The opening had an incredibly cool concept. I personally don't like Limp Bizkit, but the song fit the action of people losing it and lashing out at their opressors very well.
The Streetfight was incredibly innovative and definitely worth a close look. It's the perfect example of a match telling a story. A lot of down and dirty brawling that you could only see in a bona fide streetfight.
Good job from Ross with the Home Run match. It's one of the more creative stipulations I've seen, and it sure did lend itself to some crazy spots. Also of note is Ross' entrance, which definitely topped all others in extravagance and showmanship. Granted, most of it was fairly unnecessary, but it was still pretty fun to read.
Impressive showing from Jason Freeman here. I loved the passion that he instilled in this segment, definitely an above average rant promo. Hopefully, he'll take this me-against-the-world attitude seriously and round out his character a bit more.
Pretty innovative segment from VorteX. Instead of just arbitrarily inserting some squash match to get himself over, he managed to incorporate his match into the flow of things very well. Furthermore, he really did capture the grungy feel of a backyard fed match.
The main event was great, highlighted by the fact that there were so many combustible elements (not just the three competitors, but their respective cohorts as well) at play all in one ring. The tension over if and when all these players were going to collide made for an exciting read.
Plenty of incredible matches, but match of the night has to be TK vs. RDK. It was cool seeing the side of TK that actually respects his opponent and appreciates the competitive aspect of wrestling. The fact that someone like TK, who's usually in this just for cheap thrills and fame, takes the match so seriously only acts to make it much more monumental. Furthermore, the match was a perfect example of telling a story in the ring. A truly epic back and forth struggle fully imbued with emotion. Dan did a good job of writing it in a way that captured the vibe and excitement that must've been in the air at the time.
Finally, my show MVP is hands-down Hunter. Defeating Rattlesnake in an action-packed match, brutally brutalizing Lexon in a fashion that would make Mr. Blonde blush, and a possible alliance with AK? Incredible twists and turns at every corner of the story and it can only be getting started. That's what's called making an impact.

Wow, what a show. It's amazing what the creative minds of a federation can do, heck this PPV was far better than anything one can find on TV.

Just finished reading this...wow.
So much great stuff it's hard to single out a few.
Awesome matches and segments throughout the show, not a moment of boredom.
