I personally think it makes sense to have Ginger assume complete(or close to it) control, really. I do like the idea of a corporate board, though, and will work on that.

By this point in time, I don't think Ginger's going to trust people outside of himself with any power like that.

Well..like a trusty board. So like what are we gonna have a ref strip somebody of a title because Ginger doesn't want to? Seriously.

I think he basically means a ying to Ginger's yang. Someone who is the opposite of Ginger, someone who is a face and can wield as much power as Ginger can. Or you can use the checks and balances system, but that would suck.

I'd say that Dwight could be that balance, even though he does not have official power to counter him, he can and does make suggestions, and it's been said that EVERYONE in the back, save BK(who in my opinion, is envious) have a great deal of respect for him and his opinions. He's sort of the conscience of ACW(and Fallout), if you will, in that reguard.

Yup.
Or of course you could say that the board of directors also has a say in it, like the top shareholders (and assuming Ginger owns 50% of the company, so in order for the other 50% to vote against Ginger, everyone must vote against him) are able to vote against Ginger. But like I said, there's a major loophole in Ginger's favour, and I think that theory works quite well.
