History: The early history of Biff is unclear, but it’s apparent that he may have been a former wrestler in his early days, as well as a biker for a world-famous biker gang. He impressed many with his mic skills on the first ever Fallout Live, making a special, unscheduled match between the Capitalists and Gary. But Biff had got his friends to interfere on behalf of Gary, brutally taking down the Capitalists. This quickly sparked a feud, but Biff had other ideas, making an alliance with Froggy. He also came out with the famous phrase: “Take that, bitches! This isn’t your momma’s Fallout!” and that was just the first show. But when the Capitalists destroyed his Harley Davidson, it meant war. At the BV Pre-Show, the Capitalists beat Biff and seemingly ended this feud. Biff had a relatively quiet couple of months, until the Fallen Heroes Pre-Show when once again Fitzharris came into the way, with a Fallout Rebellion. The Rebellion team was: Beau James, Glamour Boy, Santana Jr & Sr, Daniel Ness and Kevin Fitzharris. Over the period of two months, Biff fought hard to finally get a strong team on his side, including both D-Train members, Gary, Brian Carnage and El Froggy Mask. At Omega Effect Pre-Show it was the Rebellion against the Fallout side, and inevitably it ended up Biff vs. Kevin Fitzharris. Biff managed to win and finish the feud once and for all. A few months later and Biff had a spectacular heel turn, firing Wolf for ‘not performing’ even though he had nothing to do with his match. This sparked a campaign to have Wolf re-instated on Fallout. After an attempt to fire Froggy, only Chairman Gingerdude stepped in the way and warned Biff that his job was on the line. And on a recent episode, Gingerdude had Wolf brought back to Fallout, fighting in a match with Beau James against Biff and his new accomplish Glamour Boy. Biff and the Glamour Boy won via cheating, but Gingerdude then made a cage match between the four in a one-off show in Malaysia.
