Latino bolts to the wall and tries to scramble up it, but he knows he has no chance of getting there in time. Just as DWB is about to do his worst, there is a metallic clang and a shadowy figure drops down on to the left side of the gantry. Latino looks up as he hangs on the set and sees the figure directly above him. A second spotlight pans in and the crowd noise rises by several decibels as the toned and muscular figure of Bladeshadow is revealed. Shadow steps forward a few paces, but stops as DWB waves the blowtorch about.

Blade: All right DWB, you’ve had your say. You know your fight’s with me, leave the other fed members out of this.

DWB: Don’t screw with me Blade, you wouldn’t want your friend here to get hurt now would you?

Everyone is fixated on the action at the top of the gantry, so very few people notice the silhouette of V3 pushing a large wheeled rubbish bin into position below DWB.

DWB (smirking): Face it Blade, I’m holding all the cards. You can’t save missy here, and you don’t stand a hope in hell of winning this belt from me…..in fact you won’t even be able to stand once I’m finished with you.

Blade: Not alone, no. But I’m not alone, DWB……….I have the support of all the people here, all our fans who spend their hard earned cash to see us competing. (turning to the crowd): Who here wants to see me put this asshole in his place?

The crowd cheers and a chant of “Sha-dow, Sha-dow, Sha-dow” quickly rises up. DWB looks around and rage is etched across his features. He angrily flips off the crowd, but as he does so he moves the torch away from Blaze, and she sinks her teeth into his arm. DWB bellows in pain and Blade charges…………..

Several things happen at once and later a video replay is used to sort out exactly what takes place. Blade rugby–tackles DWB and pushes him off of the gantry, sending him plunging into the bin below. In doing so though Blade causes Blaze to lose her balance, and she flails on the edge of the gantry for a second. Blade spins and reaches out for her hand; their fingertips touch but Blade cannot hold her and she plummets toward the steel entrance ramp. Latino leaps down from the wall and tries to reach her, but he is too far away; at the last second though from the shadows comes PDogg, and he throws himself into her path of descent so that her fall is broken. Everything is quiet for a second or two, the crowd not quite able to grasp what has happened, but then the short fuse detonates and the arena explodes with applause and cheering.

Latino shoots over to PDogg and Blaze and helps both of them to their feet. PDogg and Latino look at one another, then PDogg offers his hand; Latino grins and takes it, and the pair know that they will have an awesome match at Uncensored.

Everyone looks up at Blade, standing tall on the gantry. PDogg picks up the lapel mic which has detached itself from DWB on the way down.

PDogg: Yo Blade, I guess you really did put that sucker in his place huh?

Blade looks down at the wheelie bin which has somehow been filled with not ordinary rubbish but cinder blocks. DWB lies motionless as the dust settles.

Blade : Yeah, I’d say that’s where he belongs. But that’s nothing compared to what I intend to do at Uncensored.

The camera focuses in on Bladeshadow as the closing shot of the show; in the background, the cheering and chanting of his name continue.
