So, without further ado......Match 1.
Ginger: This Cruiserweight match is scheduled for one fall…….
Hysteria by Muse hits
Ginger: Now entering the arena………………Radobar!
Radobar waves to the crowd and makes his way to the ring
Ginger: And his opponent, already in the ring……….JonnyG!
Radobar and Jonny warm up a little, and the match gets underway.
Bell Rings.
Following his early exit from the Cruiserweight Battle Royale, Jonny is determined not to be such a pushover in this match. Locking up with Radobar, he gets his opponent into a headlock and then drops quickly to deliver a Bulldog. Jonny rolls Radobar over and goes for a leg drop over his neck, but Radobar sits up and as Jonny lands behind him he rises on to one knee, reaches back, grabs his foe’s arm and pulls him forward over his shoulder so that Jonny is driven back – first into the mat. Noting Jonny’s proximity to the ropes, Radobar jumps up to the second rope and hits a quebrada; he covers and receives a 2 count from the referee before Jonny kicks out. Radobar heads to the corner post to try a splash, but Jonny is quickly back on his feet and he follows him up. The two exchange punches in the corner; Radobar pushes Jonny away and launches into the splash, but Jonny uses a backwards roll as he lands to get out of range. Radobar hits the mat and Jonny rolls him up quickly; he also receives a 2 count before Radobar escapes. Both men are swiftly back on their feet; they circle briefly, then Jonny runs at Radobar with the intention of landing a crossbody. Radobar twists to avoid him and as Jonny arrives at the opposite side of the ring, Radobar follows him and uses a missile dropkick to punt him out of the ring between the 2nd and 3rd ropes. With great agility, Radobar grabs the top rope, leaps up to stand on it and immediately springboards off to hit Jonny on the floor before he has time to move. Jonny is somewhat dazed, but the move also affects Radobar and Jonny staggers around to the opposite side of the ring while Radobar is recovering. Radobar follows, and they grapple in front of the announce tables; Jonny gets the upper hand and holds Radobar by his hair, bashing his face against the nearest announce table before switching to the apron for a little variety. Hearing the referee reach 9, Jonny rolls his opponent back into the ring in the nick of time and pins him; the referee is inches away from 3 before Radobar gets a shoulder up. Lying on the mat, Radobar composes himself and he sees that Jonny is still feeling the effects of his earlier splash attacks. Jonny hauls Radobar to his feet and attempts to set up a DDT; however this works to Radobar’s advantage and he twists out before applying his preferred Hammerlock variant to Jonny. Without giving his opponent time to recover, Radobar locks on a half Boston crab; this not only puts pressure on Jonny but lets Radobar formulate a plan to finish the match. Jonny is not prepared to tap out, and he slowly edges towards the ropes; Radobar though lets him do this and when he reaches the ropes, Radobar is not slow to break the hold. As Jonny regains his feet, Radobar stands by the opposite set of ropes and taunts him; without thinking, Jonny charges at Radobar in an attempt to land a Spear. Just as he approaches, Radobar hops up to the second rope and dives over Jonny; he catches his waist and pulls him backward to complete the Sunset Flip. Jonny struggles but Radobar holds him down, and the referee calls 1-2-3 to end the match.
Ginger: Here is your winner………..Radobar!
Radobar enjoys the response he gets from the crowd as he returns to the locker rooms, and is satisfied with his night’s work.

Match 2: Kane / GWD vs Tyd412 / Monkeybaal - #1 contenders match for the Tag Team Championship
Ginger: The next match is to determine the No.1 contenders for the WCW Tag Team Championship, and is scheduled for one fall.
Back in Black by AC/DC hits
Ginger: Introducing first……..from Hickory NC, Tyd412!
Tyd strides out on to the entrance way, looking focused; he is well aware of the scale of the task facing him and Monkey.
Float On by Modest Mouse hits
Ginger: And his partner, Monkeybaal!
Monkey joins Tyd at the entrance and they show a united front as they proceed to the ring.
Slow Chemical by Finger Eleven hits
Ginger: And their opponents, Kane and GWD!
Kane and GWD make their way to the ring ignoring the crowd. Their faces show no emotion at all; for them the match is just a necessary step on their path to vengeance against the Tag Champions. The referee calls the teams to order, and Tyd and GWD hold position in the ring while their partners head to their corners.
Bell Rings.
As Tyd clashes with GWD, he is aware that his opponents will seek to exploit any perceived weakness. Tyd knows that his partner is at a disadvantage in terms of size compared with both his opponents, and that he must not under any circumstances allow Monkey to become isolated, but the events of the Tag Tournament give him hope that they can overcome the odds. Fired by this, Tyd lands two huge punches against GWD and the second knocks him to the mat. Without missing a beat Tyd delivers a massive Suplex and then covers; the referee almost reaches 2 before GWD rolls out. The two come together again and this time GWD is more on his guard; he dodges Tyd’s punches and then grabs his head for a Facebreaker. While Tyd is down GWD tags out to Kane; Kane walks over and lifts Tyd into a Canadian Backbreaker. Kane taunts Monkey to try and draw him in, but Monkey is well aware that this would just attract the referee and give their opponents time to work together. Instead he shouts back insults at Kane, and although Kane does not flip his attention is diverted just enough for Tyd to struggle free.

Tyd whips Kane into the corner and charges, driving his elbow into Kane’s chest. Tyd hypes up the crowd and, standing on the first rope he gives Kane the 10 – punch. The referee counts but at 7 GWD interrupts, running in and nailing Tyd in the back of the head. The referee isn’t having any of it, and he orders GWD back to his corner; Monkey makes full use of the opportunity and he locks in a sleeperhold, using the post as leverage to increase the pressure on Kane. GWD is incensed by this, but he quickly retreats to minimise the time available to the other team. As soon as the referee’s attention is back on the match, Tyd tags to Monkey who releases the sleeper just before the referee sees it. Kane does not have time to react before Monkey, now the legal man, reapplies the sleeper; as its effects become more serious Kane staggers back to the centre of the ring and drops to his knees. Suddenly Kane drops backward to try and crush Monkey, but Monkey is prepared for such a move and he pivots around as Kane falls so that he is sitting on Kane’s chest. With Kane’s shoulders down, the referee counts……..but at 2, Kane grabs Monkey by the throat and sits bolt upright. Monkey claws desperately at Kane’s fingers as he rises and prepares to deliver the Rain of Pain; this time Tyd makes the save, rushing forward and wrenching on Kane’s outstreched arm before running straight back to his corner. Kane drops Monkey and, as they had agreed earlier, Monkey shoots back to Tyd to switch with him before Kane can take further action. As Monkey exits the ring, the referee allows the tag but admonishes Tyd for his actions. As he turns his attention back to the match the ref does not spot that GWD has left his corner; using the distraction as cover GWD has slipped around to the opposite side of the ring. With the ref occupied watching Kane and Tyd battling together, GWD grabs Monkey and pulls him off of the apron before powerbombing him on the arena floor. Kane whips Tyd into his own corner just as GWD reappears; both he and GWD lay into Tyd without mercy. The referee shouts at GWD to stop and he does so, but the damage is done; Kane lifts his opponent by the throat and uses the Rain of Pain in the centre of the ring. Kane pins, and Tyd just barely responds before 3; sensing that victory is near Kane tags GWD and he also applies his Sitdown powerbomb finisher. Monkey is in no condition to make the save and this time Tyd has nothing left; GWD hooks the leg and the 1-2-3 count is given.
Ginger: Here are your winners and #1 contenders for the Tag Team Championship…..Kane and GWD!
Kane re – enters the ring and stares blankly at Tyd. Raising his arms, he triggers his Pyros as a statement of intent; then without a word he and GWD make their way backstage, leaving Monkey and the referee to attend to their most recent victim.

Match 3: Edge vs White Rose
Ginger: Up next is an intergender match, scheduled for one fall.
Faint by Linkin Park hits
Introducing first, from Long Island New York…….Accompanied by Lita, Edge!
Edge and Lita emerge and make their way to the ring. Edge takes a little time to greet several of the female fans; this annoys Lita a touch but she gives as good as she gets by flirting with some of the guys in the audience.
Highway to Hell by AC/DC hits
Ginger: And his opponent, from St Petersburg Russia………Alexandra Kaesar, the White Rose!
Rose steps out into the arena with a determined expression across her face. She makes her way directly to the ring; the crowd is a little hostile after her debut match but she pays them no heed. She circles and looks at Edge, who is staring at her and grinning broadly; Rose looks puzzled and then angry, and she signals that she wants a microphone. An assistant throws one to her and also passes one to Edge, who is reclining against the ropes.
Rose speaks; her English is perfect but with a distinct Russian accent.
Rose (icily): Pardon me, but would you be so kind as to explain to me what you find so hilarious? Is there something in my appearance that amuses you somehow? Or do you always wear that moronic expression on your face?
Edge’s smile receeds a fraction, but he is not noticeably insulted.
Edge:Whoa, hey now baby, you need to chill out. I’m always in a good mood when I’ve got my girl with me……(he looks down at Lita and winks; she smiles and flutters her eyelids back, much to Rose’s disgust)…..and all the lovely ladies in the crowd…(a number of ladies cheer and wolf – whistle)...and when I’m going to have an easy night’s work.
Rose remains calm, but the proverbial temperature in the arena is fast plummeting and her eyes betray her true anger.
Rose: Are you saying that you don’t consider me a worthy opponent?
Edge (smirking): Come on sweet thing, let’s be honest…..you couldn’t beat Latino last week and he’s not half the man I am……there’s no way I’m gonna lose to a girl like you!
Edge leans back against the ropes and laughs; Rose stares at him for a couple of seconds, then without warning she rushes forward and clotheslines him over the top rope and on to the floor head first. Lita runs around the ring and helps Edge up, shouting and swearing at Rose; Edge says nothing and at first looks genuinely shocked. Quickly though his expression turns to one of indignant rage and he springs back into the ring as the bell sounds to start the match.
Bell Rings.

Rose gestures to Edge to bring it on, and Edge charges forward; Rose though stands firm and blocks the impact before grabbing Edge’s arm and twisting it into a chicken wing hold. Edge grimaces and Rose maintains the hold for several seconds before Edge struggles free. All pretences at chivalry gone, Edge swings a punch at Rose’s head but she lightly avoids it and responds with a surprisingly strong punch of her own; while Edge reels she whips him into the ropes and on his return uses her long and elegant legs to deliver a superkick. Edge crashes to the floor and Rose covers, but Edge is now totally furious and he practically throws her off of him. Grabbing Rose by her pure white hair, he drags her to the corner and drives her forehead against the turnbuckle. Lita applauds, and keen to do more damage she climbs up on to the apron and removes the turnbuckle pad while Edge holds Rose in place. Rose though sees this, and as Edge brings her forward she blocks with one foot against the post, grabs Lita and instead drives her head into the exposed metal. Lita collapses off of the turnbuckle and the camera shows that she is bleeding as she lies on the floor holding her head in both hands. As Edge sees Lita fall, Rose is able to extract herself from his grasp and she backs away. Edge is obviously concerned for Lita but he keeps his eyes on Rose, not prepared to turn his back to her. Rose is also not willing to back down and the two lock together in the centre of the ring; quickly though Edge hits a neckbreaker that stuns Rose and he follows up with a Leg drop. Edge covers and the referee reaches 2 before Rose breaks away. Edge presses his advantage and catches hold of Rose as she stands, delivering a snapmare with venom. Lita has picked herself up and she yells to Edge; he responds by dragging the stunned Rose to the ropes and laying her so that her neck rests on the bottom rope and she faces the floor. With a much darker grin, Edge presses one foot hard against the back of Rose’s neck and she gasps for air; both he and Lita talk trash to her as Rose fights to stay conscious. Their words however only serve to grant Rose fresh strength though anger; playing possum she lets her body go limp, and when the referee comes to look Edge removes his foot. Edge bends down to have a closer look and as he does so, Rose rolls over and brings her feet up to her chest before kicking Edge in the guts. As Edge is knocked backward, Rose moves out of Lita’s range and springs back to her feet; Edge too rises and each regards the other with contempt and malice. Both competitors have expended a large amount of energy, and now they seek to end the match with decisive action. Rose runs forward and tries to clothesline Edge again, but he counters and sends her flying into a back drop. Edge administers the first part of the Dark Calling and drops Rose on her head; pinning her down, he attempts to gouge her cheeks but Rose blocks and, unseen by the referee, uses a knee to strike a low blow. The referee has counted the pin and Rose only just escapes before 3, but now she has the upper hand and, pushing Edge on to his back she drives her own beautifully manicured (and sharp) nails into his face, making both cheeks bleed. Rose positions Edge and applies the figure four, but she swiftly realises that Edge is too angry to tap out, no matter how intense the pain. Rose releases the hold and Edge twists around to try and grab her, but Rose is ready and she boots him hard in the face. Lita is continuing to hurl abuse from the apron, but Rose silences her with a rope guillotine; as Edge comes forward to meet her she counters his blows and then lands her Double Arm DDT. With Lita out of the picture, Rose rolls up Edge and the referee counts 1-2-3.
Ginger: Here is your winner……….The White Rose!
The intense nature of the match has not been lost on the officials, and a brigade of backup referees are on hand to keep the participants separated following its conclusion. Rose does not hang around to gloat; her point made and her opponents ruthlessly crushed, she strides away up the ramp tutting at the blood which is congealed under her fingernails. Edge at first looks ready to explode, but the referees’ presence forces him to keep his emotions in check. Instead he helps Lita to her feet, and the pair return to the Poco Loco locker room to regroup.

Match 4: Druids vs Ninjas Elimination Match
Ginger: The next match is a team elimination match – participants may eliminate their opponents via Pinfall, Submission, or causing their opponents to pass over the top rope and touch the arena floor. The match ends when all the members of one team have been eliminated.
The arena darkens and gothic chanting is heard over an Undertaker-esque tune
Ginger: Presenting first…….Led by Ridley, Lord of Hardcore……..the Druids!
Ridley leads the 5 druids into the arena in formation; they enter the ring and form a small semicircle. They bow low to their master, who makes a hand gesture to indicate his approval; then they exit and wait in line on one side of the ring. As they do so they remove their robes to reveal identical black wrestling gear similar to that worn by Ridley, only less ornate; in addition all are shaved bald and have Ridley’s mark tattooed on their foreheads.
The lights come back on, and a haunting oriental theme echoes over the sound system.
Ginger: And their opponents….Led by the Master of Disaster Skurai……….The Ninjas!
Skurai heads up his forces as they enter the arena. Ninjas 1 to 4 are immaculately turned out, their robes both gorgeous to look at and practical for battle. Ninja 5 however, although wearing the same clothes, looks as if he has been dragged through a hedge backwards. The Ninja enter the ring and Skurai speaks briefly to each one individually, with a particular focus on number 4. When he addresses number 5 he remains upbeat, but it is obvious that Skurai is praying that his “assistance” will not be required.
With the teams mustered on either side of the ring, The referee calls for the first member of each team to enter the ring. As they do this, Skurai and Ridley assume their positions at the announce table to perform the commentary duties.
Skurai: Good evening everyone and thanks for joining us for this first ever team elimination match. I’m here to see my team become victorious and talk you through some of the intricacies of the fight, in which I’ll be assisted by Twiddly, uh I mean Ridley, who’s seated to my right. Ridley: Indeed. I shall do my best to guide our viewers though the slaughter….er…the match so that they can extract maximum enjoyment from the brutal violence. I know I’m going to.
Bell Rings.

The first two participants are eager to give their team an early advantage and they exchange punches and kicks in the centre of the ring. Druid 1 comes off best and whips Ninja 1 to the corner; the Ninja though is exceptionally light on his feet and he jumps up on to the post with a single leap so that when the druid approaches he can launch into a missile dropkick. The druid falls and Ninja 1 covers; druid 1 kicks out after 2. Druid 1 rises and tries for a DDT but the ninja slips aside and knocks the druid on to his face. Kneeling on the druid’s back, Ninja 1 lifts his opponent into the Heaven’s Arrow, and after about 30 seconds druid 1 can take no more, and taps out.
Ginger: Druid no.1 has been eliminated and must leave the arena!
Skurai: Ah, so that’s what ninja 1 was talking to Bladeshadow about in the corridor earlier……an excellent example of a submission hold there folks. Ridley: Bah, I’ve seen children wrestle better than that. I am most displeased.
As Druid 1 makes his way back up the ramp, Ridley rolls his eyes and suddenly Druid 1’s long flowing robe catches fire in a spectacular manner, causing him to flee screaming in pain. The other druids see this and their expressions become a mixture of determination and fear.
Ridley: I don’t think we’ll be seeing any more submissions on the druid team…….
Ninja 1 now faces Druid 2 who enters the ring at a run, galvanised by the fate of his teammate. The pair both try to lock in holds on one another, but each time their opponent twists away. Finally Ninja 1 gets lucky and gives Druid 2 an eyepoke; as Druid 2 reels, Ninja 1 hoists him on to his shoulders and uses a reverse DVD to send him over the top rope. Ninja 1 turns away and raises his arms to the crowd….
Skurai: No! No, you idiot! Turn around!!
Behind Ninja 1, the remaining members of the druid team have caught number 2 and prevented him from hitting the floor. They roll him back into the ring and as Ninja 1 stands close to the opposite ropes, Druid 2 clotheslines him and he tumbles over the top rope and out of the match.
Ginger: Ninja 1 has been eliminated!
Ridley: There you are people, a great example of teamwork there and a proper, stiff armed clothesline………not some prissy lariat that you see some people calling a clothesline these days…….
Skurai: Hmph. What you call teamwork, most people would call cheating…..

Ninja 2 slips into the ring and battle recommences. Ninja 2 favours kicks and he swings his feet around wildly, forcing Druid 2 to weave around to avoid him. This however is not a completely successful strategy as Ninja 2 quickly runs low on energy; as he stops for a rest Druid 2 takes advantage and launches into a frog splash from the post, which connects with great force. Druid 2 swiftly rolls up Ninja 2 and the referee counts a quick 1-2-3.
Ginger: Ninja 2 is out of the match……..
Skurai doesn’t wait and allow Ridley to get in another smart remark; from his position he urges Ninja 3 to get into the ring straight away and use the element of surprise. Steathily Ninja 3 slides into the ring, and he just reaches Druid 2 before he turns around. Ninja 3 scoops up Druid 2 and slams him down on to his back; then, maintaining his speed advantage, he rushes forward with Druid 2 slung over his shoulder, facing forward, and dumps him over the top rope on to his own side of the ring where the other druids cannot intrude.
Ginger: Druid 2 has been eliminated…..
Skurai (smiling): Blink and you’ll miss it, people! You’ve got to be super quick to keep up with the Ninja!
Ridley doesn’t say anything. Instead he rolls his eyes, and the tie cord on Druid 2’s robes unties itself and wraps itself around its owner’s neck. Druid 2 gags and collapses on the runway, and the EMTs have to come out and carry him away on a stretcher.
Druid 3 climbs through the ropes, being careful to keep his eyes on Ninja 3. The pair commence battle and they seem evenly matched, trading blows and then slams and suplexes. Gradually though it appears that Ninja 3 is wearing down Druid 3, and with a massive kick he sends him to the mat. Ninja 3 covers, but suddenly Druid 3 sits bolt upright and throws Ninja 3 off before getting back to his feet. Ninja 3 stares at him and the camera shows Druid 3 to have a completely glazed over look in his eyes. Ninja 3 tries again, pummelling Druid 3, but this time there appears to be no effect; instead, Druid 3 grabs the Ninja and delivers a ring – shaking chokeslam with a force that seems more than human. Druid 3 puts down a hand on Ninja 3, but it’s hardly necessary as Ninja 3 is out cold. The ref counts quickly and the EMTs pick up their second casualty of the night.
Ginger: Another member of Skurai’s team is knocked out!
Skurai: What the heck was that? I’ve never seen any slam half as powerful…….YOU! (to Ridley) This is something to do with you, isn’t it?
Ridley: Wha….? Oh, I’m terribly sorry, I wasn’t paying attention there for a second. Was that another pin to our team? Splendid! I do apologise to those of you at home, but I think the quality of that round speaks for itself……..

In the ring Druid 3 appears to have snapped out of his previous odd frame of mind, and he looks a little apprehensive as Ninja 4, the largest and most muscular of the Ninja team, enters the ring. Ninja 4 is quick to gain control of the match; his technique is effortless and graceful, and he is soon beating seven bells out of druid 3. Ninja 4 knocks Druid 3 down and he goes for a pin, but suddenly he pulls back and buries his head in his hands, as if struck by an instantaneous migraine. Ninja 4 seems to struggle for a few seconds, and then he drops to the mat, eyes wide open and breathing but apparently oblivious to the world around him. Druid 3 looks at him, confused, but then he sees his master’s expression and he quickly covers Ninja 4. The count is made and a calm smile appears on Ridley’s face.
Ginger: With Ninja 4 gone, Team Skurai is down to 1 member!
Ridley, Oh, is that it? I was so enjoying watching your man there Skurai, quite a talent he’s got. Such a pity that he also seems to be afflicted by sudden fainting fits…….
Skurai: I don’t know how you’re doing this Ridley, but I know it’s you. You’re cheating your way to victory………. Ridley:………..well if that is the case, Mr Skurai, I challenge you to prove it. Do so and I will withdraw my team this instant and give you the victory…..Leans closer and hisses maliciously…but if I were you, I’d worry about what’s going to happen to your final team member.
Skurai looks over and his shoulders visibly drop; his face is drained of colour.
Skurai: Oh no,No,NO………..Gary…………I was so sure we would have won by now, I only put you in to make up the numbers……the guy’s never fought a competitive match in his life, just practice wrestling with the other ninjas when we needed a laugh, it was never serious…… what have I done??
The referee motions to Gary and he looks quite pale; nevertheless he pulls himself together and steps into the ring. Druid 3 has a highly amused look on his face that mirrors that of his master.
Ridley (with biting sarcasm): I see you’ve saved your best until last, Skurai. I do hope 3 druids will be enough of a challenge…………….

The referee restarts the match and Druid 3 wades in with all guns blazing, keen to impress his leader. Gary jumps back and runs around the ring desperately trying to avoid the blows; Skurai covers his eyes while Ridley laughs his head off. Druid 3 gets Gary trapped in a corner, and grinning he runs in for a splash; just before he connects, however, Gary drops to his knees and the druid splashes on to the turnbuckle, winding himself. Before Druid 3 can recover, Gary grabs him by the legs and pushes him back over his shoulders as he stands; Druid 3 passes the top rope and lands awkwardly on his head on the floor.
Ginger: Druid no.3 is history…….just 3 participants left!
Druid 3 practically sprints up the runway, but there is no escape from Ridley’s wrath and he treads on a piece of the metal staging that has mysteriously come into contact with a loose live wire. The shock is not sufficient to kill, but Druid 3 passes out instantly and has to be collected by the event staff, who by now are operating a very efficient recovery system. Skurai looks at Gary with surprise as he stands calmly in the ring awaiting the appearance of druid 4.
Skurai: Well that was unconventional, but I’m certainly not going to complain! Innovation is good, wouldn’t you say so Ridders?
Ridley just glares at Druid 4 and indicates that he wants the match finished quickly and painfully. Druid 4 hurries into the ring and the match begins afresh.
Druid 4 knows what he wants to do; using his superior speed he gets behind Gary and uses a german suplex to bring him to the ground, where he swiftly applies the sharpshooter. Gary’s face crumples in pain and Skurai is sure he will tap, but instead Gary tries to claw his way to the ropes. Druid 4 hauls him back, but Gary goes for the rope a second time; again the druid restrains him and increases the pressure as much as he can. Although the pressure is immense, Gary knows he is the last of his team and, unbelieveably he drags himself to the rope a third time. Druid 3 has put so much effort into the hold that this time he is not quick enough to pull back; Gary reaches the ropes and the referee orders druid 4 to break the hold. As Gary lies on the mat, breathing with difficulty, druid 4’s eyes cloud over and he lurches toward his opponent; Gary rolls away just in time but druid 4 pursues him with a zombie – like determination. Just as it looks like Gary has nowhere to go, a flash of inspiration seems to strike; running to the ropes closest to the announce table, Gary jumps up to the second rope and promptly gives Ridley a double dose of the finger, shouting “YOU SUCK!” as loud as he can. Ridley’s eyes snap open and for just a crucial second his focus is broken; druid 4 is confused by the withdrawal of control and Gary is able to trip him so that he sprawls across the middle rope. For a second Gary doesn’t seem to know what to do; then, to the amazement of both Ridley and Skurai, he climbs the nearest turnbuckle, rope walks up to druid 4 and, using agility that no – one had realised he possessed, he handstands on the third rope above his opponent before swinging his feet down and round to deliver a double – footed kick to druid 4’s head. Druid 4 is thrown back into the centre of the ring, and Gary completes his circular swing so that he is balanced on the top rope for just a second before he leaps forward into a frog splash. Druid 4 takes the full force of the impact and there is no way for him to respond before the referee makes the 3 count.
Ginger: Druid 4 is eliminated….we’re down to the final 2!
Skurai: I don’t get it……where did Gary learn how to do that? What is that anyway? It looks kind of familiar but I just can’t place it……….. Ridley: Hmm…I’m very slightly impressed. But now the games are over……I always have a backup plan. NUMBER 5 – GET IN THERE!
|
|
|
Post by Chairman Gingerdude on Jul 8, 2004 15:34:25 GMT -5
Number 5 has stood back for most of the evening, observing the proceedings. As he enters the ring it is clear that he is easily over 300 pounds and he is far bigger than the cruiserweight – band Gary. Gary is a little taken aback, but for the first time when he looks at Skurai he sees hope in his eyes, and it lifts him as he prepares for the final round. In the background, a large piece of the set falls on to druid 4 as he hobbles back to the locker rooms.
Gary comes forward to meet Druid 5; he kicks out but it has little effect and Druid 5 knocks him to the floor and then tries to pick him up for a slam. Gary though dodges and there ensues a further sequence where Gary is chased around the ring. This time though Gary is doing it deliberately, and Druid 5’s size makes him begin to tire. Gary sees this and lures Druid 5 into charging one of the posts; he slips aside at the last minute and then jumps from the first rope into a kick to the head. Seeing Gary’s success, Ridley rolls his eyes and Gary staggers back a little, but then he seems ok again. Ridley looks just a little surprised, but he tries again; this time though there is no noticeable effect on Gary at all. Ridley looks more than a little angry now, and he tries a final time, the effort etched across his face……..but again nothing happens and Gary continues to take the fight to druid 5. Ridley slams his fists into the table, damaging it, and makes Skurai jump.
Ridley: What is wrong with me I am the lord of darkness, I bend all others to my will……
Ridley looks and sees that Gary has locked a boston crab on to druid 5, who is feeling the effects quite badly. He rises to his feet………<br> Ridley: Sod it, if you want something done right……do it yourself.
Ridley gestures to druid 5, who wrenches himself out of the hold. He swings as if to punch Gary as he rises, but instead he lays out the referee. The lights suddenly go out just as Ridley hops into the ring…….
With the lights off, Skurai realises Gary is in deep trouble; he hears him cry out in pain and he tries to reach the ring despite not being able to see. When the lights come back on, Gary is motionless on the mat and bleeding from a wound somewhere on his head; Ridley is standing by the ring, watching as druid 5 covers Gary just as the referee gets back to his feet. The count is mercifully quick and druid 5 rolls out of the ring.
Ginger: Ninja 5 has been eliminated……the winners of the match are the Druids!
Skurai leaps into the ring and tries to revive Gary, but he has obviously been struck hard on the head several times and he doesn’t really know where he is. As Ridley and the final druid proceed back to the locker rooms, Skurai sees just a glimpse of Ridley’s favourite barbed wire baseball bat beneath his robes. Skurai feels a mix of emotions; he is angered by the loss and the suffering inflicted on his men, but at the same time he cannot help but admire the lord of hardcore’s utter will to win, whatever the cost of victory. He watches him leave, and his anticipation for their match at Uncensored grows infinitely stronger.

Match 5: Latino vs StewartFan
It takes a few minutes for the event staff to clear up and prepare the ring following the Ninja / Druid confrontation; the crowd is hyped up and Ginger needs his microphone set to full volume to restore some form of order.
Ginger: The next match is a singles match, scheduled for one fall.
619 hits
Ginger: Entering first, from Columbus Ohio………..StewartFan!
Stewart comes to the ring, now recovered from the TV Title match and ready to kick some butt. He looks confident as he climbs up through the ropes.
Razor Ramon’s theme hits
Ginger: And his opponent, from New York City, one half of the Tag Team Champions…….Latino!
The crowd pops as Latino bounds into the arena, tag belt on his shoulder, and he takes his time getting to the ring as he frequently stops to greet the fans lining the runway.
The referee asks both men if they are ready, and then signals for the match to begin.
Bell rings.
Stewart and Latino have met several times at earlier stages of their careers, and each notes that his opponent has improved both their physical condition and their ring skills since their last meeting. They circle a few times trying to assess one another, before locking up in the centre of the ring. A test of strength ensues, which Stewart wins by successfully delivering a DDT. Latino though immediately rolls away and Stewart does not get an opportunity to cover. Latino runs in and lands a clothesline that knocks Stewart down; quicky Latino delivers an Elbow drop and pins, but Stewart is not slow to extract himself. Stewart also then tries to use the clothesline, but Latino counters and lifts him into a back drop. Stewart keeps his head and rolls out back to a standing stance, and as Latino turns around he nails him with one of his favoured Superkicks. Stewart covers and the referee makes it to 2 before Latino pushes his opponent off. The pair trade blows in the centre of the ring for a few seconds before Stewart whips Latino into the ropes; instead of returning though Latino grabs the ropes and brings himself to a halt. Stewart comes forward to meet Latino; they grapple next to the ropes until Stewart is able to force Latino out and on to the floor with a bump. Without wasting a second, Stewart dives through the gap between the 2nd and 3rd ropes, rolling over in the air so that he impacts back – first on to Latino, who has no time to evade him. Latino is temporarily stunned and Stewart rolls him back into the ring, eager to secure the pin; again a 2 count is awarded before Latino raises his shoulder. Stewart climbs the nearest post and launches into a spinout frog splash, but this time Latino has just a little more time and he slips aside, causing Stewart to land heavily on the mat close to him. Latino now looks for some altitude and climbs to the top of the same post used by Stewart. Originally intending to use his own frog splash, Latino sees that Stewart is already back on his feet, so Latino instead jumps forward to land on Stewart’s shoulders as he approaches and he delivers a Hurracarana with surprising force. Latino pins and gets 2; with his opponent on the mat Latino changes tack and applies a sharpshooter. The hold is made quite close to the ropes and it does not take Stewart long to reach them, but the move has the desired effect of sapping energy from Latino’s foe. As Stewart climbs back to his feet, Latino administers a diamond cutter as the coup de grace, and this time he just manages to hold Stewart down long enough for the referee to complete the 1-2-3 count.
Ginger: Here is your winner…….Latino!
Stewart is back on his feet as Latino celebrates; Latino turns back and offers to shake his hand, but instead Stewart swings a punch and knocks Latino out of the ring. Stewart flips off the crowd, who respond with booing and cat – calls, but as he does so Latino springs back into the ring, belt in hand, and presents it to Stewart’s face at speed for closer inspection. The crowd cheers, and Latino smiles as he listens to them on his way back to the locker rooms, leaving a dazed Stewart flat out on the canvas.

Match 6: TheBigGamer vs Spike Machinko
Ginger prepares to announce the penultimate match, but as he does so “Beautiful People” by Marylin Manson hits and Rey McFoley comes out into the arena. He carries the cruiserweight championship belt with him, and he takes every opportunity to show it off, to the annoyance of the crowd. Rey saunters over to the announce table and sits down, putting his feet up on the desk to watch the match.
Ginger: The next match is scheduled for one fall………<br> Hollywood by Nickleback hits
Ginger: Entering the arena, TheBigGamer!
Big appears at the entrance, his trademark gamepad in his hand; he makes his way swiftly to the ring and hails the crowd before tossing the pad out into the rows of fans as a souvenir for someone.
Within my Hands by Metallica hits
Ginger: And his opponent, Spike Machinko!
Spike is keen to get the match underway as he jogs down to the ring. Once inside, he sees Rey at the announce table and the two friends greet each other. The referee checks that all is in order and the match begins.
Bell rings.
Big is quick on the attack; as he approaches Spike he puts him into a headlock and then gives him a series of knees to the chest and gut. Spike wrenches himself free of Big’s grip and then whips him opponent hard into the corner; running in, he gores Big and then pinches him several times in the face. Big though is not fazed and he coolly pushes Spike away and down on to the mat before hitting a moonsault from the second rope. It connects and Big tries a pin, but Spike kicks out before the ref reaches 2. The two clash again and Spike comes off better; he is able to lift Big and deliver an Atomic drop, which is applauded by Rey on the outside. Spike also optimistically covers but Big breaks free almost immediately. Although Spike is not foolish enough to underestimate an opponent, he thinks to himself about the massive talent gap that separated him and Big in their earlier days; as he just manages to avoid a spinning heel kick Spike inwardly admits that Big has progressed a great deal, and secretly he has a touch of admiration for Big’s persistence and refusal to become downhearted during those difficult times. This does not however preclude Spike from using his most devastating moves, and as Big mis – times a clothesline attempt Spike delivers a massive Spinebuster. With his opponent down, Spike applies a double ankle lock, and the effect is immediate; Big’s expression is wracked with pain and he rests his head on the mat, trying to block the sensation from his mind. Spike turns up the heat, but Big does not want to be seen as weak by the rest of the roster, and with a supreme effort he twists his feet free and rolls out of the ring to gain a little time. Spike leaps up to the ropes and then springboards forward to try and connect with Big, but he botches the springboard and catches his foot awkwardly as he falls. As Spike lays on the floor holding his ankle, Big walks up to him and Spike braces for Big’s move; instead though Big picks his opponent up and carefully rolls him back into the ring, motioning to the referee to check Spike out. Big waits in a corner as Spike gets back to his feet; although his ankle is sore the pain is receeding and he comes forward. Big looks to the referee to confirm that it is safe to continue, and then rushes in to restart the battle. The two clash, and exchange punches and kicks as each tries to wear the other down. Eventually Spike knocks down Big and hits a suplex; he covers but Big responds at two. A second suplex follows, and again Big gets the shoulder up, albeit by a much smaller margin. Spike tries for a third, but this time Big counters and, with all his strength, lifts Spike for the first of his 3 vertical suplexes. It connects, and Big twists around to deliver the second; again a huge effort is required and Big makes it, but his movements show that he is almost running on empty. With the crowd making a huge amount of noise, Big twists into position and goes for the final vertical; but he just cannot lift Spike into position the third time and he collapses back to the ground. Spike extracts himself from Big’s hold; although the 2 successful suplexes have tired him he can see that Big is suffering just as badly. Summoning all that remains of his energy, Spike lifts Big and delivers a sitout powerbomb that makes the whole ring shake on impact. Spike covers and hooks the leg, and the referee makes the 3 count to end the match.
Ginger: Here is your winner………Spike Machinko!
As Big lies on the mat recovering from the match, Rey enters the ring and looks disdainfully at him. Spike is up on one of the turnbuckles celebrating, but as he turns back to the ring he sees Rey pick up the helpless Big and prepare to deliver his untimely death finisher. Spike is less than impressed by this, since he has been surprised by Big’s skill and courage during the match and he yells at Rey to stop. Rey though just laughs and starts the move; he does not complete it however as Spike interrupts him and blocks Rey from finishing the DVD. Rey flushes with anger and he and Spike go nose – to – nose shouting at one another; Rey boils over and he tries to grab Spike, but Spike counters and the two exchange blows. Finally, Spike lands a massive dropkick and Rey is sent flying out of the ring; rather than continue fighting however, Rey collects his belt and retreats to the locker rooms, taunting Spike with the belt all the way. The crowd gives Rey massive heat for his behaviour, and sensing the face turn, applaud Spike as he helps Big back up the ramp to the backstage area.

Match 7: Bladeshadow / V3 vs Evilbush
Ginger: The final match of the evening is a tag team match, scheduled for one fall.
Git Up by D12 hits
Ginger: Introducing first, From Las Vegas, V3!
V3 enters and makes his way to the ring, focused on the match ahead.
Drowning Pool’s “The Game” hits
Ginger: And his partner, from Upstate New York, Bladeshadow!
Blade greets the fans, who cheer him down to the ring.
Get Lost by EvilBush hits
Ginger: And their opponents, EvilRMQ and the WCW Champion DownwithBush……. known together as EvilBush!
DWB and Evil stalk to the ring; DWB glares coldly at Blade and is set on paying him back for his previous defeat.
Evil and V3 stand firm in the ring while their partners head to their allotted corners.
Bell rings.
Although the main rivalry is between DWB and Bladeshadow, Evil and V3 are not exactly keen on one another either, and their opening exchanges are charged with intent. Evil awings with powerful punches; V3 dodges the first few and then, turning his back to Evil, grabs his arm as he attacks and armdrags him over his shoulder and down to the floor. V3 uses a leg drop and goes for a quick pin, but Evil shoves him off before the referee even gets to his knees to count. Evil moves quickly and suplexes V3, following up with a reverse DDT as V3 struggles back to his feet. The pin is made, but V3 kicks out before 2. Playing the numbers game, Evil whips V3 to his own corner and both he and DWB deliver blows to their opponent. DWB taunts Blade to try and make him interfere, but Blade is not fooled by this and, although he is angered, he stays in position. DWB tags to Evil and hits a neckbreaker on V3; as he lies there the crowd show their disapproval and DWB shouts back at them, incensed by the lack of respect. This gives V3 a brief window of opportunity and he rolls away, trying to reach his own corner; DWB pursues him and although he catches one of V3’s feet, V3 stretches and he just tags to Bladeshadow. Blade is in the ring with lightning speed, and he uses a crossbody to floor DWB while he is still holding V3’s foot and unable to block. Without delay, Blade hops up on to the second rope and hits a quebrada while DWB is down; then, he rolls his opponent on to his front and sets up his Heaven’s arrow finisher. DWB howls and for a moment it looks as if he will give in, but Evil breaks up the hold just in time. V3 is not about to let his partner get outnumbered, and he re – enters the ring; despite the referee’s protests a four way punch up ensures. V3 and Blade make the best of it and, to the delight of the crowd, they whip their opponents together in the centre of the ring so that they clash heads. They follow up with synchronised 450 splashes from the posts, and Blade covers DWB. The WCW champion though is not ready to give in, and he raises a shoulder after 2. Evil and V3 both roll out and return to their corners as the referee admonishes them; with the ref’’s attention elsewhere DWB gives Blade a vicious eyepoke, and with a sidewalk slam he regains the upper hand in the match. DWB tags back to Evil, who waits for Blade to stand and then delivers his Leg Breaker drop, wrenching Blade’s leg in a painful manner. As Evil smirks, Blade’s anger flares and despite the pain he springs back to his feet and strikes Evil with a spinning heel kick. Blade goes toward his corner for a tag, but Evil runs in and with the merest attempt to camouflage his actions he gives the referee a clothesline from hell that knocks him out cold. With the ref down, all four participants get back into the ring, but Evilbush are ready for their opponents and, working together, they first administer the EvilBush (3D) to V3 before turning their full attention to the already tired Blade. Evil hurls Blade into a corner, then immediately whips DWB on top of him; the move is completed by Evil who uses a tombstone piledriver to lay Blade out on the mat. With the referee still down, Evilbush produce their joint finisher, Five Knuckle Thunder; DWB lands a rolling thunder on to Blade before Evil delivers a five knuckle shuffle. EvilBush are enjoying themselves greatly and are almost disappointed when a backup referee appears from backstage; Evil rolls V3 out of sight as the referee arrives, and DWB pins with one hand for the 1-2-3.
Ginger: Here are your winners……….Evilbush!
The crowd is not at all pleased with the underhand tactics of EvilBush, and they make their feelings known. Before leaving, DWB pulls the dazed Bladeshadow up by his neck and taunts him with the championship belt; Blade is left on the mat as Evil and DWB saunter back to the locker rooms, thoroughly pleased with themselves.
End of Show.
