Between their own efforts and those of their unexpected “guests”, BK and Yoko have absorbed a lot of punishment. Their stamina is to be tested to the limit tonight, and as they re – engage neither wants to show their foe any hint of weakness. BK makes the stronger start with a chain of powerful punches, and then attempts a swift finish through a German Suplex into a pin. Yoko kicks out just after 2; BK tries to keep her on the mat with a headlock, but Yoko slips free and lands a kick to BK’s face, making BK roll over. Yoko runs to the ropes and springboards into a moonsault, but BK rolls aside and no – one’s home as Yoko lands. The recovery times for both competitors are slightly longer now, and so they rise to their feet at about the same time. BK muscles Yoko back toward the corner, trying to restrain her movement, and for a few moments it works and Yoko starts to look unsteady on her feet. When BK shifts into shoulder thrusts, however, Yoko drops low and BK rams his own shoulder into the turnbuckle; as BK grabs it in pain Yoko gets on to one knee, reaches up and grabs BK’s shoulders, pulling him downward so that he smacks his forehead into the turnbuckle. BK reels and Yoko tries to push him back, but with great presence of mind BK swings out a punch, and then sits Yoko on the turnbuckle before ascending to the second rope. Not willing to risk going to the third, BK pulls off a superplex before Yoko recovers; the while ring shakes, and BK pins for a count of 2.5. Yoko pushes him off and runs to the ropes; BK also gets up and prepares to meet Yoko on her return, but it isn’t quite what he was expecting – Yoko leaps to the middle rope, and launches right back at BK with Kross’ own Redeemer kick. The crowd pops in recognition of the move, and Yoko pins to get a 2.5 kick of her own; her smile suggests that she’s hit upon a new strategy, and BK can feel the pressure on him increasing rapidly.
Some more generalized fighting follows; BK’s discomfort is obviously growing with the whole situation. His strikes become more wild, and after a particularly badly – timed kick he leaves himself open for Yoko to hit him in the gut. BK howls and doubles over; the opportunity is too good to pass up, and Yoko takes aim and then takes flight for another Flying Guillotine. Almost as soon as she’s committed, however, she realizes her mistake – BK straightens, catches Yoko’s leg and grins triumphantly as he secures the Corporate Lock. BK is only a foot or so from the corner; Yoko tries to grab a rope but she can’t quite reach, and BK makes sure she can’t go anywhere. The pain in Yoko’s face increases, and BK smirks as the crowd shout angrily. He looks around at them and grins.
BK: Oh, shut up! This match is as good as over.
As BK glances around he sees the charred corpse of Mr. Floppy in the near corner. He smiles again.
BK: Hey Floppy, you getting a good view of this? No? Oh that’s right, you’re blind…. DEAD blind.
BK’s taunting brings Yoko close to tears; the emotion is raw in her voice.
Yoko: Stop it! Mr Floppy wouldn’t like this……
BK: Heh, that just makes it even better. What’s he gonna do? Bite me, BITCH.
??: What a good idea. Don’t mind if I do!
Mr. Floppy doesn’t have any teeth, of course, but his sudden return to life and a convincing lunge are enough to make BK shriek and scrabble away on hands and knees, getting away as fast as he can. Yoko, freed from the hold, rolls to her feet and then charges BK before he can get his head straight; she spears him so hard in his back against the post that BK is almost broken in half. Mr. Floppy applauds as Yoko gets up and stands back to admire her handiwork, laughing richly.
The crowd is still in shock from Floppy’s revival; BK pulls himself up, and though he’s still clearly affected it seems to have galvanized him. As Yoko runs forward, BK steps aside and then shoves her so that she tumbles out of the ring; BK jumps right to the top rope and then planchas to the outside, much as Ridley did previously, to hit Yoko again. Floppy and the crowd call out urgently to Yoko as she tries to stand; BK, meanwhile, searches under the ring and pulls out a short ladder. He leans it against the ring post, and as Yoko is on hands and knees BK runs up the ladder and executes a perfect Corkscrew Body press. The unforgiving outside mats make the move extremely effective, and BK quickly retrieves Yoko and drags her back to the ring. As he gets her on the apron, however, Yoko regains consciousness, and somehow gets to her feet. BK jumps up beside her, but out of the corner of his eye he can see Floppy, and even though it’s not doing anything the distraction is enough for Yoko to drive BK back into the post. Aiming carefully Yoko punches BK, as hard as she can, between the eyes; BK’s expression glazes, and with a great effort Yoko lifts BK up and sits him on the turnbuckle, facing backward. No one’s entirely sure what Yoko is trying to do, but it all becomes clear when Yoko uses the extra elevation to be able to execute a Psychodriver (which the more attentive fans also realize is Orochi’s Orochi – Naga) in spite of BK’s size and weight. It’s a difficult and highly audacious as well as highly damaging move, and the fans go ballistic on impact; Yoko pins and everyone counts, 1,2, thr – No! BK’s shoulder is up, and Yoko looks utterly drained; even her old partner’s move wasn’t enough. Both exhausted, BK and Yoko slowly get up; Yoko appeals to the referee over the last count, but this leaves her exposed and BK swings a roundhouse kick. Yoko sees movement and responds with a kick of her own – both moves connect, striking the referee who ends up trapped in the centre, and all three collapse as the fans almost explode, so great is the tension.
