Some Segments That I Enjoyed:
-- "If It Ain't Broke..." by Nick/ was a nice little segment. It had this quiet vibe that I enjoyed quite a bit. Team Nick/Mick is a pretty interesting team. Not much to say about this segment except that it's certainly worth a second glance.
-- "I'm Not the Lover-Man that You Want Me to Be" By Adrian Flamingo was rather entertaining as well. His promo-style is a little hard to follow, but it rewards your work by letting you see some gems from a talented individual. It also debuted Mr. Jones...who appears to be an interesting character himself. This was good stuff.
-- "Saviour or Sinner?" by Freeman was a good promo for the champion that really did a good job of putting him in a good spot. He's also making himself the anti-thesis of Flamino, Thunderkiss, and others. The little mini-war between Sports Entertainment, Wrestling, and Hybrids of both is actually quite the entertaining feud. I think Freeman has taken a large step towards being a bigger player.
-- "Senatorial Stable +1" was another segment that reminded everybody that the Senatorial Stable...is a STABLE. These have been some of the most constructive promos of the New Year. It does tons of good stuff for the group...and ACW by association.
-- "And Then There Was Silence" by Starkweather and Hunter was avreally nice promo that moved their interesting team foward quite a bit. So far, their storyline has been very interesting. They haven't played their entire hand yet, and I'm eagerly awaiting to see where this thing goes.
-- "The Fluke of All Flukes" by Latino and AK was a very good joint segment in a show that's had quite a few good joint segments. I think the theme is that Latino and AK are seem to feel like they're slowly losing their place in ACW...and they're reacting accordingly. The only problem is that they seem to be making lots of enemies...and very few friends. They've had a slow fall from grace in the fans' eyes for a few months now...it'll be interesting to see how it changes them. They're definitely in a dark-grey area right now as characters...and who knows where they'll go from here.
-- "What Comes Around" by Scott Andrews was a segment that was more focused on the spoken-word than exotic scenes or neat action, and I think that helped things. It was a simple, straight-foward, impassioned promo about directed towards the heinous actions if Umeko Saito and The World Champion. No explosions, no twists...just genuine emotion. He does a very good job of explaining his actions and does so in a way that makes him less of a self-centered character.
-- "Parting is Such Sweet Sorrow" by Kudo Yasuda was a bit of a farewell to a character of his. I thought it was nicely done and the fact that Kudo sold his injuried from Monday shows that how good of a writer he is. He realizes that there are few things better than making injuries and the like seem real...but he also knows that it shouldn't be overdone. He didn't take a simple concussion and turn it into a melodramatic brain-tumor or anything, heh. I thought that the best thing about this segment was the quiet emotion that it had. From Albright's sadness to Kudo's quiet moments at the end.

All in all, I thought this show had some good points...but it was signifigantly weaker than our show on Monday, in my eyes. There were quite a few segments that didn't "fit in" with the show when it came to flow. However, there were a lot of segments dedicated towards building towards matches, rivalries, and partnerships, so the show wasn't BAD by any degree of the imagination. I give it a 6/10.
Oh, and I'll take requests from anybody that wants me to review their segment in this thread. There were a handful of good segments that I didn't post on here.
