Now, first off, I know people get busy. That much is obvious. But currently I feel that with the shows changing hands pretty much every week, for the newer members it can get really confusing, even with them being notified, because people can easily overlook a post or ignore a PM, and then they're out in the cold when they have no segment up on the show.
Back when BK retired, I was told (and so was everybody else in ACW at the time) that we would either have a solid set of people to post the shows every week, or a interchanging set of people to post the shows. But honestly that hasn't happened. I know it's not AK's fault, but Warfare posting changes every week, and now this week because Spade is busy, Dan has to post Meltdown.
What do I suggest?
We have a official set of people who would post Warfare, maybe one or two people who would take over AK's duties for posting, which in the long run frees up AK's already hectic schedule and basically makes her the foreseer of the Monday Show (seeing if things are going smoothly, any loose segments people may still send to her, etc), and also with two people, if one cannot post that week, the other could be ready to help out. That can be seen as either a back up, or interchangeable partners for the show, take it how you want it.
For Meltdown, I would suggest that Spade gets a solid backup for whenever he cannot post. Originally, I was told by BK and Spade themselves that I would be that backup, and I've showed I can post the shows (albeit they may tend to be a hour or so late, but if the time change is implemented into show posting system that we talked about, then it could work better for those who send in things a tad later than others), as I've showed with my postings of Warfare, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Anyway. This is all just a suggestion, but one I feel that needed to be said.
Opinions? Thoughts?
