- The category five storm that is the WWE legal team has threatened to quell the ACW creative team, with regards to ACW star Hunter, who the WWE claims to be stealing from their star Edge. However, the ACW legal team has shot back multiple claims about the WWE stealing gimmicks and storyline ideas, even things that Hunter's character had first, so it seems for now the WWE legal team will look elsewhere to flex their legal muscles.
- It appears NBC, even though it is connected to the WWE via the USA Network, has shown some interest in having some ACW stars potentially have guest spots on some of their shows. Wyvern, upon hearing this, has expressed interest to at least visit the set of one of his favorite shows, "Scrubs", if anything.
- According to the sales department of the ACW, the DVD sales for Omega Effect II have been staggeringly high. Demand for the PPV has been increasing since it's airing. Now, the sales department needs to decide on whether or not to release it for Blu-Ray or HD-DVD.
