1. Brimstone (7)
Surprised? You shouldn't be. Despite not winning the Light-Heavyweight Title like number two, and despite not winning the World Title like number three, the enigmatic newcomer showed off his power by winning a staggering five matches throughout the month, more than anyone else. This secured him a high spot, and what sealed the deal was the methodical way he was able to defeat all of them. He started by wrestling a relatively easy match with EnglandLad, and then (with the help of the Rioters), he was able to defeat the legendary G-Unit and Daniel Human. Following this, he defeated the returning Vladimir Rasputin, veteran Jonny Spade, and a former champion of virtually everything, Jake Cheng, in the highly publicized Panopticon Match. If he keeps his winning streak alive, he may very well keep the number one spot for weeks to come.
2. Kudo Yasuda (9)
Although one would think this spot (or, hell, the top spot) would be occupied by the new World Champion, one would be wrong. For Kudo Yasuda, this week's number two, wrestled one more match than Chance Emmerson, and this put him in a higher position. He first teamed with the aforementioned World Champion (prior to winning his title, of course) to defeat the team of Alexander Starkweather and Scott Andrews, and then defeated Rattlesnake in a moderately sized turn of events. At Winter's Discontent, he was able to finally defeat his long-time rival, Scott Andrews, and capture the ACW Light-Heavyweight Title. He topped all of this off by later defeating Jack Jefferson to score the second consecutive victory for ACW in the Fallout vs. ACW PPV, Crossover.
3. Chance Emmerson (n/a)
The rarely seen World Champion still had enough time to show up and show off his wrestling prowess, first defeating Alexander Starkweather and Scott Andrews with the help of Kudo Yasuda, and then by wrestling Fallout's Stan H. Johnston to a draw. He ended the month by defeating his nemesis, Alexander Starkweather, to win the then-inactive World Title. Now that his dream has been realized, what will he do in the new year?
4. Nick Durden (4)
Durden hangs on to his spot this month, after securing a jaw-dropping three wins over Leon Chase (two involving his partner, Renix Williams, and Chase's partner, Kelsey Chase). He ended the month by securing ACW's first win at Crossover, in a hardcore match with Fallout's resident badass, DNA. Now that his feud with Chase is over, Durden has a lot to prove. Namely, "can he defeat anyone else but Chase?"
5. Renix Williams (n/a)
With the help of her partner, Nick Durden, Renix was able to get two easy wins against the Chases, thereby propelling her high onto the list. But she also proved that she isn't just Durden's arm candy by defeating ACW's resident diva, Rena Matheson, in a singles match throughout the month. Where will ACW's newest diva go from here? I don't know, but today's theme seems to be asking rhetorical questions...
6. MASAKI (2)
The current-reigning Puro Champion had a less busy month than usual, but he still showed off his skills by defeating newcomer Adrian Flamingo, as well as finally defeat his rivals Jason Freeman and Christopher Bryant in an Iron Man Match at Winter's Discontent (a previous meeting in the month lead them to a no contest). Where does he go now? Again, I don't know; 'tis rhetorical.
7. Adrian Flamingo (10)
The flamboyant newcomer moved up a few spots this month, mostly due to an impressive win over Fallout's resident "What in the HELL is that?", OLYMPIA. Given he is one of the first to do this, it easily elevated him high on the list. Previously in the month, he had wrestled OLYMPIA to a draw, and he also defeated fellow newcomer ThunderKiss. Will his flamboyance lead to complete domination of ACW? For once, that's not rhetorical, and I have an answer: I sure as shit hope so.
8. Atomic Kitsune (n/a)
One of ACW's most legendary members came back from a temporary hiatus this month, and she returned in full form. She first defeated the also returning Vladimir Rasputin, and then wrestled Fallout's impressive champion, Daniel Ness, to a draw, after the two of them did some "evil" things to guest referee Skurai. If AK can return to the glory of her heyday, then we will surely be bowing down to her in no time...not that we're not doing it already.
9. Leon Chase (13)
The seemingly existent chef moved up a few spots this month. For, despite losing many contests to Nick Durden, he also managed to defeat his rival in some high-profile matches, like a Falls Count Anywhere Match and a Mystery Weapon on a Pole Match. But at Winter's Discontent, his luck did not pay off, and Nick Durden (along with Renix Williams) managed to walk away with the victory and the last laugh. Now, Chase must prove to all that he is more than just a glorified Emeril who holds long grudges.
10. Latino (n/a)
The former World Champion returned, much like his wife, in a fit of intense glory, defeating long-time rival the Senator in a match of the year contender at Crossover. And as it appears thus far, he has returned permanently, meaning it's just a matter of time before we get more "Richard Parker = vagina" jokes.
11. Scott Andrews (12)
The former ACW Light-Heavyweight Champion, though relatively active this month, only had one significant victory, and it was against former Light-Heavyweight Champion Jake Cheng. However, despite his epic title loss, all eyes are still on him, as many wonder where he could possibly go without the Light-Heavyweight Title.
12. Jake Cheng (n/a)
The current rival of Brimstone thought he had the convoluted Panopticon Match won, but Brimstone absolutely refused to let him win, instead insisting on continuing to beat the living hell out of him. And so, in a fit of what a select few would call "genius," Jake let Brimstone win the match by tricking him into falling off the structure, thus ending the match and preserving his own life. Earlier in the month, Jake also defeated former partner Jonny Spade. And now where he goes is anyone's guess.
13. Jason Freeman (5)
The one-time "future Entertainment Champion" was met with a dissatisfying loss at Winter's Discontent, where MASAKI finally defeated him cleanly and regained his Puro Title. But, earlier in the month, Freeman was still able to defeat Reckless. Where he goes now without pursuing the Entertainment (or Puro, whatever) Title is anyone's guess.
14. ThunderKiss (14)
The controversial newcomer retains his #14 spot after securing wins over Mr. Red and Rena Matheson in her very last ACW Match. If he can fight as well as he can talk, then surely he will be a force to be reckoned with in ACW's future.
15. Gooey Garth (n/a)
Yet another returning veteran, Gooey shortly reteamed with long time partner Jonny Spade to reform their famous G-Unit team (now called...something that sucks). Despite not having much success as this team, Gooey showed his own mastership by defeating Jason Freeman, and thus showing ACW that he still has "it." Insert a random rhetorical question here, and you have your power 15.
