Hell, sometimes both competitors write their own match and it turns into a classic. *cough*SenatorialStipulationsII*cough* >.> Awesome show as always, everyone.

Very good show. Zero, loved the match writing, however, don't like it how you wrote your own match. I'm not trying to be an ass, but I feel better when someone who isn't in the match is writing the match, but still... you're damn good at writing matches. And I'm not obsessed with clocks. I used it one time because the clocks were a symbol of a countdown. Trust me, I can write my own matches, they generally turn out decent:) Also, I think you're wrong about the clocks, it's obviously because you're a Boogeyman mark. Oh, and you're obsessed with being a Senator from Illinois... so that makes you like a Barrak Obama mark or something?

John McCain, actually. He's Republican, lest we forget.

Jay, settle down a teeny bit. The important thing is whether or not Jay made himself look better than you. Did he? Hm?
Oh, and don't get into it with Senator. Seriously.

Barrack Hussein Obama says shame on you! I suppose, though, in all fairness, if someone were to imply that I was a Boogeyman mark, even in jest, I'd flip out on them...

It's possible to NOT mark out for Boogeyman? I mean sure his matches suck, but his backstage segments where he randomly popped out of nowhere when people opened doors and recited nursery rhymes....then hit himself in the head with a clock...were amazing.

While I did think that Basin's comparison of Fallen Heroes to a gladitorial contest was incredibly poignant, I can't help but feel that he could've gone deeper, perhaps explored more of the similiarities of differences in the psychology of present-day fighters and ancient gladiators, maybe even discussing the mentality of spectators of these two sports. This segment is a good starting point, but it could've been much better.
I also had a similar feeling on the Kubbyd/Renix segment. The concept of a grizzled veteran trying to pass on his experiences to a headstrong rookie with plenty of potential is one filled with possibilities. I don't feel the two really tapped into all of the possiblities. They got off to a nice start with Kubbyd's semi-rant about his underdog story and how he had to work so much harder to break into the business. If Kubbyd would've went into this deeper, I could see it really lighting a fire under Renix, in either a good way or a bad way. That would've really deepened the relationship between these two.
The "Ropes" segment was a better effort from Basin. I really like how he's making these insightful metaphors that compare mundane, everyday objects to certain aspects of wrestling.
Nice segment from Shawn and Stark. The dialogue flowed really well, and I'm glad to finally understand a bit more about Umeko's past.
The AK segment was what I've been waiting for from her. For whatever reason, I like the "girl power" type characters (it could probably be traced back to my obsession with the Spice Girls), and this segment makes it appear as though Alicia's gotten a huge shot of attitude.
This Dan/Jake/BK angle is getting to be one spicy meatball. I really get the sense that Jake is being torn over BK's intentions, and BK is an unpredictable enough of a character for anything to be possible. The segment tonight certainly raised the tension level quite a bit.
Because I don't see Wyvern just plain being left out of the rumble, I'm pretty sure he'll do something drastic to be a part of it. I'm looking forward to what this particular thing will be.
As always, it was a pleasure to watch TK own up everyone else. Another parodic masterpiece in "A Gesture of Good Will!"

The reviewer who doesn't read. Oh the irony.

I never called myself a reviewer. That was all you right there. At best I consider myself just a member of the peanut gallery. Take everything I say with a grain of salt. I only try my best. Nobody turns into Shawn overnight. I only do this because the absence of the Hoss Report has been poignantly felt.

Yes, but you still take the time to go over various segments and REVIEW them, thereby making yourself an unofficial reviewer. Yet your review what you haven't apparently even read. Hence, irony.

Like I said, I don't really see what I do as official reviewing. Just leaving comments that may or may not be relevant in any sense. I'd like to think I hit it most of the time, but I never formally took the responsibility to say I was the foremost authority on the quality of these things. I don't see myself that way. In short, I don't think it's completely necessary for you to try and shoot me off my post simply because I don't have a post. It's pointless to discedit someone who never had a substantially large amount of credibility anyway. Your efforts are better concentrated elsewhere.
And you know what, man? Forgive me this one transgression. I merely missed the segment where Senator gave Wyvern the title shot. God forbid oversights.
