I disagree, especially for a low card match. Your intentions are in the right place but I think that's a wrong move.

I disagree, especially for a low card match. Your intentions are in the right place but I think that's a wrong move. Rep, relax. As part of the BC, booking for realisim is not my main concern. My main concern is giving the people what they want first and foremost. As long as their match is agreed to by both parties and isn't absurdly wacky, it will get on the card. Second, If there is no request, I want to make matches equal in competition that will bring the most fun promoing for, because that's what it's all about.

To me, this is pretty wacky.

We wouldn't be ACW if we weren't a little wacky.

To me, this is pretty wacky. And that's fine. Everyone has their own opinion, and there are around 30 of us. Not everyone is going to be happy all the time. That's just how it has to be. In e-fedding as in life, not everyone is going to always agree. My favorite part of ACW is that you can do what you want to do (as long as it's not extreme). I guess what I'm trying to say is that there is something for everyone and that includes cards.

Aye, we've always focused on people having fun, even if it breaches reality.

I see it as watering it down, it was like when Raw would open the show with a cage match. The idea of a cage match to me is supposed to be a brutal feud ending or feud intensifying match, for a main event feud.

Breaching reality isn't my problem, the WWE does this stuff all the time, and I don't like that either.

Again, it was requested. So yeah, take it up with either Black of LyCos.

What am I gonna say to them? Talk them out of it? LOL
I was only discussing my disappointment this week.

damn I don't want to get into an argument with rep. lol anyway yeah LyCoS and I asked for the cage match BUT it isn't a regular cage match and you would know that if LyCoS ever started the segments he was supposed to. but something might have come up and that happens, I will write it up tomorrow.
anyway it's not a regular cage match. when mike gave me the idea (sorry to throw you under the bus pal) i pictured it like the fight in spider man the movie. basically it is going to be a time limit match in a cage where black is supposed to survive. the only reason it is in a cage is to g along with the whole lycos is an animal gimmick. I hope this makes sense. Please don't hate me lol.

Yeah... that's why I suggested it to you. It may be used to end feuds, or progress along major feuds in most cases, but I saw it as a chance to put over two younger members of the fed, give them a chance to shine.

They can shine without having to put them in a cage... I don't have a problem with you Andrew, I'm not even looking for an argument, I was simply stating that I felt that it was too much on one show especially for an undercard match. Jake, you don't have to book handicap and cage matches to get people over. In fact, I find handicap matches to be anti-progressive. You book many strange things to get new guys started, but I don't think it helps much.

Meh. It's not like we're trying to be a real fed or whatever with our booking. No offense but I think you're looking a bit too far into things.
This is a fed that's had some ridiculous gimmick matches. The one that sticks out was a 60-Minute Hell in a Cell TLC Ironman match. We're just doing what real feds can't do, for whatever reason. If you wanted an e-fed that followed the ideologies of real life booking, or that practically mimmicked a real fed, then this isn't the place for you.

It's not about comparing to real life, it's about watering down a match. A cage match would be a great way to end a future feud for Jake Steele, seeing as his last name is Steele. It's not necessary to book guys in cage matches, it's just overexposure.
