Match 1: Sylvian “Pay Day” Mint vs Double – Oh Four
Mint is enraged by 004’s attitude, and he pours that anger into his whirling fists. 004 is mildly surprised by Mint’s strength and he takes a few steps backwards; this is only a temporary retreat however as 004 retracts his right arm and then delivers a single crushing blow to Mint right between the eyes that knocks him flat on his back. The fans cheer as 004 drops his weight on to Mint’s chest and stays for a cover; Mint takes a moment to recover himself and kicks out at 2. As both men rise to their feet, Mint whips 004 into a corner and runs in for a turnbuckle splash; he twists in the air to land back – first and knocks the wind out of 004’s sails. Mint lifts his opponent up into a sitting position on the turnbuckle, then places his opponent on his shoulders facing in the opposite direction. Mint turns around and quickly moves forward to the centre of the ring, falling face first to plant 004 on his back. Mint crawls up his opponent to pin down his shoulders; 004 opens his eyes, looks straight into Mint’s face and swiftly pushes him away before the referee reaches 2.
As Mint gets back up, 004 moves in close and grabs him around the waist for a belly to belly suplex, which shakes the ring as it connects. With Mint on the canvas, 004 hypes the crowd and starts the people’s elbow. Mint though is not badly stunned, and he stays still while 004 bounces against the ropes, shifting away with excellent timing just as 004 commits to the elbow itself. 004 falls hard, and before he can act Mint slips behind him and twists 004’s right arm painfully behind his back. Mint uses his free arm to constrict 004 around the neck; as both men kneel on the mat 004 thrashes his free arm about but he cannot free himself from the hold. Gradually 004 begins to weaken, and Mint’s face glows with cruel amusement; the referee lifts 004’s hand once, twice, and each time it drops instantly back to the floor. The crowd shouts abuse at Mint and he looks around angrily; for a short while he resists but finally he snaps and lets go of 004’s right arm to gesture rudely at them. As he does so 004 makes his move; lifting himself up slightly so that he balances on one knee, 004 uses both hands to drag Mint over his shoulder, breaking the hold and smacking him on to the mat. 004 stands and demonstrates his pure power by hoisting Mint above his head for a superb military press slam. 004 covers, and Mint only just gets his shoulder up before the 3 count is given.
Mint is dazed from 004’s slam, but he is still determined to prove his superiority and he counters an attempted irish whip from 004 to send his opponent into the ropes instead, clotheslining him powerfully on his return. Mint leg drops to keep 004 down, and then hurries to climb up the corner post for one of his favoured splash attacks. Mint lands the splash, and pins; 004 reels from the chain of moves and only just responds himself before the 3 count, raising a shoulder and ruffling Mint’s coiffure in the process. Mint goes back to the post for a second high – flying move; he is about to launch off but then pauses, just for a second, to smooth his hair back into place. Mint isn’t daft enough to spend more than a couple of seconds doing this, but the delay is just long enough for 004 to get his head straight and roll aside a fraction before Mint impacts from a 450 splash. Both men are tiring from their efforts, but Mint still has to contend with the after – effects of his brutal match at Uncensored and he is just a little too slow to regain his feet. 004 takes hold of Mint from behind, and gives the crowd a demonstration of his personal German Piledriver finisher. Mint’s head is forced into the mat at speed, and he has no reply as 004 pins him for a 1-2-3 count.
Ginger: Here is your winner……….Double – oh four!
Double – oh picks himself up with a satisfied smile and salutes the crowd as they cheer and chant his name. He looks at the floored Mint, but decides that he has made his point without the need for extra violence and leaves him to slowly come round. He leaves the arena without making a fuss; this is a marked contrast to Mint, who when he comes around is livid with anger and smacks his fists into the mat in a tantrum. The crowd laughs at his behaviour and give him an impressive amount of heel heat. For his part, Mint plays up to the crowd, flipping them off defiantly as he stalks back to his limo, and he just gets an even bigger response. The limo pulls smoothly away and the fans have a new and interesting feud to look forward to in the coming weeks.

Mean Gene Okerlund is shown outside the Demon Pit. RDK, decked out in his suit and tie, opens the door.
RDK: You are obstructing my exit, Mean Gene. Kindly move your wrinkled mass out of the way, I have official business to attend to.
Mean Gene moves out of the way and RDK heads towards his important destination. With a bit of fear, and a heavy heart Mean Gene enters the room.
The room is dark and ominous; on a sinisterly regal throne in the center, covered in robes shrouding his face, sits Ridley the Lord of Hardcore, The Right Hand of Satan, and the Prince of Darkness. His calculating eyes are still visible beneath the robes as he broods thoughtfully. Behind him stand all the Druids, still as statues, and beside him, leaning provocatively over the throne is Alexandra "The White Rose" Kaesar, her white hair a stark contrast to the darkness of the room. Her features show not a trace of remorse for her actions at Uncensored as Mene Gene approaches with great trepidation.
Mean Gene: I'm Gene Okerlund, standing inside the infamous Demon Pit, where Ridley and his apparent new ally, The White Rose, are in repose, a day after they double-crossed and destroyed Skurai. There is no word to describe the----
Ridley holds up a hand very suddenly, shutting Gene up. He reaches out very slowly and takes the mic.
Ridley: Well, you know, Mean Gene, sometimes you have to use a little subterfuge to get things done in GF WCW.
He looks toward the camera.
Ridley: Skurai.....wrong place, wrong time. Somebody had to be sacrificed to bring it all to a climax, and you happened to be that someone. Nothing personal.
Ridley turns back to Mean Gene, and runs a hand down Rose's cheek. She responds by biting into his index finger hard enough to draw blood. He seems pleased.
Ridley: But Gene, the ties that bind.....they're forged and tempered by flowing blood. You know it, I know it....it was only a matter of time before it was put into practice.
He hands the mic back to Okerlund, who is noticeably shaken by the whole ordeal.
Mean Gene: Um, er, yes. White Rose, The first question I have for you is why? Why take a part in the destruction of the man who saved you?
Rose licks the blood off of her face.
Rose: Why? Why betray the "Noble" Skurai, because his mind is clouded and he does not see the truth. Why side with Ridley? Because Lord Ridley and I are one and the same, we are the yin and the yang, we are black and white, we are the lock and the key.
Mean Gene: Rose, How can you say that, He’s barely Human
Rose: Barely Human? He is the most Human being in this world, The rest of you, including you Mean Gene, are waste, human waste. You live your lives every day, eating, sleeping, F****** and not knowing the true reason of your existence, you are no better than beasts, you are all animals. Lord Ridley and I are on the same journey, we seek the same prize.
Mean Gene: What Prize?
Rose: The prize that all Humans seek, but none have will or power to take, the grand truth of life.
Mean Gene: What is this Grand Truth?
Rose: Fulfilment, the only thing that can give us fulfilment.
Mean Gene: And that is?
Rose is slowly growing angry………<br> Rose: Pain, Mean Gene, in all of it’s glorious forms
Mean Gene: Pain? Rose have you gone insane, like Ridley?
Rose: Insane? You have us all wrong Mean Gene, we are no longer insane, We are the only ones truly sane. Mean Gene, I will explain this to you only once. Pain is the key, it is the key to understanding why we are here, it is the truth, it proves to us the presence of divinity in our lives. The reception and infliction of pain, the ability to feel pain and suffering is proof that there is a God. Pain is Truth, and Truth is what all human beings seek. In fact Mean Gene, I will give you a glimpse of sanity in its purest form.
Rose knocks Mean Gene over and kicks him a few times, she nods her head at Druid #2 who pulls out a Keg of Gasoline. He hands it to Rose and she pours it all over Mean Gene.
Rose looks at Lord Ridley….
Rose: Lord?
Ridley rolls his eyes in the back of his head. Mean Gene bursts into flames, but is quickly put out by security, he sustains minor injuries.
Ridley: Come Alexandra, The journey begins.
Rose: When will it end Lord?
Ridley: Even I do not know when it ends, I know it has begun, and we will not stop maiming, we will not stop the scarring, we will not stop the blood letting, until our journey is fulfilled!
Ridley and Rose leave side by side followed by the Druids.

Segment: Nature of a Champion
In the corridors of the backstage area, RDK is making his way to attend to his personal business. He passes the new WCW champion Bladeshadow; the corridor is narrow and they bang shoulders with one another. Blade continues on, but RDK stops and angrily calls him back.
RDK: BLADESHADOW! How dare you push a WCW commissioner aside in such a manner! Get your lousy hide back here, boy, and apologise.
Blade turns and slowly walks back to RDK; his expression is calm but his eyes flare with deep dislike for his superior. He faces RDK but says nothing.
RDK: I can’t believe a guy like you is actually WCW Champion, Blade. It makes me sick to see it devalued in your hands.
Blade: Well if we’re going to judge titles by their previous owners, RDK, then I’d say this thing’s already pretty worthless.
RDK’s face flushes with rage at the insult. He takes a step closer to try and intimidate Blade, but Blade draws himself up to his full height and refuses to back down.
Blade: You can kiss the chairman’s ass all you want, RDK; I sure as hell am not going to kiss yours. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have a match tonight; I have to start restoring some credibility to this fine belt.
Blade turns and walks away; RDK is furious but he restrains himself.
RDK: Good luck for tonight, Blade; Trust me, you’re going to need it.
RDK smiles darkly as he continues onward and the scene fades out.

Match 2: Kane & GWD v Pdogg & Flea (Credit: Latino)
Slow Chemical by Finger Eleven starts playing just as the scene of flames engulfs the Friday Night Thunder arena and entrance ramp. Kane and GWD make their way to the ring together. Kane gives menacing looks to the fans as he walks by them and at the same time GWD makes rude remarks.
Gingerdude: This next match is scheduled for one fall and is tonight’s tag team match! Coming down to the ring Kane and G…W…D!”<br> Wait & Bleed by Slipknot starts playing as the fans suddenly rise up out of their chairs cheering. Pdogg and Flea come out to the ring with a rush of excitement as the fans cheer loudly. Both men shake hands with fans as they walk down to the ring but stop as they get closer, staring down their opponents that are standing in the ring.
Gingerdude: And their opponents coming down to the ring, Pdogg and Flea!
PDogg and Flea move to opposite sides of the ring and enter; Kane and GWD watch but the ref’s presence keeps them in check. The teams watch one another carefully as the referee calls for the bell.
Bell Rings.
Kane and Flea start the match as both of their partners retreat back to their respective corners. Flea is acutely aware of his lack of stature compared to Kane, and he starts to back away; Kane moves closer and closer to prevent his escape. Flea realises Kane is trying to trap him and he runs forward, dropping into a slide to slip between Kane’s legs; maintaining his speed he bounces off of the ropes for a clothesline on Kane. Kane though is not affected by this move and just stands as if wondering “Is he serious?”. As Flea reels from his collision with Kane, Kane punches Flea in the face and throws him across the ring with both hands. Flea gets back to his feet, and Kane welcomes him with a strong boot to the face. Kane notes that Flea is dangerously close to his own corner and he gives Pdogg a quick punch to the face knocking him down to the outside. Kane grabs Flea by the leg and drags his opponent towards GWD; GWD is tagged in and immediately starts working on Flea’s leg. After repeated kicks towards the knee GWD drags him to the opposite side of the ring, puts Flea’s leg on the bottom rope and jumps on top of his knee causing Flea to scream in pain. GWD grins at the distress of his foe and goes to grab him again, but Flea pulls him over and though the second rope sending GWD down to the ground. Flea gets up with help from the ropes and limps back to his partner; just as he tags in Pdogg GWD crawls back to his own corner and tags in Kane. Both opponents of Kane, Pdogg standing up and Flea leaning against the ropes, stare at Kane as he steps over the top rope smiling. Pdogg runs towards Kane and performs a solid dropkick to the chest of his oppponet, causing Kane to stagger. PDogg punches Kane in the face left and right as the fans cheer him on. He now gives Kane a dropkick to the knee sending Kane down to one knee. Flea sees that GWD is ready to attack and moves around the ring towards GWD’s corner, pulling his leg from the apron. GWD’s face slams against apron giving Flea the opportunity to Irish whip him to steel steps sending a loud echo throughout the arena.
As Kane and Pdogg are fighting back and forth trading punches Flea climbs the turnbuckle waiting for Kane to turn around. GWD spots this and yells at the referee, but this just serves to distract the referee further. At this point, Pdogg notices Flea and runs back towards the rope in order to gather momentum for an elbow to Kane’s face sending him into another daze as he turns around facing Flea. Flea jumps off and connects a missile dropkick to Kane’s face; Kane drops like a stone and the ring shakes as his massive frame smacks into the canvas. With an extraordinary display of strength, PDogg lifts all 320 pounds of Kane up into his Bad Blood finisher (a Canadian Backbreaker) with the arena going crazy; PDogg smiles as Kane’s muscles tense up in his efforts to withstand the pain. Once Kane has been weakened, PDogg slams him back first into the mat; he splashes down for a final hit and stays on top of his opponent to pin him for the 1-2-3.
Gingerdude: Here are you winners for this tag team match….Pdogg & Flea!
As the match ending bell sounds, Pdogg and Flea hug in victory and in disbelief that they took down the big man Kane. The fans in the arena are on their feet and their cheers are deafening. Both men climb up their own turnbuckle in celebration and rejoice; unfortunately for them they do not see Kane sit up, anger etched across his face. Kane grabs Flea by the neck as he turns around chokeslamming him down to the outside and just barely missing the outside barrier. He then turns his attention to Pdogg and kicks him in the gut as Pdogg climbs down from the turnbuckle. Kane pulls off the Rain Of Pain, choke slam turned into a rock bottom, but instead of sending the victor into the mat he throws him with one hand into the top turnbuckle leaving Pdogg in immense pain in his back. Kane and GWD leave together as Slow Chemical echoes throughout the arena, a smile on their faces knowing the damage was done.

Segment: RDK’s Challenge
Thunder reaches its half – way point and the crowd is humming, waiting for the next match. Instead though “Evolution” by Motorhead hits and Chairman WCW 98 comes out to the ring, a serious look on his face. He takes a microphone in hand and looks around at the audience, who quieten themselves in order to see what he has to say.
WCW 98: Ladies and Gentlemen, as you may be aware at Uncensored there was an incident involving an assault on a member of this company. At the time there were no witnesses who were able to identify the person responsible, but it has since been brought to my attention that a security camera at the venue recorded a part of the attack.
There is a small rise in the noise levels as WCW 98 continues.
WCW 98: Would the crew in the video booth please play back the footage that was recorded that evening?
On the big screens, black and white stuttering CCTV style footage shows Gary approaching Skurai’s allotted dressing room at Madison Square Garden. He opens the door and goes to switch on the light, but as he does so someone grabs him from the darkness within and drags him inside. There follows the sounds of a brutal fight, then suddenly Gary makes a break for the door, blood evidently streaming from his forehead, and the assailant is shown for a brief second as he pulls his terrified victim back into the gloom.
WCW 98: Freeze frame there, please.
The audience reaction is immediate and hostile as the static screen clearly shows Commissioner RDK, his face twisted with aggression. WCW 98 waves a hand and the footage is cut off.
WCW 98: Commissioner RDK, I’m not asking you, I’m ordering you to get yourself down to this ring without delay.
There is a brief pause, and then “The Game” by Motorhead hits as RDK enters and makes his way down to the arena; the crowd chant and yell their disapproval, but he disregards them. WCW 98 watches him coolly climb into the ring, and the two men face off just feet from one another. The fans start to get excited and begin to cheer, waiting for WCW 98 to give RDK his marching orders.
WCW 98: RDK, I’ve just got one thing to say to you………..
The crowd noise and excitement hits a peak as they wait for the finish…….
WCW 98………Good Job, buddy! You really put one over that stupid fool!
RDK’s face breaks into an evil grin and the two men pat one another on the back, to a storm of protest from the arena.
RDK: Thankyou sir, just doing my job. But you see, I do still have a slight problem here………<br> RDK points to a tiny scar on his head as he speaks
RDK: I received a head wound from the incident, and I think it only fair that I should have a chance to repay the debt in a match with Gary.
WCW 98: Why, of course my friend! Consider yourself booked in for a match at the end of the show.
RDK: Much obliged. And of course I’ll need my associates Ridley and Rose here at ringside for protection, in case Gary gets out of hand.
The two men laugh as the audience boos and shouts furiously at them, and they make their way out of the ring looking thoroughly pleased with themselves.

Match 3: Latino vs Edge
Everyone is still angry following RDK and WCW’s announcements, but the mood in the arena lightens immediately as Razor Ramon’s theme hits at high volume.
Ginger: This is a singles match, scheduled for one fall………….introducing first, one half of the WCW Tag Team Champions………..Latino!
Latino arrives in good spirits despite his US title defeat at Uncensored; he takes his time to get to the ring, stopping to speak to the throngs of fans pressing at the barriers. Ginger has to wait a little, while Latino climbs up on the turnbuckles and raises his arms to the fans.
Faint by Linkin Park hits
Ginger: And his opponent, from Long Island New York…………Edge!
Edge still has some scars from his match with Flea at Uncensored, but his victory there has boosted his confidence and he just grins as he flips off the crowd on the way to the ring. Latino leans back against one of the turnbuckles as Edge paces around; he plays it cool but in reality he is watching every move Edge makes. The referee signals for the match to start and the two face off, circling the ring.
Bell Rings.
Both Latino and Edge choose speed as their starting tactic; they bounce from opposite sets of ropes to clash heavily in the centre. Edge comes in for a stiff armed clothesline; Latino sees this and ducks his head to drive his shoulder into Edge and knock them both to the ground. Latino grabs Edge by the hair and punches him several times about the head before Edge twists himself out. The two rise back to a standing position; Edge is fired up and he gives Latino back a couple of punches to the face before whipping him to the ropes and trying his clothesline again, successfully this time. Not allowing the opportunity to pass, Edge elbow drops immediately and pins; Latino kicks out just before the 2 count is given. Both men stand and Edge reverts to punch power; Latino counters with a kick to the head that takes Edge by surprise, and Latino drops for a cover of his own and a 2 count.
Despite the impressive pace of the match, neither man is short on energy and they run again to meet each other. Edge succeeds in knocking Latino down, but instead of going to the mat he continues to run and springs back from the ropes at high speed. Latino stands with his back to Edge, and Edge leaps into a dropkick that pushes Latino forward to spread him over the second rope. Edge smiles, and with a flip to the crowd he rushes forward for the 619. Latino though is still clear – headed, and grabbing the middle rope he slides out of the ring feet first, just getting his head out of the way before Edge passes above him. Latino quickly moves away and Edge paces around the ring, taunting him as the referee counts. There is a brief standoff as Latino looks for a safe place to re – enter the ring and Edge follows him. Finally Latino climbs up at one of the posts; Edge comes forward and grabs Latino’s head but Latino quickly responds by also grasping Edge’s head and smashing it against the turnbuckle. Edge staggers backward, and Latino jumps from the post into a sunset flip. Edge is caught unawares and the referee almost counts to 3 before he extracts himself from the pin.
Before Edge can recover to stand up fully, Latino gets close and hooks up for a vertical suplex. The move is successful; in Edge’s mind alarm bells ring and he summons all his strength to break Latino’s hold as he pivots to set up for a second. Latino starts to shake his shoulders…..but Edge has no intention of letting his opponent get on a roll and he nips around to Latino’s back for a german suplex of his own. Edge then surprises a large number of people by using Latino’s own technique against him and holding on to deliver 2 more rolling Germans; Latino is worn down by the constant pressure and Edge manages a pin of 2.5. Edge is becoming frustrated, and he lifts Latino up on to his shoulders for a DVD; Latino waits until Edge tries to steady himself and then suddenly wrenches with his whole body so that Edge drops him to land behind him. Latino swiftly gets up into a kneeling position and sweeps his leg to chop Edge’s feet from behind him; Edge lands awkwardly and holds his ribs on his left side. The injury is not major, but Latino capitalises and puts his boot into the affected area a few times before following with an elbow drop to the same spot. Edge screws up his face in pain, and is distracted just long enough for Latino to climb to the nearest corner post. Latino throws his hands in the air and there are cheers and camera flashes as he showcases his Houston Hangover finisher. Edge takes the full impact of the move and Latino covers without delay to secure the 1-2-3 count.
Ginger: Here is your winner…….Latino!
Latino rises to his feet and walks around, listening with pleasure to the applause and cheering from the crowd. As he faces the fans behind the announce desks, he misses the rapid approach of Edge’s partner Rey McFoley; he slides into the ring and low – blows Latino from behind, dropping him to his knees. Edge and Rey viciously beat Latino while he is down, and the crowd is furious; suddenly though the tone of their shouting changes again as from the back comes Latino’s tag partner Blaze, almost flying down the ramp as she rushes to break up the attack. Blaze jumps up on to a corner post and rope walks until she is in range of Edge and Rey; there are more camera flashes as Blaze moonsaults into the heels and knocks them both down with a single shot. Latino is quickly back in action and the tag champs take the fight to their foes; Rey takes a few hits before he retreats to the outside of the ring, unwilling to risk injury before his match with Baldeshadow. Edge shouts angrily at him, but he is cut short as Latino floors him and locks on a crippler crossface. Blaze adds her own Catch – 22 ankle lock and the crowd loves every minute of it as Edge flails about and taps wildly. Once they have satisfied themselves that Edge gets the point, Latino and Blaze release the holds and Edge rolls quickly out of the ring. Edge and Rey retreat to the locker rooms, still hurling abuse; Blaze and Latino stand shoulder to shoulder and yell right back. Together they play to the crowd a final time before making their way backstage, a message sent to anyone intending to take them on.

Segment: V3’s Title Ambitions (credit: V3)
The ring is being prepared for the next match when the audience is pleasantly surprised to hear “Git Up” by D12 ring out from the sound system. They see V3 enter with a microphone in hand and make his way to the ring, greeting some of the fans on the way. The crowd shows its appreciation for V3’s stunning performance at Uncensored and he listens to their cheers for a few seconds before he speaks.
V-3: First off, I would like to do one thing. That is to thank the fans that have helped me during my losses and it was because of you guys that I won that match.
Crowd goes crazy.
V-3: Now, calm down a little bit cuz’ I got an important announcement. I challenge Pdogg for the US Title on this Monday on Nitro.
The crowd’s reactions intensify at V3’s announcement.
V-3: Now I know that this is sudden Pdogg, but I think I have proven myself at Uncensored. That and -
Slow Chemical by Finger Eleven hits. Kane heads to the ring with an intense look in his eye from his Tag Team Title loss at Uncensored. Kane enters the ring. V-3 and Kane have an intense stare down which feels like it goes on for hours though it is really only seconds.
V-3: Kane, what are you doing here?
Kane: Well, V-3, that’s simple. I’m here concerning your match on Nitro. See, I’m the kind of person who has the guts to do what is needed. Like for instance, I used to be part of the greatest stable ever, until it collapsed into the ground thanks to RDK.
The look in Kane’s eyes intensifies as he mentions his past in the GFWWE.
Kane: Well, that’s all changed now. I’m gonna be a success, and you’re just in my way.
The crowd boos Kane.
Kane: See, I want that shot at the US Championship. And you ain’t gonna do anything to stop it.
As Kane says this, V-3 takes a swing at Kane. It connects with authority but doesn’t knock down the monster. V-3 keeps barraging him with rights and lefts but to no avail. Finally in frustration, Kane puts down V-3 using his finisher, The Rain of Pain. Kane leaves the ring with a look in his eye that looks like a feeling of accomplishment. But as Kane leaves he turns around to look at the carnage he has caused, but only to hear the voice of V-3 as he uses the ropes to pull himself back up.
V-3: Kane, I’ll forget my match at Nitro. Because instead, it will be you and me, One-on-One.
The crowd goes crazy after hearing this. Kane replies with a nod as he walks backstage; V3 stares after him for a few seconds, then slips out of the ring and heads backstage himself.

Match 4: Bladeshadow (with V3) vs Rey McFoley (with Ridley)
It only takes a couple of minutes to complete the match preparations after V3 and Kane’s interruption, and Ginger steps up to announce the competitors.
Ginger: The next match will be a singles match, scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, the cruiserweight champion…….Rey McFoley!
Beautiful People by Marylin Manson hits and Rey walks out on to the ramp. Instead of responding to the crowd’s heat though he looks straight ahead, and he seems unnaturally on edge. The reason for this becomes apparent as a looming, dark robe – clad figure appears behind Rey; a collective gasp rises up from the crowd as Ridley silently follows the cruiser champ down to ringside; his shadow falls across Rey and he fights to suppress a shudder. Once in the ring Rey relaxes a little, but he keeps checking Ridley’s position out of the corner of his eye. For his part, Ridley takes up position by one of the corner posts and slowly removes his robes, discarding them into the space next to the ring bell table.
Ginger: And his opponent…….from Upstate New York, the WCW Champion, Bladeshadow!
The crowd rises as “The Game” by Drowning Pools hits; there is a delay of several seconds before Blade is visible at the entrance. Everyone looks for his partner V3, but instead after a brief pause Double – oh four follows him out into the bright lights focused on the stage. The pair make their way to the ring, giving Ridley a wide berth; microphones close to the announce desks pick up a brief snippet of conversation between the two.
Blade: So V3 was called away? But I just heard him out here, not 5 minutes ago!
004: I know man, it’s a bummer but don’t worry, I’ve got your back. I’ll handle any trouble the black mage over there tries to give you.
Blade: Well be very careful…..it’s not a good idea to joke about Ridley’s abilities like that. Don’t turn your back to him. At all. Understand?
004: Sure, sure. God, look at Rey………you’d think he didn’t trust the guy who’s supposed to be backing him up here.
Blade: A word of advice, my friend; no – one here trusts Ridley if they want to stay healthy.
Blade slips into the ring and shows off his WCW title to the fans before handing it to the referee for safekeeping. Everyone checks what Ridley is doing whilst pretending to look at something else; Ridley just stands still and nonchalantly watches the action in the ring. The referee signals for the match to get underway, and Rey and Blade finally turn their attention to each other.
Bell Rings.

The newly crowned WCW champion has a major size advantage over Rey, being almost a foot taller and 55 pounds heavier; Rey keeps this in mind and tries to use his speed for an attack, but Blade blocks him with his shoulder and the impact is as if Rey had run into a solid wall. Rey staggers back a few steps and Blade sweeps him up for a powerslam, which is delivered with controlled yet devastating force. Blade pins and gets a count of 2 before Rey shakes the fuzz out of his head and responds. Blade stands and hauls Rey to his feet, looking for a headlock; Rey though is not prepared to be used as a punchbag for the champion and he elbows his way free before raking Blade’s eyes. A swift quebrada from the second rope strikes Blade while he is unable to see and Rey attempts a roll up. Blade struggles free just before 2, and raises an eyebrow at Rey’s spirit. Fired up, Rey charges toward Blade, who coolly counters to lift Rey into a Spinebuster. Rey lands hard and puts a hand to his lower back, but he rolls away before Blade can link in a second move and the pair face off again in the centre of the ring.
Blade moves in to lock up with Rey; Rey is not keen on the idea and instead whips Blade into a corner – more by luck than judgement, it happens to be the corner where Ridley is standing to watch the match. Blade is driven chest first into the turnbuckle pads – this in itself is not a problem, but Ridley suddenly takes an interest and grabs Blade’s feet. He pulls Blade down so that his legs are either side of the post and then wrenches his right leg to smash the knee and calf against the metal. Ridley repeats this a couple of times and the referee protests, but before he can take any action Double oh arrives from the opposite side of the ring and pushes Ridley back, punching furiously. Ridley seems more amused by this than anything else, and he picks up Double oh, throwing him several metres across the ringside area. Blade clutches his knee, in obvious pain, and Rey drags him back away from the ropes for a pin. The referee spots the pin and drops down to count; Rey secures a 2 before Blade kicks out, but even this action aggravates the injury to Blade’s leg and he winces in pain.
Blade pulls himself to a stand, breathing hard; Rey senses that he has an opportunity and slides to chop Blade’s feet from beneath him. Blade sees the move coming and jumps out of the way; putting the pain to the back of his mind Blade delivers a flurry of his preferred kicks to Rey while he is still on the mat from the missed tackle. Blade picks Rey up and hits a backbreaker, driving Rey’s spine against his uninjured knee; quickly he drops Rey and covers, looking to end the match before his leg takes too much punishment. The count reaches 2.5 before there is a response from Rey; changing tactics, Blade rolls Rey on to his back and sets up his Heaven’s Arrow submission move. The hold puts pressure both on Rey’s back and Blade’s knee and calf, and both feel intense pain; the referee watches closely and Rey comes extremely close to tapping, but then Blade has to break to hold to relieve the agony in his own body. Both men lay on the canvas and the referee starts to count; at 7, Blade pulls himself up and limps over to a neutral corner. Gritting his teeth he climbs to the top and prepares for his Thor’s hammer move as Rey manages to get up at a count of 9. Before he can use it though, Ridley slides up and hops up on the apron; he punches Blade in the back of his injured leg and Blade buckles, falling awkwardly from the post back in to the ring.
The referee is furious and tries to order Ridley to leave, but again he is distracted by Double – oh four running up to knock Ridley back down on to the arena floor. Ridley grabs 004 by the throat and begins to crush his windpipe; as he does so there is a roar from the crowd and V3 bursts out of the masses watching the show, cannoning in to Ridley from the security barrier. All 3 crash to the ground in a heap and they scrap furiously; meanwhile back in the ring, Blade and Rey have resumed their own battle. Blade has Rey in a facelock and is about to convert this into a DDT, but Rey twists himself free; Blade whips Rey to the ropes and goes for a spinning heel kick but Rey ducks under. Rey rebounds against the ropes and charges back into Blade; Blade is knocked forward and falls over the 2nd rope. Rey takes his chance and hits the 619; Blade is thrown back and Rey waits for him to get up before launching into a springboard hurracanrana to complete his Crazy Twista combo. Rey shouts at the referee, who is having no luck controlling the brawl outside the ring; the referee sees the cover and Blade just fails to kick out before the 1-2-3 is given.
Ginger: Here is your winner………Rey McFoley!
Both men sit up in the ring; neither is quite able to comprehend the reality of the situation at first. Rey stands and is about to celebrate when his attention, along with everyone else’s, is drawn to what is happening outside the ring. The brawl has come to an abrupt conclusion; Ridley stands with an evil smile, using a chokehold to suspend V3 from one hand and Double oh from the other. Rey decides that he does not want to stick around and he slides out of the ring, beating a hasty retreat to the locker rooms and keeping as far from Ridley as he can. Blade hauls himself to his feet and tries to reach his friends, but his injury slows him down and Ridley cracks the two mens’ skulls together before dropping their limp forms on to the metal ramp. Blade rolls out of the ring and goes to V3 and Double oh; Ridley proceeds calmly back up the ramp, having carried out RDK’s request exactly as instructed in return for his assistance at Uncensored.

Match 5: Commissioner RDK (with Ridley and White Rose) vs Gary
The crowd is still worked up over the previous events as the crew prepare for the hastily arranged final match. Ginger has looked uncomfortable with the actions of RDK and his associates all evening, and there is genuine concern on his face and in his voice as he steps forward to do his job.
Ginger: Ladies and Gentlemen, we have come to the final match of the evening. Introducing first, from parts unknown……..Gary!
”Please don’t let me be misunderstood” from the Kill Bill soundtrack kicks up on the sound system and Gary comes out, as usual sporting the “just got out of bed” look. For reasons no one has yet pinpointed conclusively, Gary is surprisingly popular with the crowd and he gets a big pop as he wanders to the ring.
“The Game” by Motorhead hits and RDK stalks out on to the entrance; he smirks and flips off the crowd with obvious enjoyment.
Ginger: And his opponent, WCW Commissioner RDK!
RDK walks down to the ring; he barely stifles a snigger as he sets eyes on his opponent. Behind him, Ridley and Rose slowly follow; the crowd gives the duo a lot of heat but they seem to barely notice it.
RDK gets into the ring and paces around, staring Gary out. Gary is unsettled by this and backs away behind Ginger; RDK walks up to Ginger and glares at him, but for a few seconds Ginger stays still. RDK looks as if he is about to say something, but Ginger moves aside and exits the ring as the referee signals for the bell to start the match.
Bell Rings.
Without Skurai to direct him, Gary seems to be at a loss over what to do; nervously he moves closer to RDK and tries to engage with him. RDK’s eyes simmer with contempt and as Gary comes in range he shoves him hard in the chest like a playground bully, pushing him down to the mat backwards to land on his tail. Gary’s expression is still fearful, but mixed with this appears just the tiniest hint of anger and he quickly pulls himself back up to a standing position before running forward and using a crossbody to knock RDK off his feet. Gary tries for an elbow drop, but RDK nimbly rolls aside and Gary’s attempt fails. Before Gary can get back up RDK regains his feet and viciously kicks him while he is down, further irritating the crowd; RDK uses a leg drop of his own to Gary’s throat and hooks the leg into a pin. The count hits 2 before Gary raises a shoulder, much to RDK’s annoyance. In the back of the shot Ridley and Rose are seen at ringside, but their attention seems to be entirely focused on one another; the shot is at a distance but it appears that Rose is using a stiletto heel to engrave her name on to Ridley’s wrist in elegant but bloody letters.
RDK continues his assault on Gary, closing in before his opponent can retreat to hit a diamond cutter. Gary thuds into the mat and RDK pins, but at 2.5 he pulls Gary up by the hair. With a nasty smile RDK whips Gary into a corner and delivers a string of 10 punches, counted by the referee. While Gary is dazed, RDK climbs up to the second rope and uses his enormous power to superplex the two of them back to the ring mat, which shakes as they land. RDK does not pin again but instead stands up and walks around, enjoying the crowd’s angry shouts and jeers. RDK keeps an eye on Gary and as he tries to stand he moves back in and hits a doublearm DDT. Gary lies still and RDK calls out to Rose, teasing her that he has just used one of her favourite moves and done it better, but he is annoyed to see that neither Ridley or Rose are paying a blind bit of attention to what is going on. Rose is giving Ridley’s goatee a trim by ripping out individual hairs with tweezers; RDK shouts angrily at the pair but in doing so he takes his eyes off of Gary and he is given a crucial opportunity to recover. As RDK turns back to the centre of the ring he walks straight into a superkick; the shot takes him by surprise and he falls to the mat where Gary rushes for a pin. The speed of events gives Gary a 2 count before RDK furiously kicks him away.

The crowd is starting to get behind the underdog and Gary seems to feel it; he seems less wary of RDK and comes forward to meet him, throwing creditable punches of his own in response to RDK’s shots. RDK though is still far superior in terms of pure power and wrestling experience; he blocks Gary’s next blow and swiftly floors him with a neckbreaker. With his opponent on the mat, RDK sets up and applies a texas cloverleaf, leaning back with all his weight to maximise the pressure. Gary feels the pain immediately and his eyes water, but despite RDK’s efforts he refuses to surrender and instead focuses on hauling himself to one of the ropes. RDK tries to restrain him, but finally Gary makes it and the referee tells RDK to break the hold. RDK is furious and he refuses until the referee threatens to disqualify him; RDK lets go and kicks his exhausted opponent so that he falls out of the ring before arguing loudly with the referee. Gary lands right next to Ridley and Rose, and there is a sharp intake of breath by the fans as they anticipate an attack. Ridley though is concentrating closely on the fiddly task of piercing Rose’s earlobes with a crosshead screwdriver, and he does nothing more that push Gary away with his foot so that he can stand closely enough to Rose to see properly. RDK withdraws from his argument with the ref, expecting to see Gary in a broken and bloody heap; instead he is more than a little cross to see Gary recovering back to the ring none the worse for wear.
RDK fumes as he realises that he will not get any extra help from his associates, and decides to finish off the match quickly and brutally. Gary rushes forward for a clothesline, but RDK catches him and instead lifts him up for a powerslam. It connects and RDK covers, but Gary pushes up a shoulder at 2.5. Getting more livid by the second, RDK breaks out his preferred finisher, the Rock Bottom; again he is successful but the crowd is now deliberately trying to wind RDK up and their cheering and chanting energises Gary anew; he kicks just before 3, to RDK’s astonishment. Again RDK looks to his stablemates; Rose has a razor blade in her hand and she gives a sick smile as Ridley sticks out his tongue…….both RDK and the cameras look away, and when they summon up the courage to peek again the pair are French kissing one another, watched by a reduced number of people in the front rows as several have passed out from the scene they have just witnessed. RDK looks a little green, but he turns his attention back to the match; Gary is still lying on the mat in a daze and RDK climbs up to the top of the nearest post. The crowd is surprised to see such a move as RDK is not renowned as a high flier; determined to finish things for good RDK leaps into an impressive moonsault. Now though Gary reveals his strategy; he rolls away toward the same post and RDK lands hard on the unforgiving canvas. As he impacts Gary is already halfway up the same post; he looks around at the crowd going berserk and with a grin launches into a 450 splash. The ring shudders as he connects fully with RDK and swiftly rolls him up; RDK struggles but Gary presses down with every ounce of strength he has left and the referee’s hand hits for “3” a millisecond before RDK can break free.
Ginger cannot contain his delight at RDK’s loss and he beams as he shouts out the result to the arena:
Ginger: Here is your winner………..GARY!!
RDK’s face is a picture of shock; for a moment he does not know how to react. Neither does Gary, having never won a match before, but it doesn’t take long for his features to burst into a massive grin and he jumps around the ring with childish glee, waving his arms about. RDK does not know who to yell at first; he looks for Ridley and Rose but they are already proceeding up the ramp, deep in conversation. RDK bellows angrily at them, but Ridley just turns his head slightly and waves RDK away like a distraction. Turning back to the ring, RDK is about to take out his anger on his opponent when he sees the broad grin on Ginger’s face as he stands next to the announce desks. RDK jumps down from the ring and rips the microphone out of Ginger’s hands…..

RDK: YOU! What the **** do you find so funny about my being cheated like that? As commissioner I demand you announce ME as the winner, that count was far too fast to be legal!
Ginger’s face transforms from amusement to nervousness, but he shakes his head and refuses. RDK’s fury is now rapidly approaching critical levels.
RDK: No? What do you mean, NO?! I am the COMMISSIONER, dammit! If I tell a piece of cr*p like you to do something, you do it!
Both Ginger and those closest to him in the audience are now looking decidedly afraid; Ginger takes a step backwards but something deep inside him rebels against RDK’s bullying and he shakes his head again, looking RDK straight in the eyes despite his fear. For a few seconds RDK and Ginger stare at one another; the tension in the arena is almost thick enough to reach out and touch.
Then suddenly RDK’s patience snaps; all his frustrations erupt to the surface and he smashes the microphone straight into Ginger’s skull. Ginger staggers back, holding his head, but RDK is just getting started; he pushes one of the announcers off of their steel chair and takes it in hand. The dropped microphone picks up the sickening sounds as RDK repeatedly slams the chair against any part of Ginger that he can reach; head, chest, limbs. Ginger drops to the ground and tries to protect himself, but blood is already starting to pool on the crash matting as RDK drags him into the ring to continue the attack. With the now bloodied chair and the microphone in his grip, RDK enters the ring; the canvas is beginning to turn red and Ginger’s face is crimson with his own blood. Nevertheless he pulls himself back into a kneeling position as RDK looms over him.
RDK: I’ll give you one more chance Ginger……….what do you say?
Ginger’s eyes are glazed from rapid blood loss and he finds it difficult to focus, but he looks at RDK for a moment before his expression hardens into defiance…..
Ginger: I say SCREW YOU, arsehole.
The crowd roars its approval of Ginger’s statement, but the cheers are swiftly converted into shouts of anger as RDK nails Ginger a final time with the chair, straight in the face. Ginger crumples and RDK spits on his victim; he raises the chair again but there is a crescendo from the fans as Bladeshadow rockets from the backstage area, pushing his leg injury out of his mind in his rush to the ring. Blade rips the chair away from RDK, righteous anger blazing across his face; RDK sees this and decides that now is not the most advantageous time to take on the WCW champion. He rolls out of the ring and passes the EMTs as they hurry to attend to Ginger; the final shot of the show is of the two staring at one another before the sneering RDK disappears into the backstage. Blade watches him go and then looks down at the fallen Ginger, and his determination to conquer the vicious commissioner is set as hard as the steel of the chair in his hand.
End of Show.
