I never said that "what I wanted" should have happened because it was "what I wanted." CP's character has been all about how he's been training these past few weeks to become a better wrestler. An aspect of his character was all about having to beat someone to establish himself, and beating Freeman for the title that he doesn't even need would have been essential to doing that.
I'm not upset by the outcome... but I obviously have a problem with it seeing as I'm actually following the story and I don't like where it went, in and out of character. CP has been working harder and putting out better promos during a change of character, which is difficult to do. His story has actually been INTERESTING.
Him losing this match has dented my interest in what it could have been, and that's the entire point of feedback... to give your opinion about what's going on in the story and what you liked and didn't like. If you disagree with me, you disagree with me, but it seems that people can't grasp the purpose of feedback. It's become a severely watered down response, usually consisting of only one sentence where the writer of the segment is now only looking to see PROOF that someone has actually READ their segment, and most of the time the one sentence doesn't even give you THAT.
I'm trying to feedback things honestly and thoughtfully. People get upset when I don't feedback their writing and then OTHER people get upset when I do. I don't understand how this can be a problem. I give my opinion, you give yours. It's not for the other people feedbacking to judge FEEDBACK. It's getting redundant. Feedback is comments for the writer, and I will continue to do it as long as people ask me to... and they have been.
