Philip: Coming to the ring, The Red Panther!
This is a superstar that has wrestled earlier tonight, and while he was not victorious then, he intends to change his luck now! As he begins to make his way down to the ring, XS3 has gotten Freeman into a corner and beats him down to the ground. Tim Dwight had been recovering in this corner, but now that he sees a target in front of him, he joins in the attack on Freeman. XS3, seeming satisfied, lets up and looks around the ring. He sees Train still stomping on Claude and decides to go help out his former tag partner. After all, it’s been a while since the two have been in the ring together, and it would feel great to work once more alongside the man he held the tag team titles with. Panther now slides into the ring, and he joins XS3 and Train in working on Claude…who cannot seem to catch a break in this match.
Over in the corner there has been a bit of a separation as TJ and Chris Phenomenal fight on one side and the Senator and Danny Mainer fight on another side. Chris Phenomenal is nailing TJ with some hard shots, attempting to weaken the big man, when suddenly TJ reaches a big hand out and grabs CP by the throat! The crowd goes wild, recognizing an attempt for the Soulbuster! TJ takes too much time on the choke though, obviously relishing the feeling of his hand around CP’s throat, because Senator is able to get Danny Mainer down, and get over on the attack, and some stiff elbows and forearms from the Senator, causes TJ to break his grip…and the fans to die down. But leaving Danny Mainer was a mistake, and Senator realizes that, and as he turns he finds out it’s too late as Mainer hits a high kick…beautifully connecting with the Senator’s head, and then Danny Mainer has Senator up on his shoulders looking for the Royal Flush! The crowd that had died down now erupts once more! Mainer walks over sideways a bit, until he is right up against the ropes…so that the lower part of the Senator’s body is over the top rope…if Mainer was to hit the move now…Senator would be driven backwards off of the apron and to the floor!
McNally: Danny Mainer getting creative!
Edison: If he hits this it is over for the Senator!
But unfortunately this time it is Chris Phenomenal who makes the save, coming over and returning the favor as he attacks Danny Mainer before he can react. The Senator ends up coming down onto the apron, and quickly entering the ring. Over across the ring, VorteX has gotten to his feet, and is looking for somebody to attempt to eliminate. Buddy Ghee has delivered a german suplex to Panther, as Claude tries to escape from the two former members of the Road Steelers. Buddy Ghee hits a standing moonsault on Panther, as XS3 motions for Train to attempt to hit the Om Nom Bomb on Claude. Train lifts Claude up, but Claude has enough in him to get off of Train’s shoulders just in time, and Claude quickly takes this moment to scurry away and fight VorteX…somebody significantly smaller than Train.
Tim Dwight was able to get an advantage over Freeman, because Freeman was hurt from his battle with XS3…and his face already shows where XS3 got some good shots in, but before long Freeman begins to regain his energy, and as Dwight attempts to stomp him, Freeman grabs his leg, and in one motion, gets to his feet while sweeping the other leg of Dwight out from under him. Dwight goes down hard, and now Freeman goes on the offensive viciously with many rapid stomps, unleashing all that Dwight had dished out on him.
Edison: I knew Freeman wouldn’t be down for long!
McNally: Well we have yet to see much from him this match
Edison: Oh we will!
McNally: Maybe…but look! It seems that Dave Shadow is beginning to stir!
Through all of this it would have been easy to forget about Dave Shadow, as he had been lying on the mat ever since he took a filibuster from Chris Phenomenal. Either hard determination or instinct had caused him to roll under the ropes onto the apron, where he had lain since the move - most likely safe from being eliminated despite his weakened state. Now however, he is clearly beginning to stir, and grabs the rope, perhaps intending to use it to help him get back up to his feet and get back in the match. As the in-ring combatants continue their brawls, no eliminations attempted, the crowd gets ready to see who the next entrant is going to be. There are only three more men to enter this match and everybody knows Wellington is going to be number 20. Who then shall be number 18 and 19? There is one more man in this match that everybody has been expecting…and when he enters it shall not bode well for the other combatants…and finally the countdown clock hits the screen…

Philip: Coming to the ring, the Scorpion!
Indeed here he is…one of the biggest threats in this matchup. With a man so unstable as the Scorpion, who knows what’s going to happen? He is definitely one of the wildcards in this match. The Scorpion makes more than a few people very nervous, and a chill seems to creep over the arena as “the young one” makes his slow methodical way towards the ring. His eyes don’t waver. The man who believes himself to be on a mission from God slowly and eerily gets down on one knee. After a prayer, he stands, and then slowly walks to ringside, entering the ring…ready to enter the match.
Edison: This guy creeps me out…
McNally: Somehow I have the feeling that you’re not alone on that one.
As Scorpion makes his way into the ring, the question is…who first? Panther who has made it to his feet, comes forward, only to be dropped by a yakuza kick that has a sickening impact. Scorpion looks around, as if wondering “who’s next?” That man happens to be Buddy Ghee, and as he comes forward, he finds himself grabbed by the Scorpion and thrown across the ring with a huge belly to belly suplex! Scorpion stands up once more and spies VorteX. Whether VorteX intends to try to fight Scorpion or not doesn’t matter, as he falls victim to a hard spinning backfist. Scorpion seems to have his eyes set on XS3, when all of a sudden a huge leg lariat comes from off screen hitting The Scorpion hard! It was TJ, who appears to have left the two on two brawl! The Scorpion stumbles backwards, ending up against the ropes, stunned…but suddenly grimaces, shakes his head for a second, and stands up…seeming merely angry. It appears some weakening will need to be done to hurt The Scorpion for any period of time…and TJ’s eyes widen, as he was sure that that leg lariat would be a knockout blow. Scorpion advances towards TJ and TJ meets his challenge, the two coming to blows in the middle of the ring, and now Dave Shadow, back in the match after a long absence, sees that Senator and Phenomenal are attacking Mainer, and evens up the odds a bit with a chopblock to the Senator
CP glares as he sees that Shadow is up and on his feet, and he goes forward, only to be nailed with a hard heatbutt by Dave Shadow! CP falls to the ground instantly but Shadow stumbles clutching his head, as it was probably not the best move to do when not in top form…Mainer seeing this, suddenly rushes forward grabs Dave, and throws him over the top rope!
Dave does go over the ropes, but somehow manages to recover and grab the ropes, ultimately ending up lying down on the apron, and just barely stopping himself from falling any further.
Edison: I can’t believe Mainer just did that!
McNally: Well, while Dave did just help Mainer before, there was no way Mainer was going to give up the chance to eliminate the former world champion while he had it. Especially considering that Dave was probably still weak from the filibuster.
Edison: Hey I wasn’t complaining…I think it was a great move! I’m just surprised he did it!
McNally: Well, that’s Danny Mainer for you…
TJ and Scorpion continue their brawl, but Scorpion is getting the advantage it seems, as TJ has used up a lot of energy tonight. Those who were dropped to the ground by Scorpion are now getting up, and Panther goes over to Train, who had resumed his attack on Claude. Panther attempts to grab the big arm of the Train and lock him an armbar! Probably a foolish move, as Train does not go down, and shoves Panther off of him…but now he’s angry! Buddy Ghee goes over to where Tim Dwight was on the ground, after Freeman had gotten through with him, and now he goes to work on him, grabbing him and trying to lift him over the ropes. As for Freeman himself? Ever since knocking Dwight down, he has stood in an empty corner of the ring – watching. He has made no effort to attack, but merely stood, obviously looking for an opportunity and remaining inconspicuous.
McNally: How about Freeman? Look at him he’s just standing in that corner…and the look on his face is simply eerie.
Edison: He’s just waiting for somebody to give him an opening and as soon as they do, you just KNOW Freeman’s going to capitalize.
Elbows from The Scorpion are raining down upon TJ, who is driven down to the ground. TJ rolls under the bottom rope, mostly to avoid the elbows than anything. TJ suddenly grits his teeth, and gets on his hands and knees, trying to ignore the force of the blows, and ready to make his comeback…he feels the momentum coursing through him and knows he’s getting his second wind...he gets on his feet, though he’s still bent over, when suddenly Scorpion grabs him through the ropes, runs forward with him, and shoves him forward, ramming him shoulder first into the steel turnbuckle pole! He hits it right on, and the momentum turns him around and dumps him onto the arena floor…
Edison: OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
McNally: Now TJ is NOT eliminated, because he had rolled under the ropes. He was never tossed over the top so he is STILL in this match.
Edison: How can you see THAT and then go on to explaining the rules! TJ is DEFINITELY going to be feeling that one for a VERY long time!
On the other side of the ring (While these other events had been occurring) Dwight had been fighting Buddy Ghee…and managed to nail a hard shot on him…when seemingly out of nowhere Claude Lebatard runs onscreen nailing a bent over Buddy with a HUGE knee that he calls La Revolution! Claude had taken a beating most of this match but now it seemed things had looked up. He then began to brawl with Dwight, ultimately hitting him with Le Petite Florte! Claude had built up some momentum and had gone over to attack XS3. Just after TJ went into the turnbuckle pole, XS3 had attempted to throw Claude out of the ring, but Claude landed on the apron and XS3 leaves Claude to join with Train against Panther. Now, XS3 walks back, resting for a second, and leaning against the ropes…that’s when he sees through his peripheral vision Claude running across the apron attempting to clothesline XS3 by sticking his arm out into the ring. XS3 moves just in time, turning with lightning speed, and ducking under the clothesline. Claude stops and grimaces…as XS3 runs forward bouncing off the ropes very close to the turnbuckle. Claude has turned and runs across the apron again, just as XS3 runs in the opposite direction, Claude on the apron and XS3 in the ring. Before Claude can attempt a shot, XS3 drops down and NAILS THE SHADOW STEP!!!!!!!!!! and that’s it for Claude, who falls down to the floor below as the crowd absolutely goes nuts!
-- (Elimination--Claude LeBatard via XS3)
Edison: WOOOOOOOW
McNally: I can’t believe it! XS3 certainly got creative there, managing to hit Claude with that shadow step from the inside the ring!
Edison: That was amazing!
But now it is time for the next entrant, as the countdown clock reappears.

Philip: Coming to the ring at number 19, Jonny Spade!
The crowd goes wild at this surprise entrant. It’s a man we haven’t seen for a very long time, one of those who has been in ACW since the beginning…Jonny Spade! Jonny comes out from the curtain with a smile on his face, happy to be back in ACW, and back in that ring. The fans don’t know whether this is a return or merely a one-time occurrence, but either way it doesn’t matter to them. The only thing that matters is that Jonny Spade is back!
Before Jonny Spade reaches the ring, Panther attempts to throw VorteX over the ropes, but VorteX flips over the ropes and holds on…hanging from his arms, his back facing the ring Panther backs up, and runs forward going for a baseball slide, but just before he reaches VorteX, VorteX skins the cat into the ring, and Panther slides under the bottom rope to the floor outside. Panther was not expecting to kick nothing but air and is thrown off. VorteX takes advantage of this and charges off the ropes and runs forward…nailing a suicide dive (under the top rope of course) that connects with so much momentum that both VorteX and Panther are driven back into the barricade, neither man eliminated as neither man was thrown OVER the top rope. This leaves VorteX, Panther, and TJ (from earlier) all outside the ring none of them moving much.
Inside the ring, Danny Mainer is fighting with Thunder Train, a man he’s had a bit of a strange relationship with in the past. XS3 is fighting The Scorpion, in a bit of an even match as XS3 has not really taken much punishment as of yet in this match despite being in for a bit. Dave Shadow is now fighting Buddy Ghee. This is when Jonny Spade slides into the ring, and he looks around for somebody to get a shot in on. XS3 hits one more good shot on Scorpion before turning and going towards Jonny, only to be grabbed and hit with the S-Drop #3! The crowd marks out, and mark out again when Tim Dwight attempts to attack Jonny only to be scooped up and hit with the Silver Spade!
Edison: Nice to see some classic Jonny Spade!
McNally: I believe we haven't seen Jonny since January...and there doesn't seem to be much ring rust at all!
It is at this point when Chris Phenomenal and The Senator see Jason Freeman simply standing in the corner…and they seem to plan something with each other before the Senator comes forward with some hard shots to Freeman, who returns fire himself…these two have quite the history together, and it was Jason Freeman who recently on his return attacked the Senator with a lead pipe. The Senator has not interacted with Freeman since then, and by the looks of these shots he is taking out a lot of revenge right now. Freeman fights back just as viciously, the two both moving forward, now near the ropes on the side of the ring. But before Freeman can realize that Chris Phenomenal has not had much of a presence in this brawl, CP comes up from behind, and attempts to toss Freeman over the ropes!
Freeman very nearly is eliminated, but he holds on on the apron, and instantly crawls forward, standing up slightly away from his two assailants. As CP comes forward, Freeman grabs the top rope and jumps, throwing his far leg up and to the side, connecting with CP’s head with a crack, and the kick sends CP down to the ground. Freeman then rolls under the ropes, before the Senator can get him. Over on the other side of the ring, Danny Mainer has Train in a Muay Thai Clutch, and delivers the Russian Roulette with five Rapid Fire Knees to the Chest, followed by a superkick! The knees don’t seem to have much effect but the kick is enough to cause Train to lean on the ropes seemingly out on his feet, and Danny Mainer attempts to use all his energy to dump Train over the ropes. He does get Train to budge, but it isn’t enough force to get him out of the ring. Because of his stunned state, however, he is able to get Train onto the apron. Mainer then grabs Train through the second rope, and puts him in a headlock, and as Train begins standing Mainer points to his knee, and then holds Train’s head through the ropes.
McNally: He’s going to attempt to hit the Straight Flush and knock Train out…hopefully off the apron!
Edison: That’s genius! Genius!
McNally: You seem to be dishing that compliment out quite a bit today. Nonetheless, I will admit that Mainer has certainly been creative tonight.
But unfortunately, before Mainer can deliver the move, he finds himself turned around forcefully by Dave Shadow…who jumps and nails The Blink! It seems Shadow is getting a bit of revenge from before…and Mainer, who has been in this match the whole night and already wrestled a match beforehand, hits the ground hard. He had regained momentum but that move could be the end of him in this match. In fact, Chris Phenomenal also seems to have had a lot taken out of him as he has not yet budged after Freeman’s stiff kick. It may have been a mistake for Dave however, because Train now enters the ring again…and as Dave turns to find another opponent, he finds himself lifted up…and knocked back down with a huge Om Nom Bomb! The crowd goes crazy for one of their favorite maneuvers! Elsewhere, Jonny Spade has turned to Buddy Ghee, who is in the corner. Jonny runs forward, but Buddy manages to hit a kick that sends Jonny stumbling back into the ring. Buddy looks around…weighing the risks, but then decides anyways to climb to the top turnbuckle. And then as Jonny turns around, Buddy leaps off with the Shining Star! It connects perfectly, and stops the momentum Jonny had had since entering this match…and now there is much carnage in this match.
Edison: Bodies are everywhere here!
McNally: The amount of wrestlers still standing in the ring certainly has diminished quite a bit.
Edison: Which makes this match much easier to call so I approve!
McNally: Anything to make your job easier, huh?
Indeed there are bodies everywhere. Outside the ring, TJ is stirring, and so are VorteX and Panther but they are all still on the ground. Inside the ring, Cp and Mainer seem to have lost all the energy they had had, as neither are moving. Jonny lies on the ground, Buddy lies on the ground after hitting the Shining Star which used up a lot of HIS energy, and Dave lies still after being planted by the Om Nom Bomb. Tim Dwight still had not gotten up from The Silver Spade. This leaves Freeman, Senator, The Scorpion, Thunder Train, and XS3 on their feet. XS3 had just in fact, gotten up from the S-Drop #3…and he sees The Scorpion and thinks to take out one of the most destructive forces in the match. At the same time The Senator and Freeman brawl in the corner. XS3 charges forward for a Shadow Step, but The Scorpion side steps and throws XS3 forward, his own momentum propelling him into the turnbuckle. As XS3 backs into the ring again, The Scorpion lifts him up, and then plants him back down with The Eliminator…Then The Scorpion looks up, sees Train and goes towards him to attack…and now the final countdown clock appears on the screen.

Phillip: Coming to the ring, Theodore Wellington
And now the final entrant is here…the man who earned this final spot through some shady means. Theodore “Money” Wellington. Relatively new to ACW, he has already made many enemies in ACW…one of which is right outside the ring at this very moment. TJ has began to stand up after Scorpion took him out, and with a shark’s glow in his eye, Wellington instead of making his way into the ring…makes his way towards TJ. Just as TJ stands up, Wellington moves forward, and hits him with the Money Shot! TJ goes back to the ground, and Wellington then moves around the ring, where at the same time VorteX and Panther have stood up. As VorteX gets up, Wellington grabs him as well, and do massive heat from the crowd hits another Money Shot! Then Wellington grabs Panther and throws him into the ring, before entering as well. Chris Phenomenal has finally gotten to his feet, while Wellington was taking care of business around the ring…and as Scorpion fought Train, CP hit him from behind, the Senator going along as well.
The Scorpion has not taken any severe damage in this match, but taken from behind, the two men get the advantage. The Harlem Hurt connects to Scorpion…still he attempts to get up but a well placed partisan kick by Senator knocks him down once more. Wellington has entered the ring by now, and Chris Phenomenal – though he has problems with Wellington – has no desire to fight him in his weakened state. Not yet anyways. And so instead Chris Phenomenal turns towards a not-as-fresh Buddy Ghee, who had recently been fighting Tim Dwight. CP and Senator now attack Buddy Ghee, weakening him to the ground as well. Wellington has gone towards Freeman, who once more is making himself scarce in a corner. Wellington is not too happy about Freeman’s words earlier, and so wants to personally show him who is going to win this match. Panther now stands up, and as Train comes towards him, Panther hits him with a pele kick…before all of a sudden Chris Phenomenal and the Senator now move on to Panther. There aren’t too many men standing right now and Phenomenal and the Senator walk around the ring, stomping on the downed opponents, and the two work over many of the other opponents in the match for quite a while, as the fans show their disapproval. Then, Phenomenal looks around to find one to eliminate…and his eyes focus on Dave Shadow.
McNally: Now that this match is completely full, everybody in here knows that the final stretch has arrived. These men will dwindle away until one winner remains.
Edison: And it looks like Chris Phenomenal and The Senator want to start chipping at the numbers. Though Chris Phenomenal looks like he’s ready to fall down and stop moving any second now…
Chris Phenomenal motions to Senator, who lifts up Dave, and Phenomenal and Senator grab him together, and both try to throw him out of the ring, and they both manage to get him on the apron, but not to the floor. CP stomps on Dave, but Dave rolls into the ring, luckily showing life and having recovered a bit after being attacked by Train earlier. The Senator however, motions for CP to stop, and points towards Mainer…feeling that they might have a better chance of trying their luck on Mainer who hasn’t moved since he was hit by The Blink. CP turns away, and lifts Mainer off the ground, and once again CP and The Senator try to throw Mainer out, but just like Dave, Mainer shows life at the last second, and grabs the ropes, ending up on the apron! Then out of nowhere CP finds himself lifted off his feet! Freeman has struck, and he attempts to get the quick elimination on the champion! CP however ends up on the apron as well.
The Senator is about to go for Freeman, but he doesn’t have to, because Freeman turns quickly to make sure nobody is sneaking up behind him…and somebody is - though sneaking probably isn’t the right word. Finally with the opportunity, Train has rushed forward, and he grabs Freeman hitting a modified version of the Full Speed Ahead, as instead of spinebustering Freeman, he slams him backfirst into the turnbuckle, as Freeman sinks back down to the ground. Then out of NOWHERE, a newly revived Scorpion comes from behind, hitting a running Yakuza kick to The Train, and then grabbing him and dumping him over the top rope to the floor below, showing a LOT of strength!
-- (Elimination--Thunder Train via Scorpion)
Now most of the competitors of the match are reaching their feet once more, and as CP rolls into the ring and reaches his feet once more, he turns around and finds The Scorpion behind him. He tries to draw back, and then turns to find Theodore Wellington! He turns a different way, and sees XS3 getting to his feet, and there rolling in from the apron Dave Shadow and Danny Mainer are showing that new life about to stand…The Senator stands next to Chris Phenomenal, and suddenly they both attack, The Senator going towards Wellington, and Chris Phenomenal going towards The Scorpion but it’s no use…the numbers game is too much, and they realize that they may have made one too many enemies in this match! Chris Phenomenal finds himself being pounded on by The Scorpion, XS3, and Buddy Ghee, while The Senator finds himself being attacked by Theodore Wellington, Red Panther, and Jonny Spade!
McNally: These two spent the last few minutes attempting to team up against every man in this matchup, and now they are getting a taste of it themselves!
Edison: This is ridiculous…nobody could fight back against these odds! Look, Mainer and Shadow are up now as well!
Chris Phenomenal finds himself kicked in the ribs, and he bends over, but as Buddy Ghee goes for the scissors kick, CP dodges. It’s no use however, as while dodging he backs into Scorpion, who begins to nail him with elbows. Dave Shadow now comes forward, and now he is attacking Chris Phenomenal as well, as CP finds himself on the ground. The Senator managed to fight Panther off, but was hit by Wellington with a Russian leg sweep, and now it is Phenomenal and the Senator who are getting stomped on… Chris Phenomenal struggles forward, to his feet, and sees a quick opening…he runs forward and nails Jonny Spade with a Superman Punch! Spade is taken to the ground, leaving one less man to worry about, but that hardly makes enough of a difference. Chris Phenomenal backs into a corner, but then Dave charges in and hits a hard knee! Now Danny Mainer is on the Senator hitting him with some swift kicks…
Tim Dwight during all of this had not gotten involved…he goes way back with the Senator, and while he knows any personal feelings are removed from this match watching him be assaulted like this he’d hate to join in, and so as a result Tim Dwight goes and attacks Buddy Ghee instead. And Jason Freeman remains in the corner…looking at the massive brawl going on, and moving forward slowly.
XS3 crouches down, waiting for Chris Phenomenal to come forward just a little bit more…when suddenly Freeman spins him around and nails a lifting complete shot! XS3 hits hard, and Freeman then turns around seeing Danny Mainer. Mainer is still stomping on the Senator, and with a light in his eyes, Freeman slowly approaches, and then he strikes, grabbing Mainer and tossing him over the ropes. Mainer very nearly goes over, but somehow he manages to get himself on the apron, proving way too resilient tonight to go out yet. Freeman looks annoyed with the failure of his plan, and so he backs off again, going back to the corner standing still and watching.
Panther, Wellington, Dave, and Scorpion are still working on Phenomenal and the Senator…Phillips is now in the corner, and Panther climbs up, going for the ten punches in the corner, one of wrestling’s greatest clichés. The fans count along as he punches him once…twice…three times…four times…five times…six times…s---ALL OF A SUDDEN THEODORE WELLINGTON GRABS PANTHER AND SHOVES HIM, FLIPPING HIM OVER THE TURNBUCKLE AND OUT OF THE RING!!!!

McNally: Wellington taking advantage of the situation there, though it looks like the alliance against The Senator and Phenomenal has fallen apart.
Edison: Thank god!
McNally: In any case, the damage may already have been done.
Wellington celebrates his smart move, obviously happy there’s one less person in this match…that is he’s happy until he’s forcefully spun around and feels two thick hands around his throat. TJ is on the apron, and he is not happy! TJ lifts Wellington high, and then plants him back down with the two-handed chokeslam he calls the Impact Bomb! TJ steps into the ring, and enters the ring. He’s been out for a very long time and he is very eager to get back into this thing. Tim Dwight turns towards TJ only to be planted with a Soulbuster. VorteX enters the ring as well, and the ring degenerates into much brawling. Some time during this, the eyes of Dave Shadow meet the eyes of Jason Freeman. These two men have had a history, and yet so far in this match they have not really encountered each other. Freeman realizes that he can’t stay out of sight any longer, and he moves forward quickly, as Dave meets him.
Dave irish whips Freeman into the ropes, and as Freeman bounces back he ducks around Shadow. Freeman grabs him in a full nelson, looking to spin him around into a face plant, but when he spins him around, Dave changes his footing, and remains on his feet. Dave goes for a European uppercut, but Freeman moves and now irish whips Dave…Dave runs forward and bounces off the ropes, and Freeman goes for a clothesline which Dave ducks under, and rebounds with a lou thesz press! Dave begins nailing Freeman in the face with shots to the face. Freeman had cost Dave a title shot, and he no doubt intended to do it again tonight, but it would be Dave who would get his revenge. Freeman’s already hurt face gets more blows to it.
Edison: I can’t believe Dave has so much energy left!
McNally: Well, one could imagine he has a lot of unfinished business with Freeman tonight.
And Danny Mainer is building some momentum himself, his swift kicks hitting anybody who comes his way. Across the ring Buddy Ghee is hitting VorteX with a snap DDT…The Scorpion is tiger suplexing Jonny Spade, and then as Scorpion turns he finds himself Shadow Step’d! XS3 is back up and finally he’s managed to hit it! Now everybody is going for eliminations. XS3 attempts to throw The Scorpion over the ropes. The big TJ has gone after Chris Phenomenal once more, after Chris had tried to find space to recover in. TJ attempts to chokeslam CP out of the ring, and CP tries his hardest to break free despite his failing strength. Dave Shadow is still wrestling with Freeman. Ghee then goes for Mainer and throws him over the apron, Mainer AGAIN staying on. And then CP manages to get free of TJ, having to land on the apron to do so…the same apron as Mainer! Mainer gets to his feet and comes forward, the two men dealing blows to each other on the apron. Mainer hits a chop, and CP hits a punch, then Mainer tries to sweep the legs, but CP backs up on the apron out of range.
Jason Freeman has Dave Shadow in the corner while this is going on, and he runs forward jumping and hitting a double knee, but he does not go up to the handstand to finish the combo into the double kick, obviously feeling that that is too risky in this match. It is then that he spies Mainer and CP on the apron, and sees his chance for a double elimination, so he runs forward…only to fall victim to a huge shoulder block from TJ that practically takes him across the ring. CP and Mainer continue their risky position, and then both hit each other at once, both losing their balance, and both grabbing the ropes to hold on…all simultaneously. Mainer attempts to kick CP, to make him lose his grip and CP attempts to do the same to Mainer…both of them then seem to realize however, that they are sitting ducks for anybody in the match that sees their situation, and focus on getting back on the apron…apparently just in time because Buddy Ghee is coming forward towards them. They both move sideways as he tries to knock them off, and Mainer jumps up with a knee and CP hits an uppercut. Buddy is knocked down a victim of that unlikely teamwork, as on the other side of the ring Wellington goes for Dave Shadow
McNally: It’s been a while since an elimination…everybody in this match is doing a good job of keeping themselves in.
Edison: And nobody in this match is very fresh either…except for maybe Wellington.
And even that is not for long, as Wellington in his fight with Shadow finds himself victim to a Blink! And now the match slows down considerably, everybody in the ring, and everybody brawling. As time goes on the fans get more and more anxious for an elimination as one HAS to be coming soon…soon enough everybody in the ring is either back on their feet or getting to their feet…but there has not even been any attempts at any actual moves in a while. It has mostly been strikes, and any attempt to easily weaken your opponent without wasting too much of your own energy. It is VorteX who breaks this when he goes to hit a Psychosurgery on Dave Shadow, but Shadow manages to escape out of it…suddenly like a bullet Jason Freeman explodes out of the corner nailing a double front dropkick on VorteX that propels him across the ring! Once more, Freeman had been stalking his opponents from the turnbuckle…and the impact is so huge that VorteX can do nothing as Freeman lifts him off the ground, shoves him against the ropes and clotheslines him out of the ring.
-- (Elimination--VorteX via Jason Freeman)
Edison: His strategy paid off!
McNally: I will admit that one was a good elimination…
Edison: Now don’t get me wrong…I’m no fan of Jason Freeman exactly, I just think that he’s going about this match the right way. It’s all about strategy and if anybody’s good at that it’s him!
McNally: Please do not get me started on Jason Freeman. I still remember what happened to me last year from his hands at Fallen Heroes.
Edison: Ha! Oh right! After he got eliminated he---
McNally: Please I’d rather not think about it…
Jason Freeman breathes heavily…not taking any time to gloat. He doesn’t have that time. He merely sinks back into his corner. Over the next stretch, Danny Mainer seemingly has managed to get enough energy from his large amount of downtime in a lot of this match, as he goes around from person to person, nailing shots and strikes. Mainer’s strikes are always deadly but runs everybody’s worn out state, they are especially so. Chris Phenomenal then run forward attempting to superman punch Mainer, but Mainer manages to dodge, and as CP turns he’s hit with a Straight Flush. Mainer stands up, looking around, and as the fans cheer, he can feel the adrenaline pumping in his veins, and he takes a short second to pose to the crowd, as their cheers motivate him. He grabs Buddy Ghee and spins him around and nails him with a Straight Flush as well!
Jonny Spade comes forward hoping to hit Mainer with the Silver Spade, but as he spins him, Mainer lands on his feet, breaking free and jumping to hit Spade with the Straight Flush for the hat trick! Meanwhile, Scorpion has grabbed Tim Dwight and hit him with an Eliminator! Scorpion also feels momentum on his side, and he seems overcome, feeling victory on the horizon…and sensing downtime in the match he sinks to one knee for one more quick prayer for this huge victory he is sure he is about to attain…what he didn’t count on was Jason Freeman back in his corner, now sunk to the ground to give the appearance that he is much more hurt than he is…and as Scorpion sinks to one knee, Freeman explodes forward once more this time hitting Scorpion with a shining axe kick! XS3 has Wellington in the corner, and as he turns back…perhaps to get revenge on Freeman for his surprise attack before, Wellington hits XS3 with the Money Shot!

As XS3 clutches his back, Wellington merely backs away to a safe spot, allowing time to rest and too allow others to do his dirty work. Freeman, turning around, finds his face directly in the path of a Danny Mainer flying right hand, and as such, bounces off the ropes, nearly tumbling over. On the other side of the ring, Jonny Spade and Dave Shadow attempt to dump the Scorpion over the top rope without success as the latter holds on with all limbs, and Theodore Wellington throws stomp kicks at a kneeling Steve Phillips, seizing an opportunity to eliminate some stiff competition. A groggy Tim Dwight and Buddy Ghee struggle within a Greco-roman clinch as Ghee tries to deposit the aged former ACW employee over the top, but finds the task more difficult than imagined. Mainer, fresh from his big haymaker on Freeman turns to the middle of the ring, only to encounter his foe TJ, who tries to throw him with an Irish whip. Mainer reverses the the move with a switch, but instead of trying to use the momentum to throw TJ over, he instead goes for a high speed drop toe hold into the ropes, sending his opponent crashing face first into the middle rope.
Unsuccessful in their try to throw Scorpion over, Jonny Spade and Dave Shadow begin to square off with each other instead, Spade throwing a front kick that ends up caught by Shadow, who spins him around into a rear waistlock. Spade tries to power out, swinging back with an elbow, but Shadow ducks the strike, and tries to double leg Spade over the top rope, which the latter quickly latches onto in avoiding the quick elimination.
McNally: A solid attempt by Shadow, but Spade's size and experience are keeping him in the game.
Wellington, having nearly lost control with his try to stomp a Washington sized mudhole in Senator Steve Phillips, is taken sorely off guard when the former champion catches his foot, and executes a very low angle Dragon Screw leg whip, before stumbling to his feet, right into the path of Mainer. The two have a brief staredown, before Phillips throws one of his infamous knife edge chops. Mainer, having fully scouted the situation, ducks with lightning reflexes, before springing up and taking his opponent's head with a double armed Muay Thai clinch, and throwing a vicious knee to the midsection. Phillips, while outclassed in the discipline, is ready with a counter as always, and steps across, sweeping Mainer's arms aside with his right, and turns back into a big chop, doubling his smaller opponent over.
Edison: Ouch, that sure resounded through the building!
Although the pain in Mainer's chest certainly is considerable, it pales in comparison with the sheer competitive fire in his gut, and as such, Steve Phillips finds himself on the receiving end of a devastating flurry of kicks, spinning backhand strikes, and elbows, stumbling back into the ropes. Throwing caution to the wind, Mainer rebounds off the opposite ropes with a singular focus, looking to blast his foe over the top with a running strike...that will never be seen. Senator Phillips marshals his energy and steps forward, throwing Mainer high in the air and over the top rope with a big back body drop that catches the crowd's attention....for the fact that the Vegas Superstar has amazingly rotated over and landed feet first on the apron in an incredible showing of agility. Phillips, wary at the lack of a resounding thud, turns around, only for his opponent to swing over the top rope with a slingshot headscissors attack. Mainer, though, holds onto the top rope and tries to swing back and take the Senator over. However, as he finds the effort to be too much with a resisting Senator, Mainer decides instead to hit a swinging takedown into the ring, and runs over, hitting a dropkick on the back of Buddy Ghee, which in turn sends "Textbook" Tim Dwight tumbling over the top rope to the outside!
(--Elimination--Tim Dwight via Danny Mainer)
On the other side of the ring, XS3 and Chris Phenomenal come to blows, as CP hoists his opponent onto the top turnbuckle, trying to drop him over, but XS3 isn't having any part of it, and tries for a jumping tornado DDT, only for CP to pull back, allowing the former Entourage member to land on his feet. CP goes for a point blank Superman Punch, but this is parried aside as XS3 steps to the side, just in time for Buddy Ghee to enter the conversation with an elimination attempt on Phenomenal, which is quickly joined by TJ and a sneaky Jason Freeman, who is constantly looking over his shoulder, even as he lifts up on Phenomenal. Seeing his ally in dire straits, Steve Phillips walks over, tapping Buddy Ghee on the shoulder, before connecting with a knife edge chop as he turns around. CP takes his opening to furiously elbow XS3 in the head, while Phillips turns back to knock TJ down with a Washington Lariat. Jason Freeman, seeing the shift in circumstances, bails under the ropes, and as such, goes unnoticed as CP and Senator go after XS3 and TJ respectively. Spade, though, does notice Freeman, and heads towards him with a singular purpose...only to be caught completely unaware by the Scorpion, who hoists him up on his shoulders, and hits the Eliminator, his variation on the Psycho Driver! Amazingly enough, Spade springs back up to his feet, Road Warriors style, which confuses the Scorpion for a moment, but the latter quickly realizes that Spade's out on his feet, and as such, mercifully dumps him over the top rope.

McNally: A solid elimination by the Scorpion, if I do say so myself.
Edison: Yeah, but you sure have to be impressed by Spade, I mean, the guy got piledriven, and jumped back up, without even knowing where he was! That's guts! Or something...wonder if he ever played Mario Cart in that condition...
McNally: Of all the harebrained asides to go off on...you really are a work of art, Eddie.
Edison: Why thank you, I consider myself to be a refined individual, yet quirkily unique and unsettling to the uninitiated, kinda like a Picasso work, or maybe something by Salvador Dali...
McNally: This is a pay-per-view, not NPR here, Eddie.
Back to the action, having incapacitated XS3 for the moment, CP turns back to the middle of the ring, only to run into Dave Shadow, who had finished a quick brawl with Wellington. Shadow wastes no time in going for his Blink finisher, but CP reverses with a standing STO, going for an instant elbow drop follow up, which the former champ easily evades by rolling to his feet. Shadow hits an elbow drop of his own, and several standing senton attacks, before picking CP up to his feet with a wristlock, and works over the hold as he maneuvers Phenomenal towards the corner. CP tries to fight back, but Shadow swings out of the way of his strikes, and expertly uses his basic joint lock to place his foe into the corner, perfect for hitting a leaping skewer knee to the face. Shadow then backs up before charging in with another skewer knee, and steps back again, before this time hitting a flying double knee to the face, bouncing off, and using every last bit of strength in his body to lift CP into a seated position on the top. Shadow then squats deep down, placing his hands under Phenomenal's feet, before exploding up and flipping him back over the corner post to the outside!
Edison: DAAAANNNNNN-
McNally: Eddie...
Edison: -NNNNNNNGG-
McNally: Eddie...
Edison: -GGGGRRRR-
McNally: EDDIE! HE'S NOT ELIMINATED!
Edison: -RRR..erghwhat?
Sure enough, Chris Phenomenal's luck held out as he tumbled over the corner post, only to land on the ring steps. RAF gives him a quick ok signal, and he runs back into the ring, grabbing an unaware Shadow by his hair and swings him over the ropes...but Shadow holds on by a precarious single hand grip. Loading up, CP looks for the big KO, shooting in with a Superman Punch, but Shadow sees it coming, pulling himself down to avoid the big strike...only to be caught with a knee to the face that sends him to the floor.
(--Elimination--Dave Shadow via CP)
McNally: A fine effort by Dave Shadow, if it weren't for the ringsteps, he may well have had the most impressive elimination in the match, but that's life and wrestling for you.
Edison: Hey, I like attitude, but is it really smart to mock the guy you just eliminated in a battle royale?
In the ring, TJ and Scorpion trade strikes and Buddy Ghee struggles to avoid an elimination by Steve Phillips. Per Edison's admonition, Chris Phenomenal pumps his fist and yells at Dave Shadow on the outside, unable to simply let his old rival depart peacefully. Off to the side, Buddy Ghee shifts out of the Senator's grip, and the politician notices his protégé's distinct lack of focus as he continues to shout to Shadow. Phillips shakes his head and tries to yell for CP's attention, and gets it...but ironically, this leads to his own fall from the ring. As Phenomenal turns around, he quickly points behind the Senator, but his own warning is too late, for Jason Freeman, who had been stalking his former Stable leader, finally strikes, running Phillips to the ropes, and using the momentum to throw the former champ over the top rope.
(--Elimination--Senator Steve Phillips via Jason Freeman)
Edison: There goes the old man! Jason Freeman just proved his superiority in tactics and physicality, just like how Akechi Mitsuhide did so to Oda Nobunaga!
McNally: Ok...well, anyway, you gotta give the Senator credit for going as long as he did, especially after this long of a layoff, although it did seem that Phillips was less affected by his old injuries than the last few times he's been in an ACW ring.
CP, infuriated at himself for allowing himself to have been distracted, chases after Jason Freeman in a fury, but Freeman is nothing if not resourceful, and manages to slide behind Scorpion, who sends the incoming CP flying with a spinning side belly to belly suplex. Freeman tries then to grab Scorpion by his hair and run him over the top, but receives a release Dragon Suplex for his troubles. Theodore Wellington, who had been laying low, next takes a wicked release German suplex from Scorpion, and finally, XS3 goes down from the Scorpion's vicious Tiger suplex!
Edison: Suplex, suplex, suplex! It's a suplex festival!
Scorpion beats his chest, and looks upward, before encountering the twin threat of TJ and Mainer, each of who land a dropkick, in a rather mismatched Rock and Roll Express style. Even so, Scorpion merely bounces off the ropes, returning with a Kenka Kick on Mainer, and attempts his Lament of Innocence Angle Slam variation on TJ, but the Soul of Philly proves too difficult to lift, and instead lifts Scorpion up instead for a spinebuster. The Scorpion tries to lock in a front facelock to avoid being slammed, but this only opens up another avenue for TJ, and he shifts focus, hitting a vertical suplex.
McNally: An impressive show of strength by TJ here, his size is overwhelming, but his instincts and athleticism are what really count, he countered the counter in that exchange.
Wellington and Freeman, both shaky from their respectively endured suplexes, stand up and face off for a moment before deciding to make a quick mutual pact of nonaggression.
Edison: Now that's smart, both of them want to stay in as long as possible, and the best way to do that is to team up and avoid conflict, I like the style of both Wellington and Freeman!
McNally: I fear this truce may last about as long as Curt Hennig's time in the Four Horsemen...
Scorpion and TJ again face off in the middle of the ring, the former hitting a spin backfist on the latter, while TJ tries for a quick swing neckbreaker in response. The Scorpion, though, is not easy to take over, and controls the swing, going TOO fast, swinging back to his feet, and hits a Shogun Rua style jumping roundhouse kick before TJ can fully stand. Soon, XS3 joins the fray, while CP catches his breath on the ropes, and Mainer squares off with Buddy Ghee. TJ throws a clubbing right hand, knocking XS3 back, but Scorpion chops him down with leg kicks, before running off the ropes, going for a knee. Scorpion partially connects, but the Soul of Philly is resilient, and springs up anyway to deliver a skyscraper spinebuster, nearly drilling Scorpion through the mat. Unfortunately for TJ, his thunderous spinebuster leaves him dreadfully open for XS3, who had been cautiously standing on the apron for just this occasion, and springs off the top rope to connect with a spectacular flying Shadow Step!
Edison: Now that's what I call a spear!
XS3 shutters as he rises, despite having gotten the best of the exchange, and begins dragging TJ over to the ropes. Buddy Ghee hits a scissors kick on Danny Mainer, and stares down Jason Freeman, but the latter defiantly backs away, allowing Theodore Wellington to get in a cheap leg clip. XS3, having finally dragged TJ over to the ropes, starts hoisting him over, but has quite a bit of trouble on the six foot eleven giant. Hollering for some "friggin help here," XS3 renews his effort, and is aided this time by the unlikely pair of Freeman and CP, and together, the three are able to send the Soul of Philly to the outside.
(--Elimination--TJ via XS3, Jason Freeman and Chris Phenomenal)

McNally: The big guy always does get eliminated by a group, doesn't he?
CP and Freeman both send a deadly look towards each other, but XS3 breaks up the silent hatefest with a short arm clothesline on Phenomenal. Wellington picks Ghee up, going for a German suplex, but the smaller, more agile opponent flips over, hopping up on Money's shoulders from behind before spinning around into a release Mysteriorana. Ghee hops up to his feet, ducking a Scorpion backfist...only for both men to be wiped out by a running double neckbreaker drop by Danny Mainer! Freeman runs over, going for a kick to the ribs before Mainer stands up, but whiffs and instead takes a dubious upkick between the legs by Mainer.
Edison: Hey, you're not going to be DQed here, so why not?
XS3 wanders in, and again Mainer strikes, this time with a big Straight Flush single knee facebuster! XS3 drops to the mat, and Mainer goes after Freeman, hitting a Harley Race knee lift, bouncing back off the ropes, only to take a hip toss on the return. The King of Vegas rolls back to his feet, and again takes a hip toss from Freeman, rebounding to his feet, and staring off against his opponent. Scorpion picks up the dazed XS3 at this point, lifting him over to the ropes, but takes a few short elbows and a knife edge chop for his troubles as his foe recovers. Scorpion staggers back for a step, allowing XS3 to walk in, and unleashes a front kick when he does. XS3 is undeterred by the boot print on his chest, and again throws a chop, the two trading the likes of attacks that would fell an ordinary man in an instant.
Buddy Ghee interrupts the Mainer-Freeman standoff by blindsiding Jason Freeman, and trying to throw him over the top rope. Freeman frantically throws himself away from the ropes, but Ghee is determined, and chases Freeman all the way to the other side of the ring, where he connects with a dropkick, and tries to take his opponent over. Freeman is in a state of near panic, until he notices something out of the corner of his eye, at which point he simply lets Ghee throw him over the top, making sure to latch onto the top rope with both hands and feet. Ghee kicks away at Freeman, knocking him from the top rope to the middle, and then steps back, taking a big breath as he runs in, jumping off the top rope to deliver a decisive double stomp...but is unable to complete his grand plan of attack when Theodore Wellington charges in and shoves him to the outside, sending Ghee crashing chest first on the guard barrier!
Edison: DAAAAAANNNNGRROUUSSSSS!
(--Elimination--Buddy Ghee via Theodore Wellington)
McNally: You do know you've reached your limit already, don't you?
Edison: Hey, that was a short, contained dangerous! Besides, that WAS nasty! Wellington sent Ghee plummeting to his doom!
Both CP and Mainer stand against the ropes, CP breathing heavily, while Mainer rolls under the top rope to avoid Scorpion, constantly talking trash even as he momentarily avoids him. In the ring, Freeman and Wellington both face opposite XS3, at which point Wellington offers a hand of truce.
Edison: This is getting interesting, it's like pre-World War One Europe here!
McNally: You alright, Eddie?
Edison: Yeah, why?
McNally: You seem a bit, ahem, esoteric in your references tonight, certainly not the sort of things I've ever heard you mention before.
Edison: Oh yeah, been taking internet courses for my college degree...
McNally: In what?
Edison: I dunno...
McNally: Figures.
While our announcers go on, Theodore Wellington brings a microphone into the ring, and motions to XS3.
Wellington: Look here, I think we can cut a deal here, you have a family, and mouths to feed, payments to make, correct?
XS3: Sure.
Wellington: I can take care of that, so long as you join me here, and help me get that coveted shot at the world title. A man of my riches needs to be properly showcased.
XS3: So you want me to help you win this match, and you'll pay me a crapload of money if I do?
Wellington: You're right, so let's go win this thing...
XS3: No.
And without another word, XS3 blasts Wellington out of his boots with a larger than life edition of the Shadow Step! Freeman picks up the microphone...
Freeman: Yeah, I'm not helping him anymore...this is my match!
Freeman then stomps Wellington a few times, before turning around and bashing XS3 over the head as he stands up. Jason Freeman goes for another shot with the weapon, only to drop the microphone as his opponent responds with a big right hand, and the two furiously brawl their way into the ropes, neither man gaining any advantage in the struggle. The Scorpion stalks CP, kicking him in the midsection, and then throws a series of punches towards the head, while CP pulls off his best Muhammad Ali impression, leaning back over the ropes to evade the worst of the strikes.

After an hour in the battle royal, on top of the grueling match earlier with Mainer, Chris appears to be out of gas and his weaves begin to slow down, instead Chris resorting to shoulder rools to absorb the worst until Scorpion just steps in and throws Chris into the corner. A set of shoulder blocks in the corner leave Chris Phenomenal crumpled but that doesn’t stop Scorpion as he immediately reverts to a set of mudhole stomps right to the larynx of Chris Phenomenal. On the other side of the ring, XS3 is getting knocked around by Jason Freeman after the Shadow Step on XS3. Picking him up Freeman throws him across the ring, right into The Scorpion who has his boot pressed into the throat of CP. As XS3 barrels into him, Freeman looks at Danny Mainer who had been silently observing everything, having undergone as much as Chris Phenomenal and likely more. Mainer steps up for the challenge and the two engage collar and elbow, Mainer’s desire to win the battle royal and prevent a Chris Phenomenal win, supersedes any fatigue as he bulls Freeman back into the corner from whist he came and then punishes him with a blistering set of knife edge chops. Eventually Freeman stumbles out of the corner and Mainer scores with a one handed bull dog, planting Freeman face first.
In the meanwhile, in the other corner after the collision between Scorpion and XS3, Chris managed to worm his way under the bottom rope to the floor below, still alive in the match as The Scorpion turned his attention to Matt Irvine, flooring him initially with a big clothesline, before picking him up and dropping him with a big scoop slam. Waiting for him to get up as Mainer scored with the chops, he eventually scored with The Eliminator, his Psycho Driver planting XS3 square on his neck and taking him out of the match as Mainer rolled to his feet.
McNally: Four down and only these two left standing. The leviathan Scorpion, looking to continue his remarkable run to the top against Danny Mainer, the six string samurai and the man who could claim to have the title around his waist at the very moment.
Edison: That he could, but alas Chris Phenomenal managed to walk out alive and he needs this match to get their. For so long he’s tried to reach the top of the mountain and earlier tonight, so close and Senator Steve Phillips cost him that opportunity.
Mainer looks to use his quickness to escape Scorpion, spinning around and eventually getting his back and eventually getting him to ground with a waist lock take down. Mainer quickly works over the leg of Scorpion with a step over toe hold and immediately drops to his back causing the knee of Scorpion to bend at an awkward ninety degrees. Mainer pulls himself up by the ankle before dropping out again as Scorpion grimaces in pain, the smaller Mainer looking to take out the base of the giant Scorpion. On the free corner, Theodore Wellington is trying to gather himself after the Shadow Step while Jason Freeman is getting to his feet after the bulldog from Mainer. Focusing back on the two, Mainer has shifted his hold, utilizing a bridge, keeping the knee bent back towards the head of Scorpion with his legs while he fishhooks him with his arms.
Danny Mainer: Where’s your God now son?
Up to his feet, Jason Freeman looks at Scorpion and Mainer before turning his attention to Wellington and looks to kill two birds with one stone by suplexing him into Danny and The Scorpion but Wellington wriggles out the back end and as Freeman turns around looks to hit him with a big clothesline but Freeman ducks it and hit’s the ropes, the same ropes Chris Phenomenal is at he pulls them down with Freeman not expecting and takes a tumble over the top rope. He manages to hang on with one arm but Chris is on the ring apron, trying to pull him off as Freeman manages to get the second hand on the rope just before Chris manages to get rid of the first one. Sensing a chance to get a set of two eliminations on arguably the two biggest threats to him at this point, Mainer lets go of Scorpion and comes after them, looking to connect with a baseball slide to get rid of the both of them. Realizing what is about to happen, Chris leaps into the ring with a slingshot and connects with a high cross body on Mainer but it serves its purpose, knocking him down and staving off elimination for him and by necessity Jason Freeman.
Having seen Chris escape under the ropes and realizing he could not be legally eliminated, Wellington backed away after the missed clothesline but with Mainer abandoning Scorpion, he looks to take advantage, lining him up for the Money Shot as he slowly gets to his feet. Chris, right near him has gotten up at about the same pace as Mainer and the two square off for what must be the hundredth time this evening. The two engage each other and Chris wins this round, throwing Mainer into the ropes and on the rebound scoring with a back body drop, sending Mainer flying over top of Wellington as he looks to connect with a big stabber on Scorpion, only to be caught by a big boot. Scorpion doesn’t remain in control for long however as Chris turns around, with every intention of going after Danny Mainer but seeing the open chin of the unsuspecting Scorpion unleashes the loaded right hand, connecting with a Superman Punch right into Scorpions skull that drops him almost instantly.
McNally: Boom! That’s the equalizer in any Chris Phenomenal match.
Edison: The sheer power of that move, for people who haven’t seen it before is like having your face run over by a semi. You look at the size of Scorpion and then at the fact that one of those leaves him seeing stars is truly amazing.
Chris takes a moment to survey his handiwork before bypassing Wellington and going after Danny Mainer as Freeman pulls himself back into the ring as XS3 is looking on, having just gotten up after the devastating Eliminator from Scorpion. Chris grabs Mainer and drags him into the corner before looking to score with a charging knee but Mainer rolls out of the way and Chris goes crashing into the turnbuckle knee first. As he comes out, Mainer skips the foreplay and gets right to the nasty, chopping the same knee out but instead of going after the leg, decides to take away the punching power of Chris Phenomenal, flipping him over before locking in The Fruit Machine, the cross arm breaker.

As for Freeman and XS3, X has taken the advantage after the two hooked up, scoring with a set of punches only to be taken down with a dragon screw. As Freeman looked to take advantage however, he managed to get himself rolled up by XS3 who popped up to his feet with Freeman in his grasp in perfect position to spin around and connect with The Closing moment, the overhead belly to belly slamming Freeman onto the tender back. With the advantage, XS3 is merely trying to shove Freeman out of the ring under the ropes, not enough to eliminate him but to get rid of him for the moment. This is broken up however as Wellington comes over, grabs XS3 and takes him down with a reverse hangmans neck breaker, snapping XS3 down right onto the back of his head, a potentially devastating move leaving him and Scorpion out of it.
Freeman looks up at Wellington as he gets to his feet, the gears turning inside his head as he makes sure that everything is in order before ducking out under the bottom rope, perfectly capable of fighting but deciding against it as the sold out Cowboys Stadium jeers the act of cowardice.
McNally: We’ll recall last year where Freeman was eliminated by Alicia Kitsune with his back turned, it appears as if he’s making sure no one can repeat that process again, especially with Chris almost getting him just a few minutes ago.
Edison: No doubt about it. He’s worked so hard to get to this point, doing everything and anything that he’s not going to take ANY unnecessary chances at this point.
Freeman’s inaction may have worked out well for Wellington as he’s able to instead focus on Mainer, breaking up the arm breaker the champion has in and picks him up before whipping him across the ring. The two are left pretty much to their own devices and as Mainer comes back across the ring, Wellington takes Mainer down with a leg lariat, quickly gets to his feet and picks up Mainer before dragging him into the corner and plopping him onto the second rope, Mainer riding the turnbuckle like the obedient slut he is.
Wellington has something in mind as he grabs hold of Mainers one arm and puts it behind his neck, before stepping onto the first turnbuckle leaving Mainer with no room to escape. Ready, Theodore leaps off the turnbuckle, putting his knees right into the spine of Mainer and with the arm trapped, pulling him downwards with him right into the knees, connecting with a Money Shot from the second rope that sends Mainer soaring back over, flipping and landing right on his face before he clutches his back immediately, obviously in immense pain.
Edison: DANGEROUS!!!
Wellington gets up to his feet and lurks around the ring before gesturing at Jason Freeman to come into the ring and fight him. Freeman shrugs him off and merely tells him “to turn around.” Wellington does right into XS3 who levels him with a Shadow Step in retaliation for the Hangman’s Neck Breaker earlier. Freeman smiles, but it’s wiped off his face as his reprieve is over, RAF having finally recovered his wits after the Filibuster from Senator Steve Phillips. He taps Freeman who locks shocked and orders him back into the ring. Freeman obstinately refuses but RAF points at the ACW shield on his breast before telling Freeman to get back in the ring. Again Freeman refuses but not for long as Chris Phenomenal, having rolled under the ring grabs hold of Freeman from the other side as he’s arguing with RAF and throws him right into the Lion’s Den before following him in.
XS3 looks at Chris and the two share a brief nod, the two’s dislike for each other still their, but with a chance to get rid of a big challenger in Jason Freeman, the two former members of the Mega Star Alliance unite with each other and begin to drill Freeman as he gets up. Eventually they get Freeman in between them, Chris holding him out like a matadors cape as XS3 charges for the Shadow Step but Chris shucks Freeman as XS3 charges, causing him to miss. X turns around to confront Chris but all he gets is a Filibuster for his troubles, a stunned Jason Freeman looking on tiredly as XS3 quivers on the mat. Chris looks at Freeman, but decides against attacking him as Scorpion is just getting to his feet after the Superman Punch. Heading straight after him, Freeman waists no time in picking up the elimination on XS3, picking him up as he’s still out cold and merely dumping him over the top rope.

With only five men now left, Chris Phenomenal is going right after the Scorpion as Mainer is getting up to his feet along side Theodore Wellington. Chris scores with a straight right, a left jab, another straight right and then a discus right on Scorpion that knocks him up against the ropes but not out as Chris looks on stunned. Scorpion merely smiles and grabs Chris behind his head and scores with a knee lift to the midsection, doubling him over. Scorpion looks then for the stylish elimination, picking up Chris Phenomenal in a shocking display of strength.
McNally: My word the strength of The Scorpion.
Edison: Looking to be the giant killer here in this match, first Thunder Train, then Jonny Spade and now the former champ in Chris Phenomenal.
Scorpion gets Chris about halfway up, looking to power bomb him out of the ring but Mainer is up to his feet and won’t let Scorpion get away that easily.
Danny Mainer: He’s mine bitch!
Mainer is about for steps away from Scorpion and just as he gets Chris up and turns him around towards the outside Mainer charges and connects with a drop kick right to the back of Scorpion, sending him tumbling forwards and with the added weight of Chris Phenomenal, tumbling over the top ropes. Chris manages to hang onto the top rope and save himself but The Scorpion isn’t so lucky, a dominating performance coming to the end at the hands of the ACW World Heavyweight Champion.
(--Elimination--The Scorpion via Danny Mainer)
Down to four, as Chris Phenomenal hangs on the outside Mainer tries to push him over the top rope. Chris hangs on though and won’t have any of it as he worms himself under the bottom rope and into the ring. Freeman and Wellington have been going at it while all of this has gone on, Wellington with the advantage after ducking a shining axe kick attempt from Freeman and instead countering it with a DDT. Picking him up, Wellington throws him into the corner and follows him in with a clothesline, rocking Freeman up a bit. With four men left and fatigue already set in, Wellington ducks down and tries to get as much of his body under Freeman to push him up over the top rope. On the other side, Mainer is scoring from the clinch with an assortment of kicks and knees before stepping away and looking to finish off his Russian Roulette combination with a big super kick but Chris, likely out of pure reflex throws up his hands to bat away the kick. Mainer isn’t deterred however as he merely spins around, sets his feet and scores with another Cro-Cop roundhouse, the same as earlier in the evening, cracking the skull of Chris Phenomenal as he stays on his feet for a moment before slamming down to the mat. Mainer tries for the elimination on Chris, but is unable to dead lift all the weight after everything that has happened this evening and instead turns his attention all the way across to Wellington and Freeman.
Wellington has abandoned the attempt to get Freeman over the top and has ended up on the reverse as Freeman is now trying to throw him over the top ropes. Again Mainer, appearing to be the freshest man in the match, or quite possibly the one with the most to lose at this point, a chance at selecting his own Omega Effect opponent on the line, and decides to charge in all the way across the ring and scores with the Flat Linger on Theodore Wellington, nearly knocking him over the top as he holds the pose for a moment. Freeman looks to eliminate both with one final surge of power upwards but Mainer senses it and instead drops out and connects with a falling drop kick right to the side of Freeman’s head, sending it right into the second turnbuckle. Freeman slumps down as Wellington falls over the top rope but lands on the apron, just managing to stay alive.
McNally: Danny Mainer is absolutely cleaning house here this evening. He’s taken the final three other men and left them all in a puddle of their own spit.
Edison: After three years here in ACW he’s finally managed to put everything together, ascending to the top earlier this evening and looking to cement himself, doing something that’s never been done before in ACW.
Mainer surveys his kingdom, deciding which man should be expelled first. Rather than making the decision for himself, he instead points at each man and adjudges the fan response, first Wellington which will vociferously jeered, pales in comparison to the jeers for Jason Freeman which is still less for those of Chris Phenomenal although there are some audible cheers for the former champion, the won’t die, take no shit attitude winning some people back to his side. Mainer goes over and grabs Chris as he’s using the ropes to try and get up, he turns around and looks at the cock eyed Mainer, grinning from ear to ear.

Danny Mainer: Tell Paige I’ll see her tonight.
Mainer knows what’s about to come as he talks about Paige to Chris Phenomenal, but not necessarily the force with which he’ll come as Chris explodes in the blink of an eye, catching Mainer off guard and plowing him with a double leg takedown and immediately beginning to pound him out on the ground. Fists, elbows, knees it doesn’t matter Mainer tries to cover up but Chris merely beats through his guard and begins raining down, blow, after blow, surely enough to get a TKO but that doesn’t work here, as Mainer’s head is being pounded upon like a beach ball and showing no signs of intelligent defense but Chris doesn’t care. Each blow is filled with rage at the abduction of Paige by Mei Feng solely to get Danny back. The fact that he stole his title earlier in the evening, the gun fight earlier in their career. The rage he had been holding back for so long, helped to control by Senator Steve Phillips who had also seemingly turned his back on him, saying it would be better for him to leave the stable and now look at it.
Chris Phenomenal: Fuck Phillips!
Chris throws another blow he looks up at the crowd jeering him and uses that to fuel his fury as well, each and everyone of them turned their back on him at one point or another. They had discounted him for so long but now it was his destiny to win Fallen Heroes and to get back to Omega Effect, to end the show standing on top and showing them exactly what he was made of.
Looking down, Mainer’s face is swollen now, a large cut over his right eye as he’s likely out cold. Seeing the damage, the rage subsides and the fury that had powered Chris leaves him more fatigued than ever as he simply rolls off of Danny Mainer towards a corner, purely exhausted as now it’s Theodore Wellington’s time, as he grabs Freeman, still trying to shake the cobwebs out after the kick from Mainer and hits him with an inverted atomic drop before looking to drop him out of the ring. Freeman though will have none of it, having played Theodore slightly as he appears fresh as he blocks the attempt before running at the ropes and sending himself tumbling over, making sure to have a firm grip on the top rope to save himself but Wellington isn’t so lucky, not expecting what has happened and with nothing but Jason Freeman to grab, his improbable run to fourth place ends by an impressive move by Jason Freeman.
(--Elimination--Theodore Wellington via Jason Freeman)
McNally: Jason Freeman gets rid of the richest man in this company and brings us down to our final three.
Edison: And judging by the people he’s up against, having beaten each other into a pulp over the past hour and a half, you’ve got to expect he’s the favorite here.
McNally: It looks like he’s going after the former champion here.
Danny is still out cold but Chris is merely exhausted, trying to get to his feet as he realizes he’s now alone with Jason Freeman. Outspoken against him over the past two months, Freeman smirks with a chance to get his vengeance as he throws a right forearm that sends Chris staggering back. He hits him with another one and another, putting him up against the ropes. Freeman feigns looking to flip him over, instead using the resistance of CP for momentum to get him up onto his shoulders into a wife carry postion. Freeman than bucks himself a bit, straining under the weight and charges, looking to connect with an unhooked Schwein but Chris manages to slip out and roll down Freeman’s back, rolling him up and then coming out, right into a Victory Lock II, the shoot style figure four Senator made famous. With Mainer still out and non rules for escape, Freeman is definitely in trouble.
McNally: It’s fitting really, Jason Freeman eliminates Senator and Chris Phenomenal, his greatest protégé, uses his move against him.
Edison: And with no need to break for the ropes or whatever, he could end Jason Freeman’s Omega Effect dream by breaking his ankle right here.
McNally: I can’t help but think that’s what he’s looking for.
Freeman grimaces in pain as CP is able to add even more pressure than Senator’s with his added size, something that’s similar to the other moves he’s borrowed. What he lacks in technique he more than makes up with power. Chris doesn’t even bother with holding Freeman back as he claws towards the ropes, solely focused on inflicting as much damage as possible. Freeman gets to within a foot of the ropes before CP switches the hold into an Achilles Lock more than heel hook, adding more power as he uses leverage to bend the foot back towards the calve of Freeman. Forced with nowhere to go Freeman taps out but that doesn’t matter as Chris laughs in the ring, yelling at him to get to the ropes and he’ll let go. With no break, Freeman uses his last ounce of resolve to get to the ropes which brings a small to Chris’ face as he merely increases the pressure on the hold again, beads of sweat now pouring down as face as Freeman cries out in pain, slamming the mat and grabbing hold of RAF, trying anything possible to get the hold to stop. Chris simply smiles as he gets one leg up and places it on the raised leg of Freeman, the same one in the hold and steps down, bringing the hold down as his knee slams at an awkward angle and Chris is able to increase the holds position even more, nearly having Freemans foot bent back to touch his calf.
Chris Phenomenal: Come on Freeman, do you want to go to Vegas, do you want a title shot? Are you going to quit like the little bitch you are?

Chris finally lets go of Freeman, waiting to see what he’ll do as he backs away. He senses Mainer getting up to his feet but simply ignores him for the time being, all his attention focused on Jason Freeman. Slowly Jason gets up to his feet, putting no weight on his ankle what so ever until he turns around, his face full of anger and pain as he limps right into Chris Phenomenal who elbows him into position before lifting him up and over with a Filibuster - not only that however, Mainer has sprung into action and as Freeman is coming down, grabs hold and pulls down on the front of his head, bringing him down into a Reverse Straight Flush!
Edison: DANGEROUS!!!
McNally: In all my life, that has to scramble the brains of Jason Freeman permanently.
With Jason Freeman absolutely obliterated, Chris and Mainer roll to their feet and look at each other. They’ve been fighting their entire careers in ACW and now, after Mainer beat Chris earlier in the evening to win the title, their’s a slight bond between them, one of pure and utter loathing.
They come together collar and elbow and with equal fatigue levels, Chris’ size advantage helps him as he goes against the ropes and looks to merely dump Mainer over but Mainer reverses it and scores with a knife edge chop, breaking the hold. Chris spins and does the same, and it occurs over and over, them hitting three different ropes as they exchange single blows. Eventually Mainer comes out on top as he whips CP across the ring and looks to score with a back body drop on the rebound but Chris hangs onto the ropes. Mainer then charges at Chris who ducks away, sending Mainer tumbling over the top but not out as he smiles at Chris before grabbing the rope. As Chris turns around, Mainer sling shots in and looks for a cross body but Chris catches him. He looks to shift him into position for the Filibuster but Mainer slips out the back and looks for another Straight flush but Chris catches him and spins him around in a giant swing before pulling him up into position for a Powerbomb and looks out at the same table Adrian Baird set up earlier in the match, he smiles and looks to throw Mainer through it but Danny reverses, looking to Hurricanrana Chris over the top ropes but Chris grabs the ropes and merely drops Mainer out onto the apron, stepping back, Mainer looks to slingshot back into the ring but is instead dropped as Chris Phenomenal lunges, connecting with a Superman Punch right to the jaw of Danny Mainer, sending him flying back, soaring right through the table, crashing into the bottom as the crowd jeers, the last of their favorites eliminated.
(--Eliminated--Danny Mainer by Chris Phenomenal)
McNally: And now we’re down to the final two.
Edison: And Jason Freeman’s body is nearly broken, his ankle, his neck. This is slim pickings for Chris Phenomenal.

Down to the final two, Chris makes his move wasting now time in gloating in front of Mainer, instead he goes right at Freeman, picking him up and looking to throw him over the top but Freeman comes to at the last moment, slipping out the backend. Once he’s their Freeman merely hops one footed onto CP’s back and locks in a sleeper hold, looking to bring the big guy down. The same rules apply as Chris manages to eventually stumble towards the top rope after about twenty seconds in the hold. Freeman has expertly positioned himself so as to not allow CP to snap him down, before eventually Freeman leans back as far as possible and pulls CP down right to the ground in the sleeper hold, Freeman looks to try and get a body triangle in as well but CP fights against that, eventually spinning so as to grab hold of the ropes. CP appears to be fading out as he pulls himself up to his feet but once he’s their he rams back into the ropes, allowing some seperation, enough for him to wedge and elbow in and knock the wind out of Freeman second time as he crashes into the ropes, breaking free of the hold. Chris stumbles out of the corner, heaving deeply trying to will as much air into his lungs.
Freeman limps after in pursuit and resorts to a chop block to get CP down and goes again for the sleeper hold but this time CP bats him away, looking to get some form of momentum back. As he gets back to his feet, Freeman is up and as Phenomenal turns around, Freeman looks to knock him out with a drop kick over the top of the rope kitty corner to the one he backed up against but CP bats it aside as Freeman crashes again to the mat. Phenomenal stomps the ankle of Freeman before pulling him up by it and placing it over the second rope. He then lifts the bottom rope and flips it up, trapping Freeman’s foot in it as he looks on smiling. He walks to the front of Freeman who’s struggling to get up and lifts him as the ankle is caught and more strain is placed on the Achilles Tendon. Chris looks at Freeman who tries to fight away, going so far as to bite the hand of CP before Chris merely snaps out to the side with a dragon screw neck whip, the momentum forcing the two ropes apart but also destroying the neck of Jason Freeman in the process.
McNally: God have mercy!
Edison: I’ve seen Keiji Mutoh use that move and no one else, but that’s enough to kill a man, especially after what happened earlier in this match.
McNally: And now both of them are down. Freeman, likely going to need weeks of therapy to get back in tip top shape after the high impact moves he‘s taken and Chris Phenomenal appearing to have finally hit the wall after all this time.
Edison: I‘d not be so certain about that, we saw Chris Phenomenal last year make it to the final six when we had thirty men, and that was after competing in a time limit draw against Jonny Spade.
Both men take their time getting up, CP first as Freeman is barely stirring as he gets to his feet. With every muscle in his body screaming, Chris knows this is now or never. As RAF looks on from ringside, years of referee tell him that something is going to happen here, one final exchange to determine who faces Danny Mainer at Omega Effect. As Chris reaches over he grabs hold of Freeman and pushes him into the ropes, Freeman hobbling into it, barely able to put any weight on his injured angle. Chris looks at him and feigns a charge as Freeman instinctively ducks and pulls the ropes down, but this gives Chris room to attack, grabbing Freeman as he’s prone and lifting him up, looking to drop him over the lowered second rope but Freeman lets go, hooking the rope with his lone functioning ankle and pulls Chris Phenomenal down, sending him tumbling over the top ropes to the floor below.

But no, Chris manages to hang on, with one hand, the same as Jason Freeman who was forced to roll over to throw Chris out, both men claw at each other, trying to knock other down, eventually getting a second hand on the ropes and battling it out their now with their feet, kicking the other. Their legs end up hooked together as Freeman is content to hang, trying to swing Chris off of his grip. Chris manages to wrestle one arm of Freemans off the ropes, but in doing so leaves himself hanging by one of his own. Everything works against Chris however, the fatigue and added strain of his excess weight on his arms causing him to let go, only his legs tied up with Freeman’s keeping him alive. Chris is left hanging like Rocky from the loft in Rocky IV, solely by his legs by Freeman is unable to untie them, as if he lets go, who knows what will happen. Slowly Chris manages to sit up, showing incredible abdominal strength to get even with Freeman for a moment, the strain in Freeman’s eyes evident as Chris reaches up and guillotines him, pulling Freeman’s head in close before falling back and suplexing Freeman down. Both men fall through the air and come crashing down as RAF is right on the spot as both men hit the floor. RAF is adamant in his call, pointing at the feet of one of the competitors, motioning that they hit first.
McNally: But who is it?
Edison: I don’t know.
All becomes clear though as RAF bends over and raises the winners hand.
