I like to integrate announcing only at a few momentous spots where it fits in, check the start of Warfare this week for an example, albeit one outside a match.

well Alexis could become one commentator..and all we really need to do is add comments throughout matches..and then whomever owns the commentator's characters, we could write small segments about what they would say inbetween matches. It would be simple, really...everyone is making it seem so difficult.

Actually, I have put thought into this. If everyone would like commentators, I will run them. I will create another male, and along with Alexis..they can be our comentators. I will write segments inbetween mathes and segments with them talking about their opinions toards the show so far. and if a wrestler would like to sit with them during a match. We could write that in. okay? I think this is a good idea, and I would be glad to help

Well, we do have two commentators, but I'd be glad to add Alexis as a backup announcer, perhaps she could be the color announcer for Meltdown.

It's a little fast paced when I read a match without any "breaks" in between. When I say breaks I'm talking about the "rest holds" of the match so to speak that keep what we see on TV or something more watchable, otherwise it starts to sound like a THQ Smackdown! game :\ For example, if both men are out after one of them hitting an out of nowhere desperation maneuver, there isn't any way to capitalize on that effect in the matches right now. It's pretty much just, "Wrestler A just hit Wrestler B with a burning hammer!!!!!!! Both men are out and down for about a 9 count and then slowly get up to their feet. Wrestler B kicks A in the stomach..." And it pretty much just continues like that. It would just be nice if during the count or something, commentators made a comment about the big move and kept the pace of the match alive. Otherwise it's just 8 moderate sized blocks of text with non stop action. (I guess depending on how fast/slow you read though) And to Rena, I'm not sure a separate mod/writer for the commentary is all that much needed. It would be pretty good for like preparing pre-stated lines like for advertising a PPV or maybe talking about a big match coming up. (since cards are posted up early) Otherwise, the match writer would have to be pretty much in charge of what the commentators say, as only they know what's going to happen in the match. I don't think it'd even take too much extra work. When reading/writing matches like this it should just sort of come naturally to you, and you try to imagine what JR and King would say in that situation or what those wacky Japanese commentators are raving about Maybe I shouldn't be one to criticize though, seeing it as how I'm new here and I didn't even have my first match yet, but I feel like I have to bring up some improvements or changes that I would like to see rather than keep them to myself. I like how much attention this idea has gotten and I'd love to hear more comments/suggestions on it. Thanks for hearing me out.

Well actually for the match I'm writing on Thursday, I will test this out to see personally if I like writing with announcers. If I like it, then I shall continue to do so for the forseeable future.

I also may test out the rest hold ideas. I think in the past I have tried this rarely but I think i'll go for it again. Since I do like this idea.
