Okay, I have the bug again. But this is the "yeah, I "sorta" miss efedding but I realize I can't do this full time, and it's pretty much dead" bug. While the whole "ACW: Overtime" thing was a joke for Freeman, I am feeling the need to create a unique fed - the only kind that will get me to do this again.
The concept is simple, non-serious wrestling. We are talking about zany, stuff that can't happen in real life, suspend your belief, find an imagination, etc., kinda wrestling. The name is S.W.I.S.S. for "Serious Wrestling is Super Serious." Basically, take everything e-feds became in their later years, and turn it on its head. That said, it would take place in a giant arena type setting, not some backyard indy dive.
I got the idea off the FAQ's efed board when someone said they would like to see something unique like this, and then went on to reference Rainbow Pro. While I have had a similar idea for quite some time, this post I guess drove me to at least put some feelers out.
I know it would be small. I know the promoing would be lacking. But heck, if 10 guys would at least take part I think this would go from the idea stage to reality. Especially if we all agreed to make it sensible in terms of promoing and schedule. So what do you guys think?

Although this idea is interesting, I have a question for you Kiss. Do you have any interest at all in pen and paper die rolling games such old school D&D and it's variations, GURPS etcetera?

On top of E-Fedding, yeah I am. I'm playing a game called "Wild World Wrestling".
Like E-Fedding but without the bullshit backstage politics as every match is determined by skill points, gimmick enhancements, character levels and obviously die rolls. It's quick to play, can be done over boards and if enough people are willing to pay five dollars for the book off a safe website I'd be willing to run a board for it.

I am intrigued, but you need to explain this more. Like, show me an example of one.

What do you want an example of? The game itsself? www.dndonlinegames.com/forumdisplay.php?f=9303 <- This is where I'm playing right now. Have a poke around the match threads and the character sheets. The whole thing looks confusing and is difficult to explain without the book but once you get your head around it, it's the easiest thing in the world. You create a number of characters. Generally four, sometimes more and then the fed-head assigns everyone the same number of levels to distribute amongst their characters. So in my game it's 25 levels between 4 characters which you can distribute however you want. The higher level your character, the better their attributes, the more skills and gimmick enhancements they have so therefore a Level 11 character should logically tear apart a Level 1 character because the higher number of skills and enhancements means better die rolls. So, for you as an example probably it would be something like: Thunderkiss (Level 11, Main Eventer) Jay Zero (Level 6, Midcarder) Thunder Train (Level 5, Midcarder) Andrew Starr (Level 3, Curtain Jurker) However, obviously although they are all members of Entourage your four characters don't have to be related to each other whatsoever. You could do any assortment of characters who conduct their own business, just as long as they have a combined number of levels equal to or less than the quota. Once you've assigned levels you then have to make character sheets for them, but this is pretty daunting to do alone. This game does take a lot to explain and some study is required but once you've got the hang of it you can play matches within 15 minutes over MSN if you want to. Matches are done by die rolls. In a single round there are two die rolls, the action roll which involves picking a move, applying all relevant modifiers which add or subtract numbers from the final roll and then rolling a D20 and whoever has the highest wins the round. The second roll is the damage roll, relevant to whatever move you take and whoever wins the action roll, their damage roll is applied to the opponent.

I actually like this system, Danny.
However, the board looks hidious. I was wondering if we can take the system, move it to a more traditional e-fed look, and wrap it up in a fun presentation like S.W.I.S.S.
It would be perfect.

One of the problems with the game is that online, it's difficult to roll a die and say whether or not that's actual honesty or someone's just saying "Yeah, I rolled higher than you" just to game the system. So if I can find a ProBoards mod to add a die roller into it, then yeah we can have it on our own boards.

That's amazing. Does everyone have a built in spider sense where as soon as their name gets mentioned they swarm to it like a fly on shit? That's utterly inspiring.

Randomly thought "Hey, what happened to that shit hole ACW. I bet it's infested with porn now." So, decided to get on, saw my name, and was immediately insulted. Hope everyone's been doing good.

Fuck you, I'm like a Level 15, Legend. Hey bro, I'll give you credit. You are as powerful as a train. Like, the little train who could! Because you THINK YOU CAN, THINK YOU CAN beat me! But never could! HOHAHOAHA! That's all I got tonight, sorry. P.S.: I hope college is going well, and you didn't get AIDS, or get someone pregnant. Or wear your hat sideways like a little bitch. Also, I want to do an XBOX LIVE get together this Summer sometime where we can all do COD4 and GTA4 ... even though the first is hacked to hell now. It would still be fun, I tried it the other night and had a nostalgia rush. Awesome Cowboys need to ride one last time. Danny, screw that dice roller. Let's have BK roll the dice and tell us the results. That guy is legit. I'll be world champ in no time.
