I'm going to vouch for Rep here and say that I think if there's a guy who you can talk to and get honest feedback on what you did, as well as some good ideas he's a great guy to talk to. While before I had problems with him becuase he didn't have much tact in the way he went about it, even askin' him tonight about my segment has really I think helped me and he's given me a few ideas. Where as Dan, Myself, Jake and Rob seem to give short bursts of feedback to everybody, Rep goes into greater detail and I think that really helps the fed as a whole. While you don't have to agree with, or even like his, or anyone elses ideas, getting them gives you an idea of what people think of your character and you can see if it fits what your trying to do, or whether you are way out in left field.
In fact I think this conversation highlights the glory of e-fedding that you can have one angle, and take it in about thirty different directions.. The way Rep would take it, I would take it, Mike would take it. While some might see this conversation as a negative, I know personally that if I saw a fed where everyone was trying to help each other, even if they didn't accept the ideas, I'd be more likely to join that fed than the mindless dick rubbing I see in some other feds.

-Rep's stuff reminds me of a smark writing segments. And that's a good thing. He has a true smark way of thinking about wrestling, and thus a smark's ideology when writing segments. Plus the MEANWHILE.... stuff is original What do you mean by smark? I don't really think the vision of wrestling that I have is smark at all, I hate it when matches don't have a purpose (such as a feud or a storyline) and I'm not all that in to technical wrestling. Most smarks would be the other way around I would assume?

I really think most of this discussion belongs in the character feedback board. About the show reading bit though, I used to skim shows until recently. The thought came to me that it isn't fair just to read the title holder's segments, as we generally know they're going to be good. It's really only fair to read the entire thing since everyone put a lot of work into what they did. Sure, you can't read the show all the way through everytime, but a majority is really suggested to properly give everyone due credit.

I agree, it's not a positive thing that I don't read every segment. But I'm honest enough to admit that I don't read most of what is posted unless someone asks me for feedback on it, because there's a 50/50 shot that if I spend time reading it and writing my thoughts, people would even care.
I think from now on I'll just be a free agent on this. If you want my thoughts on your segment, ask me to read it and I'll be happy to read it and write up my thoughts. Other than that, a lot of people just don't listen or care what I have to say, so I won't waste my time.
