To me, ACW died out of necessity and not out of want. No one was writing or seemed to have the time of day, so it closed. Its closing leaves a void as I'm sure no one here really wanted to see it go, leaving the whole situation between a rock and hard place so to speak.

I do not miss it. I did enjoy the last show and getting one last hit of the "ACW drug" before the needle ran out. However, immediately afterward I was reminded on why I parted ways with this fed/game. People that I'd rather piss on than look at filling the roster, bullshit arguments from people after the show was posted, no mod doing the right thing in that situation, false promises of show feedback, etc. etc. Why type something up if nobody is going to read it? It's a complete and utter waste of time. It was like a cold, harsh reminder to me on why I have no motivation to do something like this again. Also a big contributor is that I no longer watch wrestling in any shape or form. No more TNA arguments, WWE arguments, I'm done with that crap. While some may take glee in this, it is another fan lost which is nothing to cheer about. Looking at the ratings it appears that everyone is changing the channel. While I am certain someone will undoubtedly retort my criticisms, I stand by posting what I truly feel. I also would like to say that the good times I had here are memories I will not forget and I have sincere wishes for those whom I called friend here, especially those in the Entourage. lol

BUT I WILL TELL YOU WHAT I DO MISS!
I miss Dan White world title runs, because they contribute to the overall enjoyment and motivation of the fed. Surely he gave the most outstanding effort and will see that the title is passed onto the next worthy contender and not a close, personal friend. His selfless contributions is what this federation is looking for and surely his inspiration will light the competitive fire in all of us to see the torch of ACW burn brightly for years.

Isn't that how all titles are won around this place?

Really X? I know you are not coming out and directly saying it, but I know what you are thinking. It is not like you never let me down. The only difference is you always throw it in my face while I just ignore the past.

Isn't that how all titles are won around this place? Definitely the World Title on more occasions than not. However, the International Title was definitely geared toward rewarding the better competitive writer. While it was "passed" from time to time, usually it changed hands in a calculated simulation. I tend to think of this as more of an achievement to win, whereas the world title was more of a "story telling device" that was handed out in the same manner as a life time achievement award. Having the top belt defended in this manner worked for a lot of the original ACW crew. It didn't, however, work very well for newcomers who were subjugated to politics. That is why you can look on the list of past champions and see a small percentage of players who joined the ranks after the first era. And also why you can look at the roster's graveyard for a slew of players that outnumbered the longtermers 5-1. I found the whole process to be extremely flawed and lead to more discontent that what it was worth. Obviously, this comes to no one's surprise.

As far as letting you down is concerned...when? I can think of one situation, which I apologized for several times, but I did everything in my power for that not to be the end result.

I know that its a sore spot between us that I dropped the title to Sarin before Omega Effect and in turn, lessened the moment for you. I know this didn't make you happy and a lot of other people happy. I am going on the level and say that yes, I wanted to somehow give a tribute to Yoko by doing this, but also I enjoyed Sarin's writing immensely at the time. I guess my response was quick tempered, but that is the result of years of defending myself within these hallowed proboard walls. You are a good man, sorry.
