*sniff*
It's truly a great day.
And to think, this probably wouldn't have happened if Rey didn't break Undertaker's nose. Thank you Rey!

MITB was, in my opinion, one of the best PPVs in quite some time. Usually I get through them pretty quick but there were only two matches I sped through (Divas) and that was it. The MITB's were awesome and I was thrilled for The Miz. Kane and Sheamus walking out as champions is brilliant as well.

I'm very happy for The Miz. They've been building this guy perfectly and this is the best way to push him over to main-event status. Sadly, this is making John Morrison look sort of like the Janetty of the two, but I'm still happy for The Miz. Even if I really don't care for him.
As for Kane, it's a different story. Maybe it's because I haven't been a fan for that long (a couple years) but I'm not blinded by nostalgia. I wouldn't have too big a problem if he didn't win due to Money in the Bank. Let me just run down the list:
1. Kane is slow and boring. He always has been. 2. I suppose he deserves it just as much as my pick to win (Christian) but consider it this way: Money in the Bank was announced around Wrestlemania season. Taker was injured after Over the Limit. They don't decide the winners for Money in the Bank the day before. They thought "we need to give two people Main Event pushes." So somebody was getting an ME push, but it was taken away to build up an Undertaker match. 3. Before this angle, Kane had no credibility. It's hard to take him seriously as a contender.

Freakin' Mizanin, I still hope that the titantron falls on his doofy head.
Congrats to Kane, though, that was a long time coming, especially with all the crap he's had to take from WWE over the years. The guy'll do anything for Vince, job to near anyone, get involved in every stupid storyline idea out there, etc. He's also gotten himself back into decent shape for this title run, just hope he holds onto it for a decent amount of time.

I can't think of another guy who has been built up so perfectly for a main event push. the fact he started at the bottom and has worked his way through the ranks slowly is brilliant. He's not been given the push too quickly. Just right. Had a heart attack marking when he went to cash in last night. Nearly died when Truth's music hit <_<
