Personal Details:Name: Josh Robertson Sex: Male Alignment: Heel Age: 23 Height: 6"3 Weight: 245 lb Birth date: April 7th 1985 Hometown: Louisville, Kentucky Wrestling Style: Pure Picture Base: Jack Swagger Entrance Music: None Gimmick: Pure wrestling elitist who has come to ACW to purify the company and the industry Catchphrase: "You're always only just one step away from Purification!"; "Sooner or later you're next!". Appearance:Physical Description: Robertson is a dead look a like for Jack Swagger, apart from the fact he is about 20lb smaller. His muscle stature is very well defined and it is quite clear that he hits the gym during the time he's not in the ring. Ring Attire: His ring attire usually consists of simply black wrist bands, pants, kneepads and boots. Casual Attire: Depending on the situation he can be seen either sporting an attire of blue jeans and a t-shirt or a black/white tracksuit. When he doesn't have a match he can quite commonly be seen wandering the arena in a grey pinstripe suit. Character personality and traits:Summary: Below you can see the traits that make up Robertson's personality, these influence how he acts both within the ring and outside of it. Unmatched intensity: In the ring Robertson's intensity is that of a machine, and out of it it doesn't change much either. Robertson will never allow himself to be distracted from the job at hand and this allows him to stay focused and pick apart his opponent before they have a chance to react. There is, however, a downside and that is the fact that Robertson keeps his intensity up from start to finish and this can result in him beginning tire towards the end of a match - this is where an opponent will have the greatest opportunity to put him away. 100% Integrity: Robertson will not EVER use weapons, he believes his hands are of his weapons and needs nothing more to destory his opponent. This can put Robertson into precarious situations in matches where weapons are legal or outside of it with run-ins against armed foe. The rookie effect: Though a magnificient wrestler, there is one quality that Robertson cannot learn and that is experience. He has shown already that his inexperience leaves him open to crafty tricks in the ring and out of it his lack of real world experience has allowed his foes to exploit this. Never gives up: Robertson doesn't know what the words give up mean and will never give up on something he wants even if it seems impossible or hazardous. This can lead him into trouble if he gets out of his depth, but he's far too stubborn to realise that and will carry on regardless. Unrelenting grip: If Robertson manages to lock in a submission move chances are you aren't going to be getting out of it. His finishing move (The Purifier) has never been escaped from and the only way he'll let go of a submission is if his opponent manages to squirm to the ropes. Character trademarks:Doesn't recognise sports entertainment: Due to not recognising sports entertainment as a form of professional wrestling Robertson is not accompanied by a theme song or alphatron video on his entrance down to the ring. Cleanly spoken: Robertson doesn't see fit to curse for no reason and thinks that kind of language has no place in the ring. It is only when in a very very pissed off state (aka hulk mode) that he will ever swear. Moveset:(Finishers)Primary Finisher: The Purifier Description: The Sharpshooter Secondary Finisher: Re-education Description: Tiger Driver 91 Note: Only use in situations where submissions would be illogical to use (e.g. in a beatdown or match with a knock out stipulation) (Trademark Moves)Pure ConcentrationDescription: A trio of snap suplexes delivered with such precision and speed that the receiver could easily mistake it as one if it weren't for the immense pain Shock TreatmentDescription: Gutwrench Suplex Dawn of An Old EraDescription: Delayed Vertical Suplex Kentucky Deathlock Description: Indian Deathlock AwakeningDescription: Spike DDT (Weardown Moves)Strikes European Uppercut **** Clothesline **** Kick to the mid-section ***** Knee strike to the mid-section **** Dropkick *** Slams Scoop slam *** Swinging neckbreaker **** Shinbreaker **** Suplexes Release Overhead Belly-to-Belly Suplex *** German Suplex *** High Angle Back Suplex **** Snap suplex ***** Takedowns Double leg takedown (alternate version of driving opponent into the corner also used) **** Arm drag **** Snapmare ***** Drop toe hold **** Submissions Camel clutch **** Reverse chinlock **** Armbar *** Cross armbreaker *** Body scissors *** Headlock ***** Ankle lock *** Key:* = Only used on big occasions ***** = Used in every match Titles and achievements:-Defeated Jake Cheng in his final match

Match History:
Wins:
1. Josh Robertson Vs Bryce (Monday Night Warfare 1st December 2008) Note: In his debut Robertson completely annihilated Bryce, leaving him unable to stand before finishing him off with the Re-education and walking out with his maiden ACW victory.
2. Josh Robertson Vs Alex Trixer (Thursday Night Meltdown 4th December 2008) Note: In very much the same fashion as his debut, Robertson dominated Trixer before putting him away for good with The Purifier.
3. Josh Robertson Vs AC Evans (Thursday Night Meltdown January 8th 2009) Note: Despite not being at his best Robertson walked out with the victory thanks to a clever counter
4. Josh Robertson Vs Chris Williams(Thursday Night Meltdown January 22nd 2009) Note: Williams had no choice but to tap once Robertson had locked in The Purifier
5.Josh Robertson Vs Jake Cheng (Ragnarok 31st January 2009) Note: In a match that Robertson had been begging for for the entire month, in a shock to many Robertson came out the victor. It was an extremely hard fought match with many thinking Cheng had put Robertson away for the final time with the Second Heartbeat, however Robertson somehow kicked out. In the end Cheng too was made to submit to The Purifier.
Losses:
1. Josh Robertson Vs Jake Cheng (Thursday Night Meltdown 4th December 2008) Note: In an impromptu match Robertson again dominated his opponent, only to find himself on the receiving end of a low blow which led to him being rolled up and with the aid of the ropes Cheng got the pinfall.
2. Josh Robertson Vs Jake Cheng (Winter's Discontent 20th December) Note: In a rematch that Robertson had worked hard for all month he seemed to be on his way to winning, even as much as ignoring an opportunity to win by count out. His opportunity to win the match finally came when he locked in The Purifier and sure enough Cheng tapped...only the referee was knocked out and unable to recognise this. By the time a replacement turned up Robertson's luck had turned and after getting clobbered by a brutal Second Heartbeat he was put to sleep.

Character History: Pre-ACWAs a youngster Robertson’s parents were constantly pushing him to succeed from before he could even so much as crawl or talk. He was constantly subjected to this mental stress and always felt like he needed to constantly work harder and do more to please his parents. As Robertson grew older and the years passed by so did the expectation of his parent’s (who both had high paying and high ranking jobs as an emergency room doctor and a corporate lawyer respectively). With his parents always back late and when they were around constantly pressuring and nagging him Robertson sought solace for his loneliness in the form of watching professional wrestling. Whether it was on the TV or going down to see a local show Robertson couldn’t get enough of it. He soon became infatuated by it and would spend all the time he could watching it; however he still couldn’t escape the pressures forced upon him by his parents. With his emotions constantly repressed by his parents seemingly uncaring towards Robertson other than what grades he achieved at school, Robertson became withdrawn and a loner. Unable to tell his parents how he felt and communicate with his peers Robertson felt alone in the world with his only escape from reality being that of the world of professional wrestling. He carried on like this until at the age of 15 when a new wrestling school opened up in Louisville – owned by Bill Wright. Seeing an opportunity to make his dreams a reality Robertson finally decided that he had to make his feelings known to his parents, knowing that they could easily afford to pay for him to enrol. He waited until the day after he had turned 16, however when he confronted them about it they declared he was mad and that no one would ever make a career from wrestling, and that he must stayed focused 100% on his studies. Angered by how they belittled professional wrestling as if they were better than it, and finally at the end of his tether at being treated like he had, Robertson finally snapped. In a hulk-like rage he told his parents that he was sick and tired of being treated like shit and that he had enough. As his parents looked on in shock and unable to speak he told them he was going to do this whether they liked it or not, he stormed out vowing to never to return. With no money and no place to live in Robertson went to the school, which although they were already full on students, Wright saw the state Robertson was in and offered to take him on as long as he got himself a job to keep up with the tuition fees. Forced with a decision to make Robertson took his GED and left high school, not particularly caring about throwing everything away as in all honestly it had only ever caused him pain and suffering. Over the next few years Robertson lived in a dormitory at the school with none other than veteran wrestler Jon Taylor. Robertson slowly learnt his trade in the ring and Wright became like the father he never actually had. However, just as Robertson was breaking through into the upper ranks Wright left to go to ACW to support Taylor who had previously left to go to ACW some months ago. When Wright finally returned he came back a changed man, he wasn’t the same always supportive, positive and cheery man he used to be. Slowly the relationship between Wright and Robertson began to deteriorate but Robertson was determined not to let one of the only true relationships he had ever had just to disappear. Keen to mend things Robertson said that he’d give anything to have Wright back to his old self, with Wright overhearing this. Knowing this Wright formed a plan to get back at ACW for what happened to him in his time there, knowing that he could basically brainwash Robertson into doing whatever he wanted. With Robertson unaware of this and always a student that listened to everything his teacher said, it was easy for Wright to convince Robertson of his purification ideals and turn him into what you see today. The era of PurificationOn November 13th 2008 the world of ACW was introduced to the pairing of Robertson and his manager, Bill Wright for the first time. Declaring that they were coming to ACW to purify the company and the industry of what they considered to be a disgrace to the true art and sport of Professional Wrestling they stated that they were targetting anyone they didn't see fit to call themself a professional wrestler. The following show they further backed up their claims and declared that the current form of professional wrestling, sports entertainment, was nothing more than a disgusting waste of space. Moving into December Robertson made his debut, defeating Bryce with complete ease, dominating his opponent before destorying his next opponent, Alex Trixer in the same manner and proceeding to make a mockery of ACW and it's weak roster. It was here that Robertson and Wright made their first foe as this prompted ACW Grandslam Champion to interrupt them, challenging Robertson to an impromtu match. Though having just wrestled Robertson accepted and looked on his way to beating Cheng, only to find himself on the receiving end of a low blow and getting rolled up with the aid of the ropes to lose the match. Incensed that Cheng had cheated it was clear that this was going to be more than just a one off thing. Over the next few shows Robertson and Wright had their fair share of run-ins with Cheng, with Robertson trying with all his might to get his rematch that he felt he rightfully deserved after being cheated by Cheng. This however, only led to Robertson getting clobbered by a steel chair as he searched for Cheng in the backstage area and the following show Cheng acting as if he was some god, trying to intimidate Wright. Deciding that enough was enough and that this piece of trash and embarrassment to the real industry of professional wrestling Robertson agreed with Wright that something had to be done. With Cheng just having beat Wayde Russeller in a hard fought match Robertson capitalised on the opportunity to send a message by taking him out with the Re-education. Instructing Cheng that he would be waiting on Monday for a response, it was clear that Robertson was not going to give up easily. The following Monday, on the final show before the last PPV of the year Cheng granted Robertson his match, but only because he wanted to rid ACW of the pathetic pieces of shit known as Robertson and Wright. Later on in the show Robertson was shown to be pleased with the outcome, however Wright sensed that this wasn't the end of it and thought Cheng had granted the match all too easily. Despite protests from Wright Robertson refused to do anything to ensure that Cheng didn't try anything before the match, and paid for it when as they were leaving the arena Cheng attacked them with a baseball bat, knocking Wright out cold. When Saturday finally came around Robertson stated that he wasn't going to let Cheng get away with the shit he pulled over the past few weeks, and declared that he was going to permantely remove Cheng from ACW and add him to the list of the purified, making him the third person to become purified. Unfortunately for Robertson, things didn't go to plan. Despite locking in The Purifier and forcing Jake Cheng to tap out he didn't pick up the victory due to the referee being out cold. When the replacement referee finally turned up the momentum had changed and Cheng managed to work an opening and hit the Second Heartbeat to beat Robertson for the second time. The night ended with Robertson shown in a rage, destroying objects in his locker room, most notably his locker and promising that he would do whatever it takes to get his hands on Jake Cheng again. Wright smiled sinisterly as he watched Robertson go over the edge and show that the feud between the two was far from over. As ACW entered the new year everyone was greeted was a shock, the announcement that at Ragnarok Jake Cheng would have his final match. Hearing this only spurred Robertson (who was in turn spurred on by Wright) to be in this final match. However, there was a stumbling block and that was the fact that Cheng had washed his hands of Robertson after defeating him at Winter's Discontent. Over the next few shows Robertson and Wright would do all they could to try and convince Cheng that he should give Robertson one last opportunity to put "things right". Despite their best efforts however, it seemed things were destined to fail as plan after plan failed and Robertson began to grow tired of Wright's seeming distrust in him. With Cheng seemingly winning the "war" Wright and Robertson managed to mend their bridges and re-focused on trying to get the match at Ragnarok, however this was all sent tumbling like building blocks when Robertson witnessed Wright admitting to Cheng that he was using Robertson. This led to Robertson making a deal with Cheng - in return for a match at Ragnarok Wright's career on the line. Cheng knew that Robertson had saw Wright admittance, Wright however was unaware to all of us. That was until the Warfare before Ragnarok where it was revealed that his career would be on the line and the foundations of Wright's world were shook. Confused and scared as to why Robertson would do this, everybody went into Ragnarok with an even bigger interest in Jake Cheng's last match. Many expected Cheng to easily dispose of Robertson again, however this wasn't the case as Robertson managed to kickout of the Second Heartbeat before picking up the victory by making Jake Cheng submit with The Purifier. Robertson had finally got retribution on Jake Cheng but he wasn't done yet. As Wright entered the ring to celebrate Robertson replied by hitting him with a knee to the mid-section and the Re-education. Robertson then revealed that he knew everything all along and declared that from now on he would trust no one ever again. Standing on his own he made a statement of intent that he would still do what came to do to ACW in the first place - purify it. Standing on my ownIn progress...

From man to unstoppable machine
If Robertson transforms into a raged state then, well, you can pretty much guarantee some destruction is on it's way - whether it's to an item or to his opponent. In a raged state Robertson becomes completely out of control of his emotions, this basically means that you can x100 his usual anger. Due to this his trademarks such as never swearing and refusing to even look at a weapon let alone use it go out of the window. Robertson essentially becomes a one man wrecking machine; take away all his principles and leave Robertson to play with his skills and talents and you have one scary son of a bitch. His rages can last infrequents amounts of time, and they are ONLY triggered by extreme events. Robertson is aware that he has a problem but chooses to try and ignore it, which only makes the problem worse. His rages can range in the intensity level, but recently have only been growing worse and worse.
Below you can see a few examples of triggers:
High pressure situations: When Robertson is put into situations where he is pushed to make a critical decision or there is a large amount of pressure on him (e.g. title match) this can trigger him to transform into a rage state, either due to being unsuccessful or to not being able to take the pressure of being pushed too far.
Emotional torment: The main weakness that Robertson has is his mental state, put quite frankly it isn’t the steadiest there is. Due to his child hood and how he grew up if he is constantly subjected to mind games week after week there will come a point where he will be unable to take anymore and will snap into a rage.
Broken Integrity: There are three things that Robertson hates more than anything and they are cheaters, liars and backstabbers. Put simply if Robertson loses a match due to an illegal maneuver you're going to hear about it. However, Robertson is more likely to snap if you're on his own team and decide to pull one over him. Thus, don't be surprised to find yourself waking up on a stretcher if try any of the aforementioned methods.

I would like to say this is a very SOLID profile. Nice developed history and I love the whole "trigger" gimmick. Well done, Taylor. You are a credit to this game.

AND NOW COMING TO THE RING......JOSH MR GENERIC ROBERTSON!!!!!! Bah, this isn't generic. I wanted Taylor to get his Hulk like powers from a mad scientist in an experiment gone wrong, but this will suffice.
