Bardo: An excellent counter, Ness calls that the Dragon Neckbreaker, I believe.
Now it's Ness's time to go for the pin...

...Anthony Kalb refuses to go down this easily! Before the Capitalist can recover, Ness drops down to the mat with a sleeper hold, clamping an arm around his opponent's throat. Jacob Jones checks to ensure that there's literally breathing room, hovering close to ensure that the Corporate Ace plays fair. Kalb starts to stand up, but this time, Ness viciously hooks him straight back, scissoring the hold in, taking Kalb down to a prone position. Ness's shoulders are touching the mat, though, and Jones starts a three count...

...Ness rolls back to the side, avoiding an embarrasing self-pin. Anthony Kalb knows if he stays on the mat any longer, he risks forfeiting the match to his opponent, and tries once again to at least get to a kneeling position. Halfway there, the Openweight champ once again shows his strength on the ground, jerking Kalb back over, rolling again into a side position. Unfortunately for Ness, as the hold remains on, and the match in a stalemate, the infamous Fallout Fanatics in the J.P.H. Fallout Gymnasium start to voice their disapproval, beginning their favorite "Orton Sucks" chant against what they perceive as a lingering "resthold."
Predator: How disrespectful! These people do not realize just how truly blessed they are to be witnessing the glory of Daniel Ness right in front of their eyes.
Fisher: Predator, with all due respect for what you have done for Fallout, and wrestling in general, I can't take any more of this! Please shut the hell up!
Predator: Well, I never...
Bardo: That's the problem.
As the rear scissored sleeper continues to be held on in the ring, Steve Phillips is shown at ringside, a slight frown showing on his face, as he intently stares at the action(or lack thereof) in the ring. Jacob Jones once again checks on the two competitors, this time, raising Kalb's arm, which drops right back down.
Bardo: If we could get over our squabbling, this very well could be the end of the match, two more times that arm falls, and Daniel Ness will have won the match.
Jones raises the arm once again...and this time, it stays firmly up, just long enough, before Kalb shoots it down into the ribs of his opponent! Kalb throws a few more sharp elbows, and uses his other arm to powerfully push the hold off from around his neck! Kalb jumps to his feet, but can't hold his footing for long as Ness takes him right back down using a fireman carry into a lateral press...
...1
...Kalb kicks out at one! Daniel Ness realizes too late that Kalb's neck muscles were too developed for the sleeper to have done much damage, as he is caught with a big right hand, dropping him to the mat. Kalb heads up to the top rope, pointing over to his fallen foe, waiting for him to get up, and when he does, Kalb launches off with a big diving lariat, flipping Ness over on impact. The Capitalist picks his opponent back up, into a fireman carry of his own, going for the Milton Friedman Driver...but Ness slides back off, catching Kalb in a rear facelock, before swinging a leg over for his Sheer FinNESS inverted guillotine crusher!
Fisher: Now it's all over! Nobody kicks out of that move!
Ness goes for an easy pin...
...

...
...thr--No! Kalb somehow digs deep down inside and kicks out of Ness's main finisher! Steve Phillips joins the fans in applauding the pin escape on the outside, as Ness can barely believe his eyes. Few people can handle someone kicking out of a usually effective finisher well, and Ness is no exception to that rule, rubbing his forehead for a moment, his eyes nearly bugging out. The Corporate Ace, though, didn't get to where he is by dwelling over what didn't go right, and he quickly recovers, dropping a short knee onto Kalb's head, picking him back up...but that short moment had its cost, as Kalb digs in deep, throwing a haymaker, knocking Ness back. Ness comes back, this time, with a swift double leg takedown, crossing Kalb's legs in a moment...
Bardo: This looks like the start of the Lock Ness submission finisher.
Just as Ness is about to bend forward and complete the hold, Kalb reaches up, rolling over into an improvised inside cradle...

...Ness pushes out of the pin, just barely!
Fisher: He almost was caught by that pin!
Bardo: Ness might not be near the end of his physical reserves, but seeing him go for two of his more powerful moves in a short time might show that mentally, he's running out of steam.
Pred: Nah, I think that...
Bardo/Fisher: Shut up!
Both men get back to their feet approximately at the same moment from the pin attempt. Kalb slowly approaches his opponent, but Ness's speed is superior, as he leaps around the Capitalist into a rear waistlock, backing up, and German suplexing his opponent into the corner turnbuckles. Kalb bounces off, stumbling back from the impact, as Kalb once again ducks behind his opponent, this time, hoisting him up into an inverted fireman carry/torture rack position.
Fisher: Oh no, this could be the move he finished Skurai with!
Daniel Ness walks close to the middle of the ring, the weight of his larger opponent hardly affecting him as he backs against the ropes, running up and rolling forward, pancaking Anthony Kalb onto the mat with the Argentine Crusher! Ness rolls his opponent over for the pin…

Iris: Your winner, the Fallout Openweight Champion, Daniel Neeeeessssss!
Ness gets up to his feet just long enough to raise his arm, before collapsing back down to the mat, rolling to the outside. Steve Phillips quickly enters the ring, checking on a stunned Kalb, but knows better than to offer assistance to the always stubborn Capitalist, instead, just watching over and offering a word of encouragement.
Bardo: A very hard fought match by those two, I expect that this might lead to a future confrontation, for the title, perhaps.
Predator: Pfff, Daniel Ness just wanted to ensure that he didn’t make Kalb look too bad out there, otherwise, he’d have won in ten seconds.
Fisher: Well, I for one was impressed by the fight Kalb put out after being away from our main event scene for so long, and I think that they might want that rematch, I know the fans do!
