Character History:
After years of training and tryouts, in 2001, this talented superstar made his official debut in the OCW. He quickly climbed the ranks to secure his first title, the OCW Intercontinental Championship. His first title defense was against the WWE legend Triple H in his innovative 2 out of 3 falls Triple C Match. Casket, Cage and Cell and that leads to a hellacious match for any two people to go through. He 1-uped Triple H in the Casket match by hitting the Snakebite into the casket and getting the first fall. Triple H proved to be the better man in the cage as he ran through Rattlesnake and tied the match at 1-1. The Cell would decide the match between these two athletes and did it ever. Both weakened by the length of the match and the damage each of them had sustained, Rattlesnake and Triple H fought their way to the top of the cell. They beat on each other, but Rattlesnake nailed Triple H with a swift kick to the gut and hit the Snakebite and Triple H was down for the count. Much to the surprise of the fans, Rattlesnake took a pair of wire cutters from his pants and cut a huge whole in the cell and body slammed Triple H all the way to the bottom. Rattlesnake, being the high-risk taker at the time, seized the opportunity and hit the rarely seen Venom Strike all the way from the top of the cell right to the bottom connecting and covering Triple H for the 1-2-3 and his first successful title defense. After the match, they both stared each other down, weakened by the hell they put each other through, the cheers of the fans was overpowering. Rattlesnake walked over to Triple H and extended his hand and they both shook hands. Rattlesnake would also gain the Tag Team Championship, but sadly, the OCW shut down shortly after.
After the OCW, Rattlesnake found himself moving onto the VWF where he would instantly attain Main Event status and find himself in a #1 Contenders match for the World Heavyweight Championship against the owner D-Structa and a week-long run as once half of the VWF Tag Team Champions. D-Structa, fearing that he would be on the verge of losing, would call his flunkies out and they screwed Rattlesnake, not once, but twice in his attempts to secure the World Heavyweight Championship. It wasn’t until Big Brawl when he finally overcame all odds and defeated D-Structa with the help of the invading “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. After winning the World Heavyweight Championship, Rattlesnake was undefeatable. Opponent after opponent, Rattlesnake plowed through each challenger and retained his World Heavyweight Championship each time becoming the longest undefeated World Champion in VWF history. The VWF closed down for various reasons, but opened back up months later and the returning Rattlesnake came back, securing the VWF Tag Team Championship once again and went with an undefeated streak. However, Rattlesnake wouldn’t get his hands on the World Heavyweight Championship again as D-Structa made sure he couldn’t get his hands on it again. Frustrated with D-Structa, Rattlesnake left and began his own fed.
Just starting out with ownership with his long-time friend Death, the GWF proved that beyond a shadow of a doubt, dreams can and do come true. Rattlesnake went on to take the Hardcore Championship twice, but that was just for fun. He entered himself into a match for the GWF Continental Championship and took it very easily and would be the only undefeated Continental Champion in GWF history. Some called Rattlesnake a ruthless owner of the likes of Vince McMahon while some respected him for taking a fresh fed and making something big out of it, but then again some would never respect him as people were shocked to see what would transpire next. Scandals hit the paper, saying that Rattlesnake order some people to take the fall in their matches purposely. Rattlesnake denied these rumors, but had to face facts when his own brother Ripper and long-time friend and other owner Death would try and show proof of these allegations. Infuriated, Rattlesnake decided to settle things in the ring, inside the steel cage. Rattlesnake put his company on the line against the evidence Ripper and Death said they had. Ripper offered to fight instead of Death as most of the rumors revolved around Ripper himself. Rattlesnake went into his match with such recklessness and in a desperate attempt to beat his brother, used his brother’s own finishing maneuver off the top of the cage to the floor below, but costing him the match and his company. Since that day his brother has been paralyzed and they rarely talked much. Death and Rattlesnake got together days after and settled the situation between the two and the friendship they have is still strong today.
With the GWF out of his ownership and closed down due to the courts, Rattlesnake found some refuge in the IWR. He worked himself back up from the rut he had put himself in and found himself in his first title match since the GWF. Rattlesnake went up against the IWR U.S. Champion Gerald Blaze and in only his second match in IWR history, Rattlesnake defeated Gerald Blaze and brought dignity back to his name as he got the pinfall and became the new U.S. Champion. But he never got to defend his newly won title as the IWR fell into the ground, so Rattlesnake went on the road, looking for work once again.
Rattlesnake found an organization that would best suit his needs for now, the ASCW. Rattlesnake went in as a dominating legend, but his career in the ASCW was anything but dominating. After getting screwed day in and day out by Commissioner Cyda, Rattlesnake knew that he would never get a fair chance, but decided to raise as much hell as possible. Rattlesnake formed the Coalition with Supervisor and El Chico. The Coalition proved to be a dominating force, but they never got a chance to show their full potential as the ASCW closed down.
Fed up with the events of the past few years, Rattlesnake felt that the fans were the reason for his misfortune and felt out of sight, but kept in contact with El Chico over the months. Suddenly, Rattlesnake’s phone rings and a new opportunity for him to return to the spotlight was offered. Rattlesnake asked what this new opportunity was and it was the Commissionership in a new fed, the UWC. Thinking about the past, Rattlesnake thought about this opportunity. When would he get another chance to act in another fed? After careful consideration, Rattlesnake accepted the job. As things would turn out, Rattlesnake despised the fans even more for his misfortunes and laughed as he would do his best to ruin the fun they would be trying to have. His first official act was the decimation of long-time friend El Chico and the firing of Josh Anderson with the help of two individuals from the long defunct GWF: Tonic and, in an unbelievable turn of events, his own brother Ripper. Ripper was thought to be paralyzed, but once again, the genius Rattlesnake pulled the wool over the eyes of the fans and this began the march of the Syndicate.
However, Ripper and Tonic's continued failures caused Rattlesnake times of frustration and eventually it would culminate into the official departure of them and the once cutthroat Rattlesnake to realize that he had been wrong all this time after he and El Chico put their careers on the line in a winner-take-all matchup. Rattlesnake beat El Chico in what was said to be a "match of the ages" and began to see where he had gone wrong. Rattlesnake found that his long-time friend El Chico would help guide him in the right path and since that day, Rattlesnake has always been a man of the fans.
Rattlesnake then ventured to the CPW. After a disappointing start, he found himself in a rather interesting situation. His friend, Chico, had turned his back on him and they began to fight each other. Add into the mix of his brother's death, the loss of his girlfriend, he easily found himself hating the fans. It was at that point he found sanctity in a select group which led to a shining moment in his tenure there. After bringing his ingenious Snakepit to the CPW, he found his way into a Devastation Championship reign that lasted for a couple of months. After he lost it to an owner's interference, he squared off against Dave Helms to a no contest just one month for Dave Helms would die. Things seemed to be going downhill when a chance for the Xtreme Chaos Championship fell his way. The title had been vacated and a unique tournament had been set up...32 men, 16 teams, one title, the richest prize in the CPW. Rattlesnake would outlast 31 other men to put himself into the CPW history book. His title reign was little to be desired however. Not long after winning the title, just before someone could beat him down, Joe Summers, a man Rattlesnake hated, helped him out. A strange feeling began to overtake him and he began to see the light once again turning from the abyss that has abducted him. He began to fight for the fans once again. But his title reign would end before it could really take off and that would be the last straw. He swore vengeance would be his and he would do his best to come through on that promise, but the "powers that be" were too overwhelming. A gauntlet was ordered for Rattlesnake to go through for a shot at a match with the Chairman and if he lost, he would be forced into wrestling exile. Being the coward the Chairman was, he let Rattlesnake win the 7-man gauntlet on a count out. Rattlesnake won his opportunity to beat up the boss, but something was fishy. In his awarded match, Rattlesnake took all his frustrations out on the Chairman. After 3 Snakebites, Rattlesnake picked up the win in a non-sanctioned match. Rattlesnake confronted the Chairman after the match, said his peace, gave him one last Snakebite and quit on the spot. However, not long after that, a returning Dave Helms put issued a lawsuit for a breach of contract on Rattlesnake and had him escorted from the arena. There has been no word as to what the outcome of that lawsuit is.
With that impending lawsuit in mind, Rattlesnake now looks to other feds and do his best to reclaim the glory he once had many years ago and that has brought him here and he'll prove to the world that he still has the skill, the determination and, most importantly, the trust of the fans to get him back on top. But that has still not been determined. For all we know, he could have some real sour feelings now. Only time will tell.

It has been a long time. I drifted over here from the CPW pretty much. I'm still active over there, but I'm losing interest. I'd be more than happy to explain why to everyone as it might give a different opinion of some people there.

I like the gimmick of your character, and your Constrictor finisher reminds me a lot of my Dragon Constrictor move, so das cool.
Welcome.

That sucks to get screwed out of so many matches. You won't find that happening here, it's not so competitive and people would much rather work together and create something that other people can read and admire.

Well, that's how I see it. Some other people may see it differently. They like to base it more on quality than quantity, but to say that everything I did that I worked hard on, wasn't quality to them.
Don't get me wrong, I'm slightly competitive. I want to be someone that gets remembered, I guess. But I do work well with others and when I put all of my RPs out, it's originally for entertainment.

Yeah Jake it's a different Hardcore Jay to the one in our fed.
Also I've tried CPW many times, but it just seems like a fed where if you weren't there either at the start or when the fed was still fresh, it's not really a good fed to go to.

Welcome to ACW...hope you enjoy it here.
Like what Torak said, it's much less competitive here and from what you said, much better members too.

Well I have to say Rattlesnake that was one story. I'm sorry to hear how other feds treated you but rest assured we won't do the same here. I hope Torak explained to you how things work around here as we are quite different from the normal feds. If not let me know and I'll take the time, minutes, hours, days, weeks, to explain it.
Also I would say we are less competitive but I think there is sometimes that unwritten competition amongst us to put on the best match or feud or character. So we still have some form of competition.
