The Senator manages to kick out from the cover after the three, but it's too late as BK London managed to steal another one and he celebrates in the middle of the ring. RAF, reluctantly, raises his hand in victory and he quickly looks around for his OCW Heavyweight Championship so he can continue to bask in his glory.
However, Phillips isn't exactly too happy with the way the match ended and he wastes no time attacking BK London from behind. A huge forearm takes the current World Champion down to the mat, and the crowd goes absolutely bonkers. BK London gets up shortly after, only to be drilled into the mat with a huge German Suplex and The Senator now stalks him from behind. Whether it is the Partisan Kick, the Fillibuster, or one of his high impact moves - The Senator is looking for retribution before the big PPV, but he doesn't see Stephan Russo with a steel chair in his hand behind him.
THWACK!
The steel connects with the back of the ACW veteran, but there isn't much force put into it by the man attacking. Phillips fails to budge even the slightest, and he now turns his attention to Stephan Russo - who now looks a deer in front of headlights. Quickly dropping the chair, he attempts to escape the ring once again but The Senator manages to grab him by the collar and he pulls him to the center of the ring. Russo thrashes around, hoping to free himself by any way necessary, but he is unable to unsnag himself from the grip of the former ACW Champion.
BK London, who's still a bit hazy from the forearm shot is unable to comprehend what he's seeing in the ring, with his eyesight being a bit blurred. Suddenly, The Senator grabs Stephan Russo and throws his arm over his shoulder for the Uranage and plants Russo with a Filibuster in the center of the ring. The crowd erupts as Russo slams hard into the mat, and now BK London begins to shake off the effects of the vicious forearm. Realizing what happened, he can only sit there in complete awe as he watches Stephan Russo laying motionless on the mat before him with The Senator standing over him. He may have not won the match tonight, but The Senator sure as hell has gotten a lot more than that.
The Senator then exits the ring and begins to head up the ramp as BK London checks on Stephan Russo, and now Jake Cheng runs out from the back to attend to the fallen Chairman as well. The Senator turns around at the top of the stage, and from behind the curtain comes none other than Chairman Gingerdude. A grimacing expression comes over the face of BK London as he watches his two arch rivals stand at the top of the stage, and it pisses him off even more when Chairman Gingerdude raises the arm of The Senator. This could very well be shades of what's to come at Heatwave. With Stephan Russo out of commission, there's no way that BK London is going to be able to pull any last minute tricks out of the bag. The thought of seeing a new ACW Champion doesn't seem quite as farfetched anymore...
And so the show ends; the heat is well and truly on. And someone is guaranteed to get burned…
Fade to Black.
End of Show.
