called The Impact Meter and is in The Impact font? Do you not like the fact that I work from 10 down to 1? Do you not like the fact I opted against myself being on the list because I am the most pretentious prick in the world? Fuck it, roast me. I'm a man of the people, what you want? Hugs and Kisses, Danny Mainer.

First of all, you need to calm down. It's constructive criticism, not even Freeman took the criticism this harshly. We just have some disagreements with the list, no need to start PMSing. I didn't ask you to take Thunderkiss off the list, I merely stated that Dan White has made more of an impact than him this month and we disagree with that on your list. We're not telling you to change it immediately, we're simply stating our opinion.
As I said, not everyone is going to agree with the list. But instead of getting all dramatic about it, the least you could do is respect our opinion and possibly apply our criticisms to the next P10. Just because you stepped up and did it doesn't mean that you can continue throwing that in our faces. I'm glad that you took it, but don't think that puts you on a higher pedestal than other people.
You're too sensitive with criticism. No one's saying that we hate your P10 and we think it should be completely redone. We're saying we don't agree with certain picks and stating our opinion. I was the FIRST person to do a Power 15/10/X in ACW, so don't think I don't know how it is to be criticized for a job you think you did pretty well while others thought it was less than stellar. But it's all about accepting the criticism instead of getting whiny over it.

But it's all about accepting the criticism instead of getting whiny over it. Now it's time for... *drum-roll* The BK London Examination! With your host DAAAAAANNNNYYY MAIIIIIIINEEEEEER! Now, today's contest is BK London, one of ACW's top superstars. Now, BK, your first question for 1,000 dollars. What in my post made you assume even for a second that I'm not calm? Random Dude in Crowd: OOH FUCK! That's a tough one! I'm sat on my bed, listening to Dimmur Borgir (one of my favourite bands), about to go grab a coke celebrating a job well done on my first issue of a Power 10. Thinking of what to have for dinner and writing Ross VS James (which is going to be a show-stealer, BTW ). As far as my reaction to criticism goes, maybe you're right? Kenny (hate to drag you into this again >_>) and Dr. Phate have both told me I care too much about peoples opinions and that I should see a psychiatrist. I'm hardly getting whinyy about it though, if you read the end of my post I was actually opening myself to more criticisms. I wasn't being sarcastic when I said "Do you not like the fact that it's called The Impact Meter and it's title is in The Impact Font?". As far as me allegedly thinking that me taking up the Power 10 puts me on a high-horse, what on EARTH makes you think that? I'm one of the lowliest people here, if I was so high and mighty I would've given myself a decent spot on the Power 10, like Number 3 or something. But no, I didn't because I don't want to let power get to my head. I also never said that you all hate it. I understand you have your criticisms and I sure as Hell want to hear them. My stance regarding the AJ placement is this, I've had nothing to work on as far as a past list that is recent so I went and threw together my own order. He ended up high because while he was inactive for 2 shows, what he DID do was quality. To summarize, I'm not bitching, I'm not upset that you have you gripes. Bring your gripes to me, I'm used to helping people sort their problems out, it's what I live for. So lay it on me.

Ok, y'know where you said that you were calm this entire time? Look back at that post directed at me. Was there any need to start going off on me? No.
All I did was offer criticism. In no way did I ever say "Jay should be higher."
I'm just saying, the structure of it was not very good but it's your first one so that's understanding. I was offering help for the NEXT version. And no, I did not step up, because I don't feel like committing to something I know I won't be able to deliver on with all my finals going on lately and a vacation coming up soon in which I'm going to need to find time to still write.
But was I saying that you in general are a shitty person to have this job? No. I didn't say that at all. So before you start swinging and retaliating, re-read what I actually said and don't take it to heart, k?

Fuck it, I give up. I'm not arguing this anymore. I'm sorry I over-reacted to your constructive criticism, you're right, my methods are shit and need work. Right now I'm under tonnes of pressure with things in my life and it's tearing my brain into two halves. Sorry I targetted you, sorry I put out a flawed Power 10, sorry for not being hugely active, sorry for the late match. I'm working on it all.

>.> Your over reacting again....I think people are just offering their opinion on how they'd prefer things to be listed out, and how they want the list to reflect effort and storyline..not simple ranking. Because..well..take a look at the list and it kinda goes from Midcard to Main Event, doesn't it?
All your little bits and deals of setting it up aren't on trial here...I don't think anyone is complaining about the display of this, and they shouldn't be. It's set up nice. It's just that they think others might of deserved a spot, in compairson to some others...Consistency and such...
That, or maybe they just hate me being on top. WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THAT?!?!?!!111?!!
>.>.....<.<...I think you should keep up with it, though. It's never going to be perfect the first time out.
