I just wanted to point out that I NEVER gave Red permission for the post match beat down. Its really not THAT big of a deal but I am new and trying to build my charachter, I want to face Ross cuz he is a major heel and would boost the ultra face I am trying to build. The post match beat down i did not approve did nothing for my charachter but make him look weak and he got beat down twice. Like I said not that big of a deal but I would like to have a say before someone beats down my charachter. Am I wrong?

I believe the first time I used someone's character without permission, well, actually I had his permission but then he said don't do it and I still did it since I kind of forgot. It was Orochi, I think I spit in his face or punched him in the face or something like that. So he responded by randomly writing a segment with him insulting me physical or spitting or something.
Ok, now back to the subject on hand, without approval it is bad to attack someone's character after the match. Your not wrong, but I would like to hear Red's side since he's not usually one to just do it out of the blue.
ACW's Court with Judge London, Mr. Red, please approach the bench.

I have to admit, I am partially to blame for this, when Red sent me the post I naturally assumed he'd ask you as well Diav, so I'm sorry about that, but I'd still like to hear Reds opinion.

I thought that Red said he asked both of you, if anything, he now owes DiaVolo a little bit of retaliation. Nothing too serious, and you could actually capitalize on this, even if you weren't too pleased to begin with.

This sounds to me like a case of busy people running out of time to check one another.
I confess that I didn't query the situation with those involved since both Ross and Red are normally very good about checking things with writing partners.
I would like to re-iterate that we always encourage people to be sensitive about using other peoples' characters, and that beating down someone elses' character without permission is frowned on. In this case, based on what Diavolo has said about Red trying to seek that permission and being caught out by show deadlines, I believe that it was a misunderstanding rather than anything more undesireable.
As Senator says, the best outcome from this would be for Ross, Red and Diavolo to discuss how they can re-balance things, so that Diavolo gets some positive momentum out of this - it doesn't necessarily need to be a retaliatory attack, perhaps having Diavolo cut a sharp promo on Red would work well. Plus you can always carry the grudge over for future use, it's always good to have several intertwining stories going on with your character, I feel.
I don't think any further action is needed, though if anyone feels differently, please do say.

well i have kind of gotten away from the "Prankster" part of my charachter so if its fine with Red I could just pull a prank on warfare. this way he doesnt look weaker but just embarassed

Just talk to Red about stuff.
Honestly, I think holding in a grudge could work for a later feud maybe. Like when Red least expects it in-character and you attack him again, saying you never forgot. Aaand maybe have a flash back to Red's return.

In all, don't see Red as a bad guy. He's cool, even if he flips burgers >_>

it was a last second idea to write up a seg. i sought out permission and waiting most of the night for replies that never came in. so i went ahead and sent the segment in hoping that all people involved would be fine with it.
