Strangely enough, I remember Ridley's themes:
Undertaker's Theme
"Monochromatic Stains" - Dark Tranquility
"Puritania" - Dimmu Borgir

Ridley also used "Boogie Woogie Wu" by the Insane Clown Posse at KOTDM '04.
Technically his first theme was Taker's bells leading straight into Gay Bar, he never used Taker's theme as a stand alone so you probably don't need that in isolation.
AK's themes have been as follows:

Bob's themes have included "Stomp it to my Beat" by Bad Boy Bill, and "Enter the Toad" by Jivemaster (Tag theme with Amo)

I don't believe Pain Inc ever had a true theme. I always remember them trying to figure it out. Anyways davey i think i have some of those old profiles on my pc so i'll see what i can find out.
