Just to let you know TK, I'm more than willing to help out with whatever you need in terms of creating the show. Any assistance with booking, match writing, organizing or segment filler, I'm available. Just let me know in advance.
I'll be writing my own characters' matches plus I'll also be able to write one, maybe two other matches if required.
Also, if anybody would like to work with me or use any of my characters for a match or segment, get in touch with a PM. I'll also help anybody who is struggling with an idea for a storyline or just needs help with anything.
My commitment level is 100% right now, but history tells me it will wane over time, especially if months go by. If I do commit to something in writing, though, I'll be honor-bound to follow through with it, so tie me down early. :-)

This is why I think having a date of early February is a bit late. I'm not doubting the commitment of people but we've had it before countless times (the many "are we dying?" topics before we finally died, and that really ill-fated Las Fallout that happened) that I think we need to have an earlier date. I suggest around the weekend of the 17th January, because I'm selfish and won't be able to be around for the week after as I'll be having a weekend of drinking hard Polish vodka with some Polish friends.

I second January as a preferred date, but later would be fine. I think if we started encroaching into late March before anything was set, however, then it'd be a bit of a worry. Late-January to Late February might be the ideal window. Anybody that is going to be on board will be by then, and it should give us all sufficient time to write something.
Here are all weekends between 1st January-28th February. May I suggest we all add our names to any dates you prefer or are unavailable.
3rd-4th January: 10-11th January: 17-18th January: Dan White & Mark Preference 24-25th January: Dan White unavailable 31st January-1st February: Torak preference 7-8th February: Mark preference 14-15th February: Torak unavailable 21-22nd: February 28th February-1st March:
Also, what time suits everybody best? It'll be much better if we're all logged on while the show is being posted.
For me, if it's Saturday, I'm available up until 8.30pm, Sundays until 5pm
Anything else we need to iron out?

January 17/18 and February 7/8 are my preferences.

I'll just go with XS3, Hitman, and Ben Drinkin as far as matches *and* segments go. Run Away, Edgemaster, Ken Williams, Jason Daniels, and Kayla Stevens can be used for segment filler if anyone wishes as well. Woah wait, isn't Hitman dead? I had a storyline where Hitman wound up being taken from his family to be experimented on in Norway. Then he came back, feuded with Dan, and effed off. YAY!

If you want to speed things up you can, but please be aware that it is going to hit people as soon as they sit down to type that "oh that's right, it takes work." Some people will flake automatically not out of being a dick, but because they just don't have it anymore. Pushing people with deadlines is only going to expedite that process. Right now people are into it, but patience is the key.
I would also like to see the roster grow to 16. That was my hope, and I am not talking about just adding more characters from one handler. I am still hoping to see a Jay Zero, Spade, FSX, etc. show up for one more go.
As soon as we cut off the roster and book the matches, then we can divvy out the jobs. Appreciate your willingness to help, Torak.
FYI, I have been asked about my match. There is a guy on the current sign-up I would LOVE to work with, however, I need to wait until sign-up's are closed. There is someone I should have had a match with a long time ago but I mistakenly turned it down multiple times. I want to correct that mistake. If I am going to have one last go at this, I would like it to be against this person so I am waiting to see if they show up.

Totally agree on the hard work being off-putting for many. It's difficult at the best of times so now that everybody has other commitments and responsibilities, I understand every person will be hard-pressed to find the time.
I do think we need to find the correct balance between giving people time and striking while the iron is hot which is why I think we need to find out when is the best date/time for everybody.
Do we have an update on who has been contacted and what their status is? (i.e. Replied, thinking about it, confirmed in or out?)
A roster of 16 handlers (Giving us 20+ characters to work with) would give us an epic card so I'm happy to wait longer if we're confident of enticing more to get involved.
Does the chat still work?

The once champion Danny Mainer can no longer be found, but a man calling himself 'The Mainerishi Mahesh Naraka' yearns to be at this festival of wrestling.
