RAF is raising Rattlesnake’s hand as Starkweather is assisted out of the ring by medics, who want to check him over without delay. The crowd cheers him as he is escorted to the back, partially blocking out Philip’s announcement.
Philip:………and 2006 Emperor of the Ring, Rattlesna-
Rattlesnake has no idea of what’s going on in the booth, but he and everyone else can’t fail to miss the enormous CRASH as a large part of the set is brought down, thankfully clear of the crowd… and to everyone’s utter shock, the cause turns out to be the Cremator throwing the Reaper into it head first. The referee looks for the EOTR trophy, but the crew’s panicking, not at all sure what they should do. As the arena nears uproar, a camera shot catches a glimpse of the Cremator throwing Reaper down the ramp, and then grabbing what looks like a pair of very full petrol or gasoline cans… and he’s heading for the ring.
Cremator: I said… I PROMISED I’d BURN YOU!! Get ready for the second Great Fire of London!
The crowd starts to get extremely worried by this turn of events; in the ring, Rattlesnake can’t believe what’s happening. His moment… his triumph…. Being utterly wrecked by two nobodies?
Snake is out of the ring before RAF can stop him. He storms up the ramp, meeting the Cremator head on, and kicks him in the gut. The Cremator swings the gas cans, trying to deal with this latest inconvenience, and Snake ducks – only to come face to face with Reaper, who’s back on his feet. The fans are stunned as a fist fight breaks out; Rattlesnake impressively holds the Fallout star at bay, but he’s exhausted from the match and in danger of getting himself into a very bad situation…
The crowd, full of ACW rather than Fallout fans, is also angry at the disruption to the ending of the match; they vent their displeasure vocally until suddenly out from the back comes the rest of the Senatorial Stable, who have seen what’s going on and are determined to help Rattlesnake. Hunter and Wyvern perform a double powerbomb on the Reaper, and Scott busts into the Cremator with a Head Shot – and then all hell really does break loose, as amid the reigning chaos the rest of the Fallout Stars who were ejected earlier suddenly come storming back, taking full advantage of the decimation of security by their unhinged fellow Fallout employees.
McNally: Oh no, this can’t happen again!
Edison: ACW’s being overrun!
As powerful as they are, all of the Senatorialites except Wyvern have fought hard matches during the night, and they are now outnumbered as Skurai, Wolf, Violet, Stan, Kalb, Ness and Sakina all pitch in enthusiastically. Only Lilly hangs back; she seems overwhelmed by what’s gone on, and she acts only to defend herself or assist Sakina as the brawl moves down toward the ring. A few seconds later the rest of the ACW locker room gets its act together, and now the fans are convinced that this is totally unplanned and out of control as the likes of BK and Latino, Jake and Christopher Bryant, AK, Hitman and RDK and pretty much the entire traveling roster all disregard their personal grudges and set about trying to neutralize the interlopers. The massive battle now rages all around the ring and is threatening to spill into the aisles; Skurai hits the 5,000 channels off of the apron on to Leon Chase, only to then be Jonormous-slammed by Jonny Spade. Kalb exchanges kicks with Kudo, Wolf just barely ducks a double superkick from Latino and Reckless, and Daniel Ness and Libertines attempt to chop one another to pieces. The fighting spills around and on to the announce desks, forcing McNally and Edison to abandon their post and dive into the audience section before they get caught up in it. Amidst all this, no one involved in the fighting notices the Cremator actually entering the ring, gasoline cans in hand…
