I have noticed a strange trend over my years of watching wrestling and e-fedding that I became more "active" around December-February time with no particular reason to do so. Even though I watch the Rumble out of tradition every year, I don't think it's the only reason that brings me out of wrestling hibernation.
So, how is everyone? Anybody watching the Rumble? Anybody still e-fedding? I would love to get back into it but I know that 1-2 months later I'll give it up. (I miss the old Wrestlemania 2000/No Mercy e-feds where you just had to submit a character and very little else.)
I still miss this place.

I miss this place too.
My current schedule allows me to e-fed again. I'm about to join one that's been open and closed a fair few times. Amidst the abyss years without ACW I idly developed this story that I've never seen done in wrestling or e-wrestling before and I'd really love to give it a go at a budding place. Not too many places are active. I remember when we comfortably had about 35-40 active people here, so much that at times we closed signups or forced people to start in Fallout.......good times.
Anyway I've been more into wrestling in the last year or two than I have been for ages. 2009-2014 is just a blur to me. Would only watch the RR-WM build up and then the odd event, like MITB 2011 and stuff. But with NXT, NJPW, the stuff in the UK going on, while wrestling might not be breaking new ground in the USA it's definitely growing in popularity again all around the world.

I've been utilizing the free trial of WWE network for the past month. Trying to work my way through the Attitude Era PPVS, starting with King of the Ring 96 (Birth of Austin 3:16) and am currently up to Summerslam 97. Most of 96 is horrendous but still worth watching for the slow transition into what became the Attitude Era. I'm definitely considering checking out some of the British promotions and keeping an eye out for when they are nearby (Presumably Cardiff or Bristol). Looks like some good work being done at these promotions.
If you find any decent e-feds similar to ACW, let me know Dan. I have loads of free time now with my new job. I even usually get 1-2 hours free during work hours because I'm so efficient lol It could help me pass the time at work worst case scenario. I would love to dust of Torak, Cordelia, Cliff and the rest of Diverse Morality.
I always look back fondly on the times where this place was buzzing. When you could go into the chat and there'd always be a minimum of 5 people at all times. Chat while the shows were on were chaotic.

I'm looking at joining this one federation in March, once my community theatre commitments are finished. It's character and promo driven, with a very relaxed schedule of 500 words per segment (or week? idk). weareosw.com/Other than that, I'm still writing for SWI. I don't watch a whole lot of wrestling like I used to, but I'll mostly watch ROH or PWG clips.

I've just signed up to 4 Corners Wrestling. It's a bi-weekly TV show format and a bi-monthly PPV schedule. 2 pre-event RPs limit with a 3k work limit plus a division with a 1 RP limit, plus voluntary segment during the event for a bonus point, so it suits me down to the ground. I've already written my first two RPs and a segment and I've still got 2 weeks until the deadline.
It's very active in terms of talent and writing, but the social community isn't quite as active. The place is extremely well run and organized, though.

The Train is still hungry! I don't think I'd ever join another fed though.
