So I signed up with the username scrawn, which was at the time my Gamefaqs username, and also my nickname at school. My character was called Daredevil, and was as generic as it got. Interestingly, for the first month or so, he was a masked character with the poser Rey Mysterio, but I quickly changed that without people really noticing. Something I also included though was a concise e-fedding history of Daredevil. The thing is, I hadn't ever e-fedded before in my life, so it was all a lie (shock, horror!).
I managed to find this little number whilst scouring through some old events. I believe it's my first ever e-fed Roleplay. It was on a show where Ridley (who at the time posted Fallout, which was more a variety show than matches) posted a Pre-Show, and we'd all do quick promos to hype up our matches.
It's absolutely shambolic by today's standards, but I was fortunate enough to be there at ACW's youth, and there were a lot worse roleplays out there.
So on with the incident that happened. Basically, Rena joined the fed, and agreed that I could be the one that was her client. She would be my manager and we'd have a big storyline about it. But then Rena chose to manage Amo instead. You have to forgive me for not remembering the specifics, but basically something happened that caused me to make a topic saying I was going to leave ACW. I then took it back, making up that I was drunk the night before and that was my reasoning for why I made the leaving topic. Truth be told, I was such a lying arsehole those first five months that I'm not surprised a lot of people didn't have much time for me. Amongst the things I lied about:
*I got a scholarship for Harvard playing football (soccer to you Yanks)
*Got banned from “most” football grounds in England for being a football hooligan
*I engaged in several rap battles around the city I lived in
The reasons for the lies? Well, I hadn't really grasped the concept of how much ACW was like one big, dysfunctional family. Because at that time I was a karma whore at Gamefaqs, I never really had anywhere where I could be pretty explicit, and practically troll the place. So the first few months in ACW, I actually trolled the place somewhat. Shameful I know, admitting it now, but the fact is it was the way I was, back then. Although I quickly changed my ways once my writing had improved and I had made some good friends and allies, the first impressions unfortunately remained with many people.
Anyways, I decided to stay, I posted my first roleplay, and I was in the match for Heatwave. I ended up coming third in the overall match, but I overcame 004, who at the time was pretty high on the card, having co-Main Evented the previous Pay Per View, so it was a fairly awesome achievement for me. To make things better, Gingerdude stretched his authority so that after just five days, I would be promoted from Opener to Lower Midcard. See, at that time, we had an Opener rank, and every rank had about 6-7 people, all of whom were pretty active.
So the month of September was upon us, and the Emperor of the Ring tournament was about to kick off. We've still got a lot to get through, but for now I'll leave you with that, before my first e-fedding feud.
Interesting tidbit, though that I've just remembered. At Heatwave '04 there's a segment where Jake is talking to a mysterious character, who was never uncovered. Well that was supposed to be me. Jake and I were trying to work out a way to make myself the third member of Top Draw, but those plans never came about. Ah well.

The daredevil is seen walking into a training room with a training-bag and begins punching and kicking the punch-bag. The camera comes back 2 hours later to see Daredevil is still furiously kicking and punching away. He then stops, gets out the training ring, walks up to the camera, and talks about his match
'for me, this match will see the return of the Daredevil, in ACW form. I've done it in the WCWE, the SWF, the WWF and now, the ACW will get a chance to see possibly the greatest wrestler ever.
The quest begins: To become the first wrestler to become world champion in 4 different feds, but the journey is tough, and it starts tonight at Heatwave.
8 men will enter that ring, and only one will come out standing. That man will be me, and Jack Fury will have to keep that Junior Title nice and warm, because after I'm done here, he's the next one on the hitlist.'
After seeming so calm in the first part, he builds up the rage
'I don't deserve this title though. I deserve much more. This match is simply a no.1 contender's match, and I feel that I shouldn't be playing against the likes of the other competitors. Infact, I don't consider them competition, so how can I call them competitors?'
Daredevil then storms away, smashing a window with his fist as he leaves
